Absolutely perfect brunch. The pancakes are exceptionally tasty, the Life on High Brunch is fresh and something a bit different. Kids pancakes are lovely too. Great ingredients, lovely flavours, everything tastes freshly cooked to order. The owner/manager is super friendly to staff and also seems to treat his staff well (just from overhearing how he interacts with them). Can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely wonderful vibe here. Friendly happy staff… clean crisp plant filled environment… decent food options for vegans … would love to see some vegan pastries on offer though! Filled cafe almost every seat but still fast efficient service :) Definitely would return 😁

Best coffee in England! Yes, I said that. It's always a bold statement to make about the best of anything, but particularly coffee when baristas machines and tastes can all change, but I'm putting that stake in the ground here, today. On a recommendation, I went to Life on High for a coffee, and see what could be enjoyed. Situated on the High St in Sevenoaks, this beautiful cafe had a great space with nice music, and on arrival - welcoming staff so I knew I was in the right place! The menu showed a clear love and support for vegetarian and vegan, while providing for all dietary types. AND - you could bring your dog!! Sadly I didn't bring one on holiday with me :( I am an old fashioned, hard core, cappuccino drinker, and that's where I started. The coffee I received was nothing less than amazing! I think the UK has really grown its coffee culture skills since my last visit and today I was truly impressed! I decided to grab something easy to eat, and when I discussed what I was interested in, the waitress was keen to make really helpful recommendations, which I went with - and felt very satisfied with my meal (I had a vege sausage bap), it was just the right size. The staff were engaging, friendly, interested, and helpful. I had such a good time I decided I had to have another coffee as I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it back for more. Would I go back? Yes. I WISH I could return to this cafe before I leave, sadly its not very likely.

Our initial plan was just to have a cup of coffee before the hike. Then I wanted to have a quick breakfast. Surprisingly the service was very prompt even inside was packed. But I was impressed more by the stylish service and the taste. It's not my local but now and then I want to visit here for their excellent coffee + food + dog friendly

We had lunch here on a weekday, and there was a full house. You could tell it’s good. The food came in a flash and didn’t disappoint us. Fresh with good attention to spice and seasoning. It’s not exactly cheap compared to a cafe, but this is a bar and kitchen I can understand their pricing. Service was great too. Would recommend.

Tasty and inventive menu. Good sausage rolls, pastries, cakes, coffee and specialty tea. Friday night wine list looks fun too 😊

Brilliant food, went in for breakfast. Not that comfortable inside and a bit shabby but I think adds to the appeal for some people. However food was amazing, going back soon. Up the independents!

So far the best coffee (well I had Latte in the attached photo) in Sevenoaks Town after Nero closed. Putting Costa and Starbucks to shame. Nice and cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff. The only thing stopping me from giving all 5 stars is the front seating in front of window - there are no blinds so with some sunshine outside (even if it's nice to have it) , it gets too hot inside and with direct sunlight it get irritating as you can't see much... So management should definitely considering installing some blinds from the ceilings rolling down a little bit to block direct sunlight (especially with Spring season coming soon). Oh and table surface was a little bit sticky so not sure if it wasn't cleaned properly (but they do clean surfaces as I have seen it) or wood surface needs a new layer of polish/wax. Nevertheless, best new coffee shop in Sevenoaks after trying them all!

Absolute gem in Sevenoaks. I loved the menu offerings and the team that work there are just so friendly and approachable. We had the pancakes and a plate of salmon / eggs. Just delicious!

What a lovely place to go for breakfast on a Sunday morning. If they had more tables in the restaurant they would certainly fill them. Food was lovely !! Waiting staff excellent. Always checking that customers had everything. The owner or manager, big guy with longer hair was really friendly and encouraged the kids to play. Can’t speak highly enough. Thank you

Cute cafe, very busy, nice vegan options. A few savory options and pancakes. The vegan breakfast sandwich was pretty dry, so wouldn't recommend.

Just the best place in Sevenoaks; range of ages from babies to pensioners pouring over tablets and laptops, with a wonderful range of canine companions. The food is fabulous and I love that it’s all plant based unless otherwise stated! Service is quietly efficient, food cooked to order so time to mellow, chat with friends or snuggle into one of the corner cushions with a good book.

I had high expectations, based from reviews, for this Cafe, which calls itself "pro-plant cafe". There's no vegan lunch option, as they all contain meat or dairy. There was only a breakfast vegan bap, picture attached, which looks and tastes just bland. Juices and coffees were great, as well as the service and ambience.

Great service, nice ambience, though somehow the experience of the ambience wasn't as great as I am used to. It doesn't matter that the wall painting dropped, its the fact that nobody else moved and checked on the member of staff that caught it. Only thing that left a strange feeling, and stopped me from the perfect 5 for atmosphere. Otherwise great place for father daughter breakfast chat ☺️.

Lovely, customer-friendly staff. They went to the shop to get more cucumbers when we ordered green smoothies. They could have just said they couldn’t make green smoothies for the rest of the day (like some places in London do). But they went the extra mile. The food was good too; I was surprised at how easily many dishes could either be veganised or were vegan to begin with. I ordered the vegan BLT with waffles. It was good but I would have preferred fewer tomatoes and more waffles. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I’m in Sevenoaks.

Great cafe with friendly service, well presented fresh food and good coffee. They have a great menu with a large range of plant based options. Added to this there is a great range of cakes and pastries for those wanting a smaller meal

I didn’t have a coffee, but the coffee looked acceptable. The atmosphere was very good. But as an eatery…. awful. I had Falafel’s with Hummus and salad. The Hummus was harder than an ice shot, I had to stab them to break them up. The chickpea Hummus was Runny and insipid. The salad consisted of one large leaf, Sliced gherkins and such …… Really not worth the money, and whoever cooked, it doesn’t know how to cook. The portion control was insulting. Although I was happy to not have more because it was not a good eating experience. Eat somewhere else.

What a little gem of a place opened up in the high street of Sevenoaks, delicious food my partner had eggs royal (a delicious gluten free version) and i had a bacon bap on steroids with locally sourced bacon a poached egg advocado and salad in it washed down with a delicious flat whit and ...A mojito, a brunch to die for and a must if you are in Sevenoaks

Querky little cafe, great breakfast with locally sourced produce, very healthy, too. Love their peanut butter blonde and granola! Lunch options are a little on low side but the chicken burger is worth trying out!

Fantastic coffee (not at all expensive as some reviews suggest!) and our server, James, had an amazing smile & "can do" attitude. Very welcoming; busy but not crowded and food looked delicious. A quick coffee pit stop yesterday but will linger longer and taste the delectable looking food next time...
