It's actually a community place the idea to provide healthy activities for the youth of Shah Faisal colony and surrounding areas, in 90s target was achieved by providing a good volleyball stadium with huge sitting area almost 3000 people's capacity for watching games, floodlights facility, fitness , bodybuilding club and some indoor games, Tournament matches of different departments held often provided a great enjoyment us and it was the sign of good volleyball in Karachi but now very less sports activities remains commercial used make this palace paid car parking area, some shops given to rent and established a school we can say it's a commercial market concerns authorities must look after this and give young a quality sports area.

This place is front area of my late father property 60 by 60 yard but KDA has been not issues which area on physical map they saying 1st you have pay 2lacks and we are inter on mape I am very humble request to cheef justice of Pakistan Saqib nisar Sahib please look into this matter and resolve my issues therefore we have bank chalan leze allotment against name my father Syed Abu hanif late.

Khokhar club is one of the oldest sports complex in Karachi. It is located in Shah Faisal Colony. It is the home of many renowned sports personalities. The facilities here are volleyball, a tennis court, a badminton court, a boxing arena & a table tennis court. It also serves as an event organizer for wedding, religious and political activities. This complex is now deteriorating and loosing its beauty due to unavailability of funds for maintenance.

One of the oldest public sports centre of Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi. There are so many sports facility like volleyball ground, badminton court, table tennis area, fitness club, Taekwondo.

The place is a heaven for Fitness freaks. It has a pretty average Gym which can serve almost 30 person at a time. The Gym is open for almost 24hrs. The fee is 1000rs/month. Other then Gym this place also have a volleyball court and a martial art school. The Martial Art school opens from 5.00pm till 10.00pm. The teacher is well qualified and use pretty decent equipment for practice. The school also for girls too.

Khokar Club was found as sports complex but as the time and people's interest change the management turn it into marriage hall and school, in early 90s I take karate classes from this club, at that time the club was heart favorite and the only choice for table tennis, bed Minton, woliboll and wight lifting club.

Local fitness club, also there is provided training for judo, karate's basic and advanced level courses
