First of all the environment is so Good. Quality, standard and sitting place are admirable. I love this place.

Not a fan of McDonald's in the states, but had to try it on my trip to pakistan. WoW what a difference, the flavors and meat are on another level. A must try even if it's once!

It's very good you will find all big Brand there and lots of comming soon Right know there is McDonald's, King Burger, Pizzahutt, KFC, are open and soon more there is also plane for cinma play Land for kids so it's one of the best mall till now in Multan highly recommend for visit well neat and clean and good views.

Hahahah ....mcdonalds is a very very big food chane in pakistan....this is a very multinatinal food chane .....good taste ...good qualty ..but rate are very high becz multinational food chane....but today is my bad experince...in mall of multan ..becz no sitting .....ice cream is very tasty and yummmmyyy...m very upset today..

I recently visited a restaurant called "The Spice House" located in Multan, Pakistan and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The Spice House is definitely one of the best restaurants in Multan and worth a visit!

Staff lied initially about no golootlo deal availability. I took the normal then one of the employees walked with a golootlo sign board. I asked for the counter again on issue and they replied its not available at the moment while openly displaying the advertisement on counter shelf. If mcdonalds don't want to serve a deal don't sign up for it.

The place is good, the best thing is the sitting plan of Mall of Multan. McDonald's deals are relatively better than other brands. Most importantly, quality is upto the mark. Highly Recommended!!

Worst food, spoiled chicken patties with rotten salad inside Mc crispy chicken sandwich. We also ordered tortilla wraps with chicken patties which had same spoiled chicken. Seems there is not big number of customer flow and the staff is forced to use the expired material anyway. A big NO go for this McDonald's! I at least will not eat from this place again for sure.

Mall of Multan is the Biggest mall in Multan.It has all facilities.On the 4th floor , McDonald's is available there.you can bought all kinds of good from there.It has a nice environment.

Not the best but probably the best shopping mall in multan. If u want to visit some good food court and shopping area. Its the best place.

Ms Kousarvwho was the incharge at the moment was adamant that my family should order through the kiosk even though there was a long line at the kiosk and the counter was completely empty. After a lot of insistence she finally allowed the server to open a counter for me to accept my order. I thought McDonald's always believed in customer first but I guess I was and Ms Kousar made sure I knew that McDonald's doesn't believe in it either! Horrible experience. Was just visiting Multan and already it has turned sour! I can only recommended that please use another branch!

Highly overpriced and overrated place. Taste is nothing compared to the likes of Hardee's, Nando's, and OPTP. Absolutely no comparison with KFC which is miles ahead. Not recommended

I stopped in McDonalds yesterday wanting 3 fresh hash browns and a large ice coffee reg. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. I had to say, "Is anyone working here?" A woman appeared and I told her I wanted 3 fresh hash browns as the ones sitting under the heat lamp I known have been sitting for a while. The employee dropped 3 hash browns in the fryer and walked away never to be seen again. Another woman appeared and took three old hash browns and tried to give it to me, I explained I ordered fresh hash browns. She gave me three fresh hash browns and walked away. This morning I entered the same establishment and used a stop watch to see how long before anyone noticed me. Five minutes and 40 seconds it took before the woman at the drive through noticed me and asked what I wanted. I said three fresh hash browns, before I got to say the coffee she walked away.

Love the food, especially the nuggets and McFlurry. Customer Care was good. Everyone was well mannered except the Guard. The Guard showed no Respect. Thats why it is 4 star

I visited the mall of multan and had McDonald's in their food court, which is on the 4th floor. I ordered the usual spicy chicken burger along with fries and a cold drink. They were also offering new flavours in mcflurry, and I ordered chocolate brownies flavour.

It is always a great place for a quick bite with drive through. Staff is well-trained and very welcoming. Parking can be an issue at times but overall, the restaurant is serving the globe with good food. Loved to see the cultural trends going on and now they are adding up some healthy choices as well

Worst food experience for such price point. The delivery is never on time, plus they may switch your drinks without permission. The food is mediocre. You may get better food from other places at much cheaper rates.

Its clean and well maintained. But they need to serve things in good proportion. Eg drinks are never filled to the top, fries serving is really less even if you buy bigger meal. They should be generous

Very good taste, now they are decreasing there prices. There application is very helpfull and easy to use and have many discount offers.

Everyone knows that McDonald's is one of the top international restaurant and everyone likes to eat from it. The best thing I like here is good customer service. The taste of a food is similar everywhere when you are eating McDonald's food but If they provide you good customer service so nothing is above it . So I will highly recommend those people who want to eat McDonald's should go to McDonald's mall of multan branch.

McDonald's is top class brand not only in pakistan but around world.. it has always maintained its food quality and provides a peaceful environment to the customers but unfortunately this particular outlet needs some improvement in sense of customer management system and also in providing food variety.. They don't provide any of coffee at this outlet and also some food items.. coffee is a very high demanded drink by majority of customers

Best place for shoping of different international and pakistani brands..

The mall is really nice . Offers a lot places to shop and dine. This is good mall. Only place that is not open is the cinema in the mall at the top floor of the mall. Will definitely visit again and hopefully this time the cinema will be open also. Ohh and the ice cream polar next to food court is amazing.

Staff doesn't even know what they are serving in food bags. I asked for medium pepsi but they gave me regular size. I asked for Spicy McChicken they ga e me value meal burger which is a small size burger. Annoyed.
