Attended 6-day Shurangama Class here. A beautiful Monestry with a Kuan Yin Exhibition Hall displaying different types if Kuan Yin Statues that opens only on Sat & Sat.

Buddhist temple, and also there offer Registration Of Marriage. A new option other than Tien Hou temple. Very unique place. Have my ROM here and till now still a very good memory.

Beautiful temple. Clean and well maintained. Usually very crowded during events and festivals especially wesak. Provide religious talk and Sunday classes for the kids. Very friendly community especially if you are part of volunteer. Highly recommend coming.

This is by far the largest, modern (and perhaps only) Buddhist temple in Shah Alam for Buddhists in this area that caters a lot of activities and events. The main hall is quite huge that it can accommodate a lot of prayers inside the room and it is air conditioned. There is a Buddha statue gallery as well as medicine counter inside. Quite huge number of prayers visit here annually especially during Vesak Day.

I like the calmness which I felt as I entered the building for the first time (even during a crowded Wesak day). The meditation/prayer halls are nicely decorated. There's a Guan Yin hall too. Would definitely go again 😊

If u r looking for Dharma classes, this place provides every weekend, all taught by volunteers. If you wanna contribute, can volunteer as teacher.

The best place to be at for relaxation. The Buddha statue at the main shrine is just so peaceful. A good place to meditate. Also to volunteer on weekends among the nicest and friendliest people.

A Buddhist centre with vast variety of activities suitable for different walks of life. Can check with their information counter or website for dates of annual and regular events. They also have Jivaka medical consultation services and also marriage registration services.

[October 2022] Went for the blood donation drive. Good setup and comfortable with a/c. Unfortunately hours is too short 9am to 2pm. Crowd still keep coming in even almost near ending time. Roadside parking is ample outside as people come and go. Actually I didn't know about this health screening drive, but got to know from my friend. Their publicity is not so great even I just stay nearby. Need huge improvement on this. One thing I don't like coming here is because of the volunteer. Often I encounter people chasing for donations and event feedbacks which I'm not comfortable of. And they used to stop taking students in for buddist classes when the quota is full. Which I'm not fond of a society rejectinv away potential believers or followers. I think they have put the priorities wrong some ways.
