Please be aware when you buy travel package from them!!! They are not an ethical, reliable and trustworthy travel agent!!! My friend and I bought a Royal Caribbean cruise package with them during the Aug19 travel fair, end up the package price offered by them is way way wayyyyyyy expensive than the Royal Caribbean website itself!!! We lodged a complaint 1 week ago and they are still haven't get back to us with a satisfy solution, fooling us around, giving excuses, blaming RC and other travel agents, all kind of excuses to drag our complaint so that they do not need to offer the same promotional price as stated on the Royal Caribbean website! The RC promotion is last for the whole Aug 2019 and expired on Aug 31st, the price is fluctuated anytime based on demand and supply, they are waiting for the price in RC website to increase so that they do not need to compensate us anything!!! They are so cunning and disgusting!!!

I took a packaged trip to South Korea with Ziarah Harmon under the Malaysian Harmony Travel and Tours group in Jan 2017, with my son. Everything was just spot-on with this package. We had the most amazing and knowledgeable Tour leader named Pearl. she is a Malaysian but has been studying and had made Korea her home. She provides all the important information and has a vast knowledge of the history of the Koreans. The food provided in the package were just fantastic. Due to her rapport with service providers there, we did not find much trouble using, sometimes the eateries, to perform our prayers. Pearl is so sensitive on our mandatory prayers and will find a place for us to perform the prayers everytime. She goes the extra mile to ensure that we had the best tour in Korea. She even taught us the basic steps of skiing. She took pictures of us and sometimes, even spend dried fruits to us. It was one of the best trips I had. And I definitely would go with Ziarah Harmoni again. Ziarah Harmoni provided us with a bag pack each and they sent it well in advance before the trip starts, via post to the home.

Extremely disappointing experience. Poor response via email or phone. Doesn't follow up. Worst of all very poor phone ethics and rude! Never booking with them even if they were the last tour agency.

Just came back from the CNY Eastern Europe and I will never ever join their tour in the future. My previous tour to South Africa with them was great but not this time. The foods provide was a total joke, it’s salty until you wouldn’t able to swallow. The drinks? A jug of Tap water every meal. Please beware if you are planning to sign their Europe tour, I lost my money from the couch just because they said we can’t bring in the backpack to the palace in Austria and in a rushed situation, I’ve forgotten that I placed a sum of euro in an envelope in a pouch in my backpack.

Before 2020 they were good with many helpful staff. Nowadays is the old people taking care of you and the new management just sux.

Jointed the 27th July -31 st July Royal Caribbean cruise. I like their bus driver En. Tarmizi. Very punctual and polite . Always remind us on the thing we need to take note and always smiling. Very hard to find a bus driver like him nowsaday. A Big thumbs up to him. The tour arrangement by this agency was Wei Jie, he is excellent too. Even I am only liase with the team thru WhatsApp but the team is good and efficient. They will inform me all the important thing I need to know and send the pick up time table and information 2 days before departure. My RC cruise went very well With them. Thank you. Highly recommended if the price is good.

Terrible experience when I was trying to book a Star Cruise Taipei/Okinawa. No reply to my email for days. After telephone to check, the lady said that the email is down. She said that the flights are full but the cruise is still available but I need to book my own flights. As I was booking my flights, she called and said that cruise is not closed. How unprofessional and what a disappointing service level. I will never ever booked through them again and would not recommend anyone to deal with them

We have bought a Royal Caribbean cruise package with them during the travel fair 10th of Aug19, found out that the price offered by them has RM7000 huge difference from the RC website. We were shocked when got to know this! As a trusty travel agency in Malaysia, we didn’t believed that so called travel fair promotion package eventually has such a huge different compare to if we bought direct from Royal Caribbean website. At that moment, we felt ourself being scam by Malaysia Harmony Travel & Tour. We lodged in a complaint last week 22th August 2019, ask them to either offer the same rate as RC or return the deposit to us, however they have been dragging the revert by giving excuses and blaming RC for slow revert. We called RC Singapore on Monday 26th Aug, and the customer service told us they will always and able to offer the same price as stated in their website and can change the booking immediately, but because we booked thru agency, RC couldn’t do anything, the changes have to made from travel agency themselves. Again, we were being fooled by Malaysia Harmony and the promotion price on RC website will expire on 31st of Aug19 and yet we are still pending from the revert. Today 29/8, we finally get back the answer from agency and RC. Our package has been revised to the rate that same as RC website. From a customer point of view, MHTT really bad in handling issues and there is room to improve for their customer service. For those people who has bought the RC cruise package from any other agency, please always check the price from RC website before making any payment to avoid chaos like this. #Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas #Royal Caribbean

To rushing and more towards completing the itinerary only but no time given for free and leisure at certain places.. like amsterdam and poor planning on time schedule as most of the time we reach places almost nite n end up couldnt see the views and sceneries..
