Not Recommended, Pathetic Experience, Extremely Poor Services, Non-Professional. We booked a hut for 17000 (via Mr. Abdullah from 0KM Team) and upon our arrival, we found that 0KM Tour & Travel has allotted it to some other group at the same time. I along with my guests had to face humiliation because of the mismanagement of 0-KM Tour & Travels. I was having very special guests, therefore, informed the 0KM team in advance to make sure everything is well organized but they ruined my experience in the best possible way and proved to be highly unprofessional.

We recently went on a trip to Turkey for our honeymoon. The goal was to visit as many cities as possible within a short span of twenty days. Every time we would come across a post about turkey, we would come across Faizan’s name. We inquired about the packages and found his website and companionship of the utmost help. He was kind enough to go through with our countless itinerary changes that we kept making until the last minute and responded timely. At first, we were reluctant to book hotels through him but the rates he offered were better than what most websites were offering us. He even helped us with our ticket booking as well as the ten trips across Turkey we took. From boat trips to cable car rides, from city tours to jeep safari, his references and English-speaking guides that he arranged specifically for us, made the whole trip worthwhile. We kept in touch with him throughout the trip, nagging him to give us addresses to the best and underrated gems and he never disappointed. The suggestions to visit Balat, sunset from Halic, arranging our ATV and balloon ride in Cappadocia and city tour in Antalya with the Duden waterfalls and teleferik ride was unforgettable. Highly recommended for everyone planning a trip to turkey and wishing to make it hassle-free.

I was trying to make an itinerary that could cover some major cities in Turkey along with tours & excursions and it was a headache untill my friend recommended me Mr. Bilal from 0km and after that it feels like a cake walk. I booked Turkey Travel for my 10 day trip and the lady Faiza was a huge help. She took care of minor details and was always there to assist. Had a wonderful experience booking my trip to Turkey with 0KM. Probably the best 10 days with each and everything on spot. I was a solo traveler and the team helped me with each step. We travelled from pakistan to turkey with Turkey Travel. Whole process was very smooth. Everything was exactly like what we dreamed of. VIP cars, hotels, tours with guide, was according to the plan communicated before departure. They handled everything, from car booking to Hot air balloon tickets. Without any hurdle, panick or tension, we spent 18 days in 5 cities. All queries were answered timely. I highly recommend travelling with them. They are trustworthy and dedicated about their work.

I would never ever recommend anyone to travel with them as they have no ethics and manners to talk to the potential clients and customers. Being a customer it’s my right to take quotations from different agencies before travelling anywhere but being rude to their clients is respectful? This guy Mr Osama, needs to learn customer service before dealing with clients. If I have asked them to share quotes, it’s his job to provide me the quote and it’s my choice to see which agency I want to travel with. He has been rude. Let me quote you his exact words “agar apko apki friend Ki agency say hi travel karna tha tau mere 5 ghantay kuyn zaya karwaye, ab main apko is say kam kya is amount main bhi package Nahi duga” ????? I will take up his rude behaviour to all the social media platforms until he writes an apology. Sharing screenshot in comment box. Be aware everyone, those who can not respect you here in your own city will never be able to provide you the better client servicing in any other country.

I dared an all-girls trip to Quetta-Ziarat and it was a success just because of the super efficient team of 0KM. If it had not been for them, it would have been really difficult for us to stay even a day, let alone enjoying to the fullest. The team's efforts and professional behavior is the real value for money! Tour guides know what they are doing, they are knowledgeable and cooperative and they make the environment super comfortable for each member in a group. This was my second with 0KM and there's way a lot more to come for sure!
