Visited the clinic with the intention of getting a STD test. Wasn’t sure insurance coverage and the different types of testing to be done so the front desk ask me to consult with the doctor first. Doctor explained the tests and price- I decided against taking the test as it amounted to almost RM1,000! The front desk then billed me RM90 for “consultation” which I thought was a rip off and refused to return my NRIC card until the payment was settled. To add salt into the wound, the doctor threaten to write to my HR (she even raised her voice at me) because I asked if it was possible to see if my receipt could be “claimable” as per my insurance policy. I only inquired as it was my first time and unsure of how it worked here in KL. Truly disappointed with service here and how I was treated. Clearly this clinic only wants your money and are extremely rude. I understand that “consultation fees” are standard practice, but all you did was to tell me the price of the treatment. If you had the decency to publish your prices on your website or ask your staff to inform me of the prices, none of this would happen. Also reading the rest of the reviews here, your consultation price varies and your clinic does not accept credit cards.. hmmmm… Lastly, how do you expect me to pay for a thousand dollar test if you can’t even have the basics like a credit card terminal in place? Won’t be back. There are better clinics with more transparent pricing out there. Non profits like Community Health Care Clinic(CHCC) in Sentul charge RM345 for similar testing and their prices are listed online. Only came here because the reviews seemed good but sadly it did not live up to that.

I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff and within 10 minutes I was attended to by Doctor Parveen who was gentle, informative and professional during the consultation. It truly felt like I was getting the best care available. I would recommend Klinik Bangsar South to anyone who is looking for high-quality care in a friendly, comfortable environment. This review is purely for the receptionist service and not the doctors. I called 1 week in advance to ask if i could make an appointment for a papsmear, and the staff told me that i dont need to make any appointment, just walk in on a Monday morning for a papsmear. So i came in on Monday morning. Waited to see a doctor, then asked for a papsmear. Only then did the doctor tell me that this clinic doesn't do any papsmears. He was nice enough to give me another specialist contact. Does this clinic's own reception not even know what services they offer or don't offer? Totally wasted my time, petrol, and parking money. There's a reason I called in advance. It was exactly to avoid a situation like this. Your receptionist staff really need proper training. EDIT: when i was at the clinic i saw the sign at the counter saying they don't accept card, only cash. Again, no one bothered to tell me in advance when I called. Imagine if i had gone ahead with treatment and had no cash to pay with? And they later told me (only at the clinic when i asked about the nearest atm) that the nearest atm was a 10 min walk away

The woman doctor who treated me was super super nice! Consultation took SUPER quick like.. 5 minutes. Consultation fee was RM 30 and my medication went up to RM 110 - which was very reasonable. Just need to emphasise - I really really liked the woman doctor who treated me! She was so nice and efficient, and was really nice too when explaining to me the medication. Would definitely come back :)

I can’t express how grateful to have Dr Parveen .After my treatment , she will still follow up ( not only 1 time , few days ) just to make sure am fine . She is always Very helpful and knowledgeable . With her am always safe .

Very nice reception, nurse and doctor. They take care of their patient well and I'm their regular patient. Doctor so understanding my pain. She always give me a rest. Good service but if more patients you need to wait.

When they just opened, the doctor refused to treat me because when she saw my IC she asked me if I had tweeted about the clinic. I did tweet to my 10 followers to rant that this clinic is in operation but never opened! Which is the truth. I was sick and she refused to treat me because of the tweet. So I just walk away, embarrassed and sad but never forgetting it. They claimed this is a fake review. Nope. I remember it till today. Check your CCTV when you just started operating more than 10 years ago. I remember the Dr s Name too. The original Dr that started the clinic. So no, this is not fake.

As expats, trusting a doctor is a real challenge, since we are just getting to know the country. But this clinic became our go to clinic for all our health concerns, Dr. Parveen is very experienced and professional, we trust her 100% and we are grateful for all her help. Very recommended!

I did my PCR test here the day before my flight back to my country. I am quiet happy because the test was painless with only 190rm, I also get the result within 24 hours.

My choice for STD Klinik as its reasonable and private. I like the doctors there- the man and the woman doctor. Been coming here for last few years while im in Malaysia. they send the results fast and advice good.& now they accept credit card payment , years before not. thumbs up!

Easy to register using AIA panel, Dr Parveen is very good in diagnosing and providing the right medicines. Overall I'm quite satisfied with their services and will come again in future.

I have known Dr Praveen for years she has been very precise in detailing the pros and cons of the medications she prescribed besides that she is very caring and attentive too.She always be my no 1 priority when it comes to GP clinics in Pantai Dalam Area. The charge is expensive, but the service is not up to standard, and I am very disappointed with the doctor; she didn't even bother explaining the price of the test and just charged you without asking. Let me save everybody's trouble and time; there is a better clinic out there.

Efficient process. Doctor was clear but reassuring of my condition, made me comfortable and less anxious. Clinic is clean too with enough social distancing and staff are all covered and protected. They only take cash and instant transfer so just a heads up.

Doctor Parveen is incrediblly kind and patient in ever aspect. Whether it be the procedure, check up or explaining a matter, she always offers great advise. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and clinic. Big credit to the staff as well, they are very professional!

First came here over a year ago before the pandemic. To confirm my pregnancy status. Nurses and staff are very helpful and their services are excellent. Doctor in charged is very well experienced and gave me a lot of advise.

This is clinic is so unethical. My first time visited a clinic where they will withold ur Identity Card and refused to give you back until you made your payment. Not to forget the charges is so ridiculously expensive. Feel like a scam. No wonder they withheld my IC. I could have make a police report

I went and got my typhoid jab this morning at Klinik Bangsar South, before going here, I called beforehand to know about the price of the jab... the caller said RM60, then when I went ahead to pay after getting my jab, I had to pay RM70... asked them why was I informed RM60 on call, and the person who I was on call with was also there when I confronted, she just sat quiet doing other things, while the other replied for her saying, "Oh it just changed to RM70" In my heart, IM LIKE ????? Also the letter that they printed out is poorly done, looks like their printer has no ink and the letter itself has typos, asked them to fix it and they declined and said, "no need, ppl will understand it regardless" ...im like "okay sure", and in my heart im like "Where is the professionalism?" LASTLY! They forgot to give my IC back until I asked them to give my IC back... horrible service, really dissapointed... if I could give 0 stars out of 5, I would.

I went for a PCR test, process was easy and quick with the results coming through the following morning. Very professional, no complaints.

I did walk in pcr tests here twice. Both times, results came out super fast, same day evening or the next day. Highly recommend.

EXPENSIVE, NO PRIVACY AND LONG WAITING TIME!!!! First experience i went here, i had to wait for almost an hour. Dr was in but the staff were not around that’s why i had to wait. Wasting time! My second visit also i had to wait! Ughhh I’m so pissed! Dr speak too loud!!! Eventhough she said “they concern about privacy bla bla” i can hear her voice even when she treat other patients. I dont like her speak too loud until others can hear. I think the receptionist also can hear! Lastly, it was very expensive!! Till now i feel regret for spending almost 1k!! The dr said can claim from my panel but this clinic utilise all my medical coverage which almost 300! Why is so expensive! The other “consultation fee” already charged me 200-300 which in! This one i use my own money! I also regret for agreeing to do the test which I should’ve not did it. I wish i could get refund! I can’t claim from my panel ya know!! Not recommended! Seriously not recommended!!!

I chose this clinic based on it reviews and am glad that it didn’t dissapoint. As as avid traveller, I felt safe and reassured here for my health screening on this trip to South east asia. I recently visited Klinik Bangsar South for blood tests and an HPV vaccine, and my experience was excellent. The clinic offers a very clean and hygienic environment, which is essential for a healthcare facility. I came to Klinik Bangsar South by friend’s recommendation for the regular general check up. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical, because I rarely had a good medical experience in KL for a many years. This clinic doesn’t have fancy advertising online and probably I would not pay attention if a good friend of mine didn’t suggest me this place. And I found a gem in the medical world of KL. Receptionist was polite and friendly. Dr. Parveen is the doctor with an excellent experience and wide knowledge, understanding and good connections in the medical field in KL. She is the first doctor for the last 10 years who listen me, checked my medical history, analyzed it properly and found out why I am not able to get pregnant and redirect me to the specialist. She made my blood analysis and explained the results in detailed like any doctor in my life before. I was impressed. Being an expat in Malaysia it’s such a luck to find a clinic like this. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and definitely will come back again. Update: Get back to the clinic with my friend, he made tests as well and we made HPV test and vaccine. I received the results of the blood and urine tests. And had the explanation. Dr. Parveen explained as well the importance of HPV and I’ll make 3 shots following her recommendations. Going to be back on the regular basis. Thank you, Dr. Parveen and ladies on the reception. You are doing a great job.

As an expat, I’ve found it hard to seek and find a GP where I feel comfortable, looked after and more importantly, listened to. Reception recognise you at the door, the waiting time is very reasonable given clearly many people share my opinion hence the popularity. I was very lucky to have found Klinik Bangsar South and am immensely grateful for their taking the time to look after me and educate me / recommend me to the most time and cost effective options. Dr appointments come with a degree of worry…. I am happy to say this concern has been eliminated. 5*
