A small but impressive museum where details about the activity of different craft guildes are given, with a lot of instruments that craftsmen used, some special appliances and coats of arms. All exhibits are really authentic. They sell a combined ticket that includes the visit to one more museum where a lot of old maps, arms, household objects and clothes are exhibited.

Definetely worth the price. Very detailed and lovely presentation of the various sectors back in time alongside the tools and clothing items they used. There is also a gift shop at the end of the museum.

This was a lovely stop off whilst visiting Sighisoara. The Guild Museum has been beautifully created and gives a real feel of the trades that used to take place in the area. A knowledgeable and kind owner/guide. Thank you.

Excellent museum! Very impressed with the great variety of historic tools and craft bjects and the detailed explanations regarding early craftsmen of Transylvania and their guilds. Yes, seems that to attain the Master status one needed to be a married German male!

One of the best private museums I wisited, with great variety of historical artifacts. The curators have extensive knowledge about the history of the pieces and the respective context. Bought the books for more details, recommend both, museums and books.

Absolutely wonderful! Many items exhibited in a very alluring manner. The lady there ever told us a few things about Sighisoara and the citadel. I was extremely pleasantly impressed with the museum and the lady.

An immersive experience! I was truly surprised and impressed by this museum. When you step inside it, you are greeted by medieval music. As you step downstairs and enter the museum, you start hearing the "workers" in their respective guilds. You hear the blacksmith hammering some iron, the carpenter carving wood and so on. At the same time, you can enjoy hundreds of old objects used in those guilds a long time ago. Truly entertaining experience! Definitely recommend!

Amazing, Absolutely wonderful! And you must meet Rares Sopterean, museografer, historian and administrator of museum Casa Breslor and Casa Armelor. He knows so much information to give you about those places that you will be mesmerized. I was extremely impressed. The museum is located in an old building that has its own history. I totally recommend to visit the two museums (Casa breslelor si Casa Armelor) in Sighisoara. The Guild House is a “miniature” history museum that hosts an exhibition of tools, equipment and machinery used for centuries by craftsmen from Sighisoara and its surroundings. It is actually an exhibition dedicated to guilds and includes tools, guild insignia and multiple other objects.

👍 The church costs 8 Lei a person to go inside. We choose not to go inside and instead walked around the church and the surrounding graveyard.
