Few
things
that
need
improvement
-
1)
Greetings
from
staff
No
greetings,
no
eye
contact,
did
not
smile,
not
so
courteous,
staff
were
too
absorb
with
workload
&
wasn’t
attentive
to
customers’
request,
no
help
when
choosing
drinks
which
we
arent
familiar
with,
did
not
give
good
feedback
when
queuing
at
the
counter,
merely
asked
us
to
look
at
the
menu
&
chose
whatever
we
want
without
explain
further..
For
your
info
there
wasnt
many
customers
during
that
period
i
was
there
with
my
friends.
2)
Boba
(large
sip
straw)
I’d
requested
a
large
straw
since
i’d
ordered
ice
blended
double
chocolate
chips
but
they
gave
me
a
regular
straw
which
i
think
was
quite
small
to
sip
the
chocolate
chips.
The
staff
gave
me
the
straw
but
with
reluctant
face
as
i
can
see
her
face
reaction
at
the
counter..
as
if
im
requesting
something
odd
which
isnt
supposed
to
😅
It
seems
she
hid
the
straw
in
the
cabinet
under
the
coffee
machine
but
not
on
the
proper
place
or
on
the
serve
counter
as
usual
&
i
wonder
why
🤔
3)
Double
chocolate
chip
I’d
requested
to
add
more
chocolate
chips
on
top
of
what
has
been
served
to
me.
I’d
made
it
a
point
that
i
would
pay
extra
for
that
&
one
of
the
staff
explained
to
me
that
they
have
blended
the
chocolate
chips
together
&
add
a
few
more
on
top.
I
told
her
i
knew
about
this
as
it
was
not
the
first
time
i’d
requested
this
drink.
Unfortunately
she
was
kinda
refuse
to
oblige
my
request
&
explain
twice
about
it.
Finally
she
did
what
i
asked
for
&
again
with
the
sour
face
to
top
it
off
😂
DO
NOT
ARGUE
WITH
CUSTOMER
!!!
4)
Menu
Menu
wasn’t
the
same
as
other
Richiamo
outlets
i’ve
been
to
so
it
wasnt
a
franchise
i
think
?
It
is
hardly
the
same
as
i
could
not
find
rice
set
menu
at
all,
i
mean
it
was
totally
different
menu..
how
weird
is
that
🫣
