The hotel came highly recommended, but I was disappointed with the service and maintenance of the great structure. The light in the bathroom was out and I complained about it but nothing was done till I checked out. Cockroaches, dead and live ones were spotted all over the room. The lock to the room doesn't look strong which gave some insecurity feeling. Basic things like towel etc were not there. The hotel receptionist handed me a towel to take to the room for my own use! I had to physically go and complain because the Intercom wasn't working. The television was useless as it was snowy all through and the volume wasn't audible. I had to move out to another hotel the next day along with the 4 other friends we came together. It was not value for money.

The rooms are just ok. Forget about luxury. The intercom in the room was not working so I had to go downstairs and order for dinner. They also forgot to put a towel in the bathroom. At the restaurant, they still insist on them serving you their buffet service, their cold, and limited options food, servers not wearing gloves or nose mask, so one wonders why. But very friendly n helpful reception.

Cleanliness is very poor. Sheets literally have stains like they've not been washed. No attendant to keep room free. No towel in the bathroom

I came to the restaurant. The food - amala was okay, but the soup - afang, was riddled with tiny stones probably for the meat. This is important to me. Probably, I'd have rated the place higher

Nice place👍 standard setting, Dishes; Accurate and delicious. Customer service also great. Nice place to to hold important meeting, business talks... Nice Air at night with waterfalls view to grace your sight. You can talk a walk around peacefully also. 👍

The restroom sink was dripping water all over the floor after use in the diplomatic apartment. I saw cockroach running out of the wardrobe. The TV wasn't clear enough. Requested for hot water to make tea that was placed on the table, but didn't get a feedback. This was the annex, but I don't wish to use your place again.

An ideal place for relaxation but the overbearing presence of Yahoo boys within the hotel premises is shading a negative light on the hotel.

The hotel is good, warm staff from my experience. However, it's obvious that the high cost of maintaining such a facility is taking its toll on the entire management of the rooms and breakfast.

It's a very beautiful hotel, but the management have deliberately allowed the presence of Yahoo boys in their numbers to loiter within the hotel, indian hemp are smoked freely within the hotel premises.

I think it's cool for the environment but lack of maintenance and old equipment facilities.

Too many young people doing crazy stuff here. If you want a calm hotel, Conference Sagamu is not the place

You can't expect normal running water all day long. The room are too dark. And you may have a companion as a lizard at the room. At the restorant food is local or too spaysi.

It is very big! It spans a whole crescent. You can't miss it on that road. It has a swimming pool, restaurants, event halls. It is properly secured.

For a seemingly big and proper hotel, they really fell short of expectations. For starters, the staff were very courteous, AC in the room was good, the room was spacious but the room itself was just appalling. The sheets were dirty, it was literally brown. I couldn't even use the duvet, it was very dirty! The hot water in the bathroom didn't work, water knob was bad. I had a terrible night's sleep to be honest. Even the walls of the room needed renovations. My cousin's room had plumbing issues too. Beyond the aesthetics, they really need to work on cleanliness, it's of utmost importance in the hospitality industry.

Way way expensive. Couldn't get a "borokini " food for like 1000m radius.

It's an okay hotel, decent facility enough for that location, we had our anniversary party by the pool but I would warn that guest are mindful of bar guest who sneak in weed and a few other substances. Good parking area. The hotel also has an annex, the gate man......we're kind enough to wash our cars while we were resident there.

Nice hotel and location. Lack of maintenance is a big let down. Kitchen cooker and sink horribly dirty. Fridge not working. Bed was rock hard. Not fit for animals to sleep on. Stayed in the 3 bed apartment which was very spacious and accommodates a large family. However the whole apartment needs complete refurbishment and those horrible beds needs immediate changing. I definitely won't be staying at the hotel again or recommend it to people in its current state. The only positive thing is the good security.
