Besides the absence of any customer service, now no one is allowed to use the self check out with a cart. Doesn’t matter if you have less items then the number clearly stated on the sign. If you have a cart you can’t use the self check out. I find this especially irritating since often times the lines to check out are long and if you only have a few items ( Kleenex, paper towel and toilet paper) you still have to wait for someone with a full cart load.

First time at this No Frills location because I was at friends farm not so far from it. This store was clean and well maintained and also stocked. Their staff was very helpful and store knowledgeable when I asked them for some specific products. Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

Ok So You No Longer Can Bring Your Cart To Self Checkout If You Have Less Then Ten Items. Baskets Only. They Don't Provide Enoug Baskets When Your Entering The Stores. Can You Consider Making A 1 To 10 Item Cashier Check Out For People With Carts. Thank You.

Not sure what the owners are thinking getting rid of all the baskets. They for some reason have their employees just tell customers that other customers stole them all... they sell ones for $6 which they're clearly making profit on...for $200(the price of doing business) they could easily stop inconvenience their customers. But clearly ignorance is playing a large roll in the decision making... you keep making your profits though!

This location needs to improve the poor attitude of their cashiers. Socializing amongst themselves and closing their lanes while paying customers wait in long line ups occurs too frequently. Requiring customers to ask the under staffed single employee at the self checkout for bags is a problem that is easily correctable. Customers being required to wait for bags demonstrates a lack of trust and respect. The begging for bags is a wasteful policy that assumes all customers are stealing plastic bags. I’ve only encountered this at the No Frills in Shelburne, no other stores do this petty bag process at self checkout. The self checkout and payment machines are always covered in filth. It’s disappointing that the otc sleep aids are not stocked. Sleep aids are the only items I purchase at No Frills now due to the cashier issues and the lack of hygiene. However the employees stocking shelves deserve 5 stars for their job performance! Everyone of the floor representatives are helpful, eager to assist, easily approachable and impressively knowledgeable.

When picking up a flash food order, the staff was unable to find 4 idems and told us to get a refund from flash food. However, the employee had to put the entire order as picked up, so now we need to explain to the third party co that we need a refund with no proof. Poor customer service and the so-called manager told us he can't o anything it's totally between us and flash food he would not budge from that sentence. It's flash foods problem, not the store issue.how is that possible

I had one item in my cart and was told I couldn’t use self checkout. No consideration for the fact I had one kid in the cart and another in tow with me and lines were huge. Then when I made it clear I wasn’t waiting in line for one item when the only reason I had the cart was because of my kids and a pick-up all of a sudden I was told it was okay. Rules change depending on the employee you get. Online on Facebook a post says you can use a cart for 15 items or less, some employees let people go with a cart full(which is ridiculous) and others won’t let you go when you are clearly using the cart as a stroller. I’ve also received rotten produce and meat on several grocery pick-ups, items are constantly missing on the shelves or they are rotten and opened. The store has definitely gone downhill.

Well stocked. Fresh fruits and veg! Great sales and promos for families. PC Optimum works here, we get grocery cash!

I have an issue with their self check out service. I prefer to use it as I am disabled and slow at the packing, but can't use it as I need a cart. I feel very uncomfortable using a regular checkout because of the packing. I feel like I'm holding everyone up.

Place like other shopping malls with the exception of customer service. I couldn't find someone to ask the question and have to go to the cashier. The other time when I was there young employee face was so unhappy that I wanted it to leave this place as fast as I could. Only one woman was there. They have many empty shelves, new skids in the alley products were unpacked and customers were looking for their items. Maybe they need to hire more employees to unpack new deliveries or have additional night shifts. Anyway, I have to go to Foodland to buy what I need.

This no frills had such an amazing selection of everything. The no frills I usually visit has way less than this. The staff was also very friendly. And the store was very clean. I'll definitely be back before the roads get horrible, it's a half hour away which sucks. But Tim and Heather, you get a solid 10/10

We love No Frills! Carts are only 25 cents which is handy. Store is clean and very well stocked. Love coming here every few weeks (we alternate between here and the OS location)

Awesome prices but often run out of sale items and other high demand items but the floor staff are very helpful and will go out of there way to serve customers just make sure you go during non busy hours if you don't like lines because the store gets flooded especially like 5-8pm Friday.

Best selection of grocery items. Very fresh meat, vegetables and fruit. I just wish they'd fix the fan in their washroom.

Good store. Miss the large section of mixed nuts, candies assorted granola.. now I have to look all over the store instead of 1 stop spot.

Lately the selection of goods has been lacking. I was there today and there was no crunchy peanut butter, Juices for kids, delissio pepperoni pizza, barely any chips or meat and the cereal aisle almost completely cleaned out yet when I go to the Orangeville store it’s completely stocked…I must say the customer service is good but inventory lacks BIG time

You got to love the pricing! and availability. Very inclusive of a variety of international foods. Easy and user friendly to purchase from the web and very communicative to ensure you get all your products before pick up and during pick up. (emails, txt msgs, and phone calls), you wont be left wondering about your order.
