What a great service we got from Carlos and Rebeca. They spoke English very well, we're very informative and even booked us into a restaurant after booking the Flamenco show. 5 star service with a big big smile, loved them and would highly recommend visiting them to book your excursions, you will not be disappointed ❤️

Maria Elena gave us an amazing tour of the Alcâzar. She has a degree in history and that really showed when she explained to us the little details on our tour. Elena is just so special of a tour guide. I have laughed out so loud within the Seville cathedral because she has the best sense of humor! And that is just the icing on the cake. So knowledgeable, has photos beyond what’s on display and more information than anything your naked eyes can see at any point. She is very easy-going and I loved every moment of it. If you are as lucky, you will get to see the best of the city with her.

Elena is such a gem! She is our guide to the Seville Cathedral and Giralda Tower. Speaking eloquently in English, she showed and explained the history, and shared the many interesting facts and stories of the Cathedral so well that there never was a dull moment throughout the walk. Adding her personal insights and opinions of the Spanish traditions and culture, one can see she is very passionate in sharing her experiences and her city to us. If you want to know how to climb a tower in 17 steps, or the dna investigations of Columbus, look for Elena! It is our first time in Seville, the first guided tour here and she has been a great ambassador of this wonderful city. If there is an option in this feedback we would have given her more than the 5 stars she deserved.

We just arrived in Seville and stumbled upon this tourist info Center. Zack was so friendly and so helpful! We having our bearings now and a boat trip and flamenco show on our immediate list of things to do! Gracias Zack!

Lina is very pleasant. The tour is well organised and relaxing although the palaces in the Alcarzar are very crowded.

My phone was out of charge and I felt I could leave my phone to charge while having a nice lunch. They had lunch time tour which we booked and Helena. Helena was very very knowledgeable and took her time to tell us stories that are relevant to now and back then. This office has helped us twice now and would highly recommend it 🙌🏼

We tour the Cathedral in Seville. The tour itself was actually not that bad. I would rate it as 4 stars. The main problem was the registration. They wanted (needed?) all the information they have no business to know - passport number, its expiration date, full name, date of birth, email address. Why not marriage certificate, tax returns, bank account number, etc? My opinion is they need my payment, that’s it. They definitely can provide us the tour without knowing our dates of birth, right? Don’t collect private information not needed for the task then you’ll have better ratings.

The service that we received from Ignacio was extraordinary - we had multiple issues including transportation that we had to resolve and he walked us through each of those and developed solutions to our issues. Quite honestly, Ignacio could have just given us a superficial service but instead he made an extra effort to help us overcome the challenges that we faced! If I could give Ignacio 12 stars instead of the maximum of 5 stars I would give that as his service, kindness and willingness to help in a kind, considerate and compassionate manner was deeply sensed and appreciated!!!

Excellent service and very warm guys at the reception. They are so sweet and welcoming. They patiently answer every question and attend every tourist that reach them with a very smiling face. Pablo answered every query of mine and I think they are the best in the business
