Staffs are very polite and friendly. they served customers with respect, which is lacking nowadays. The cafe has a cozy and relaxing ambience, making it a nice place to hangout. The food that we ordered, each taste amazing and presentable. One thing that makes me amazed is how humble the owner is. He helped the staffs during busy hours and even came to clean up our table. We are very satisfied with the service, food & will definitely come again. 8.5/10 totally recommended.

The outlet attached to pumpstation (petron) which has super clean washroom and surau (kudos to owner). The menu offered is marvellously delicious 😋. You can try any of their local cuisine and you won't forget it...seriously 😀 . The staff are very kind and friendly. Keep a good work!!

Really good experience in Richiamo. We ordered caramello latte (ice), earl grey tea (hot), lemongrass tea (hot) and mee kari laksa. Everything tastes soooo good! The gravy on kari laksa is really nice and a bit spicy which is how it’s supposed to be. The coffee and tea are good too. Really recommend to anyone who wants to spend time in a place with cafe ambience while sipping good coffee/tea.

Good food but not friendly to family with lots of members. The place has good design, but problem with the seatings. They have an empty room but still denied seatings. As the so called “orchid room” is for reservation only. If in the first place they place a giant signboard that it is for reservation only, thats fine with me and family. Generally, not a good place for family seating of more than 4 people a table.

Great place and convenient to hangout. Please your timming. The coffee is price family and the taste is good. Worth it. Ordinary for the chocolate fudge cake. Lain x makanan x pernah rasa. Overall nice and good.

Few things that need improvement - 1) Greetings from staff No greetings, no eye contact, did not smile, not so courteous, staff were too absorb with workload & wasn’t attentive to customers’ request, no help when choosing drinks which we arent familiar with, did not give good feedback when queuing at the counter, merely asked us to look at the menu & chose whatever we want without explain further.. For your info there wasnt many customers during that period i was there with my friends. 2) Boba (large sip straw) I’d requested a large straw since i’d ordered ice blended double chocolate chips but they gave me a regular straw which i think was quite small to sip the chocolate chips. The staff gave me the straw but with reluctant face as i can see her face reaction at the counter.. as if im requesting something odd which isnt supposed to 😅 It seems she hid the straw in the cabinet under the coffee machine but not on the proper place or on the serve counter as usual & i wonder why 🤔 3) Double chocolate chip I’d requested to add more chocolate chips on top of what has been served to me. I’d made it a point that i would pay extra for that & one of the staff explained to me that they have blended the chocolate chips together & add a few more on top. I told her i knew about this as it was not the first time i’d requested this drink. Unfortunately she was kinda refuse to oblige my request & explain twice about it. Finally she did what i asked for & again with the sour face to top it off 😂 DO NOT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMER !!! 4) Menu Menu wasn’t the same as other Richiamo outlets i’ve been to so it wasnt a franchise i think ? It is hardly the same as i could not find rice set menu at all, i mean it was totally different menu.. how weird is that 🫣

I love the curry laksa. But the green tea ice is not really like what i expected. Because i taste more to milk than green tea itself. The cake is awesome. Love it. However, the menu is not really too much to choose. Perhaps it because of it still new. Overall, it still enjoyable

Had a short meeting. Ordered some coffees and cakes. Love our orders very much. Looking forward for next visit to try other menu.

Their mee curry is the best, also ordered kueh teow kung fu which is thick and spicy, plus you can add more spicy with the sauce given. The hot chocolate is less sugar as requested. I also ordered butterscotch ice blended which is awesome.

My friends celebrated my Bride To Be dinner here for me and the owner gave us a complimentary dessert and played wedding songs for us. He was really generous and kind.

Located at suitable location at petrol pump station. Centre of locals and parents of students from Mrsm kuala kubu, Darul Qurans and etc. Not many coffee places at that area. Cosy, clean. Got surau also the petrol station. Only Richiamo there .

Good food superb ambience very good price compared to other cafe restaurants. Truly a must try.

Just my 2-cent, since the people coming there is too many (due to the good food and environment), maybe slight restructure on how the cafe operates is needed. I.e. the ordering counter and collecting food area is rearranged, so that people that gonna take the food is not crossing the queuing line, maybe they can collect above the cake shelf. I would personally suggest that the cafe should add more staff so that the operation will be smoother. Anyway, this is a good place to come!

Used to be amazed by the food and services. Prefer to celebrate birthday party here for the past few years, but today feel so unwelcome. Anyway kudos to our server, cant remember her name 🙏I guess its time to look for other cafe for party.
