    Quick stop for me on a long drive , worth it , fast service , good seating arrangement. Clean washrooms. Love it . Had a steep tea ☕️ hot and fresh.

    Just left this tim hortons branch feeling extremely disappointed. I ordered a veg wrap with a hash brown and slice cheddar cheese. Firstly, the girl who took my order couldn’t understand the simple order and i repeated it 3 times. I don’t mind repeating but i got the wrong order. They added cream cheese and the lady who made the wrap almost threw it towards me. When i found out my order was wrong i went back to tell her and she said we ran out of lettuce do u still want the wrap? I said ok. Then i waited 10 minutes and she made another wrap and without apologizing or anything she again dumped it in front of me and turned away. It was so insulting. She was nice to everyone else but maybe because i was wearing a hijab she was acting that way. I didn’t say anything and came out quietly. And when I checked again this is what i got. The cheese was hard at the ends and scattered and the wrap wasn’t even heated properly for the cheese to melt. I’m not a very picky person. I’m a regular tim hortons fan and have never met a rude tim hortons associate. We were coming back from 3 nights of camping at sauble falls and were very tired. The last thing we expected was to meet an unfriendly, unapologetic and rude person.

    On Sunday that is 18th of June at 11:00pm through drive thru we ordered one steep tea M double double. We got it, but first it was too hot to even hold the cup secondly there was no sugar in it. And it seems to be just single cream as when we drink it’s only water. may be they didn’t put sugar and cream or they didn’t stir it well. Team should know if we order something at night it’s because we need it. I was having low sugar so needed some sugar but I had to throw the cup because I can’t have water looking tea without sugar. Worst tea ever had in my life.

    We got served by a new guy. One of the slowest Tim’s ever, my order took 20 mins after I asked them where it is. I can’t even blame the new guy. It’s more of the manager to blame for not having someone with him to assist with orders. Asked for regular and I got black coffee.

    Absolutely terrible! The ice Capp I got was very liquidy and had no Ice in it. I ordered an ice capp not an ice coffee!! but I a few minutes after I got to the middle of the supposedly ice Capp I found a HAIR IN MY DRINK gross. 🤢 I don’t recommend getting a “ice capp” from this Tims! Absolutely disgusting and gross!!!!!!!!🤮 AND ON TOP OF THAT there were flies everywhere and I didn’t even step on foot this this place and saw the flies all over the bagels and muffins! Through the glass window.

    They don’t allow dine in or walk in as well as they denied to receive my order from window and I told her I am having a truck, I can’t go to drive thru with my truck .

    Never has items (donuts, chicken, steak ect). Very slow & unprofessional. My daughter and I heard the employees thru the drive thru window just telling at the top of their lungs, playing around behind the counter. I love working for Tim Hortons & am currently looking to go back to work but, this store along with the other Tim's in Shelburne, I could never work at either. I'm a very punctual person, like to be quick & get things correct the first time. This store shows zero guidance or discipline. I'm not sure where the supervisors or even the owners are but, things need to be changed or this store will lose a lot of customers due to the unprofessional, slow employees.

    Not that this place needs a review. Who doesn't know about Tim Hortons! But as my duty as a Google guide I must say that if you have a sweet tooth like me, order their French Vanilla coffee. It's really good. And try their Bagels. They are delicious. Get butter on yours!

    Went through this Tim Hortons twice this weekend. No toilet paper in washroom either time. Have currently been waiting more than 20 minutes for a Tim’s Mobile order, no sign of it yet. Many many people who were behind us have already received their orders. Find another Timmie’s, folks. This one is terrible.

    Good place to stop after running River Road on the motorcycle. Its generally pretty fast but the parking lots a pain and the drive thru is not the easiest to find.

    Slowest Tim Hortons. Always understaffed. People who walk in are treated to very dirty bathrooms. And this most recent visit had the entire front counter empty. Not a single donut, cookie, or baked good to be seen. Unless you are absolutely desperate to make a stop I highly recommend skipping this one.

    I barely ever leave reviews, but this is without a doubt the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, across all fast food joints, in any town I've lived so far. Sorry to the few lovely people that I have dealt with that work there. Theres another Tim's in town now, so save yourself the trouble and just go there.

    This location is very slow and disorganized. They never have pickup mobile orders ready. placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arrival, because it is never ready still waited 15 minutes before I had to stand in line to ask the cashier where my order was. Then received a very cold breakfast sandwich from behind the cash, after they made my coffee to finish the order. The drivethru is always backed up, so there is no way to grab a quick bite at this store. Avoid at all costs if you are in a hurry. This is not a new issue it has been this way since shortly after the mobile app was launched. First few months they were competent, but have since failed to have my order ready no matter how early you put it in. Over 30 minutes to get a sandwich and a coffee never again will I stop at in Shelburne for Tim's. App is great but this store screws it up every time.

    It’s disgusting how the workers yell at people for not wearing a mask without even allowing them to explain that they have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. Train your workers in customer service Tim Hortons or you risk losing business.

    There were flies all over the bagels. I asked the server there are flies sitting on the bagels and all other food items and she just IGNORED that comment and called the next person in line. This place is highly unhygienic and no one cares about that too. :/

    Absolutely horrible. They didn’t have anything we were ordering through drive through. And the employer was so rude telling us “there are cars waiting behind”. We were not even taking time, we were just telling them what our order was. I ordered a half coffee half hot chocolate, they gave me an order for each instead of one drink. We ordered a steeped tea, they did not have that either. But there was a tea in the drinks we received. This review in confusing because in short our experience there was a total chaos.

    Filthy washrooms and terrible service. We kept driving and stopped at a great location in Orangeville. The staff were just ignoring customers, not taking orders from people. Presumably filling mobile orders but no acknowledgement or service to people in the store. No defined area for a line up. Customers just milling about waiting in vain for someone to offer to take their order. Hubby waited "in line" while I used the washroom. It was so dirty I didn't want any food or drink from this location anyway so we left.

    Washrooms are gross and not clean. Looks like only the bare minimum is done. And the cover for the garbage can is broken and swinging into people trying to wash their hands. The one toilet doesn't like to flush if someone else just flushed. So be prepared to wait there for five minutes to flush it. Better to just use drive through

    Doesn't have stuff in stock ever, they don't know what a double-double is because I got them to make me it 4 times and it still wasn't right. The cashier couldn't care less and proved it by making me repeat myself 3 times for a small order. Overall garbage experience and I would suggest just going to the Mcdonalds down the street.

    Wonderful staff at this location. We go to the DT almost every morning and there is a man named Perminder who is amazing and my kids love when he is at the window when we pull up. He is so warm with his greetings and so kind and make my kids feel special when he says hi and notices my son got a haircut and mentioned it. Such a lucky location to have staff so amazing like him.

    Only downfall was that we asked for the English muffin to be double toasted and it was not. It wasn't a big deal. Food was still hot and tasty.

    I want to like this location and usually the person at the window is good but for the last few months my orders are wrong first it was my drinks being incorrect and now my wraps have been incorrect and I don't find out until I'm already 30 minutes away. This is really starting to annoy me as I am very clear of what I ask for but whoever makes it doesn't seem to care enough to do it right. I keep spending hard earned money on incorrect items, if this keeps happening I'm going to just go to McDonald's in the morning instead.

    This location has friendly staff, but the service (if ordering for dine in) is a bit slow. As many locations that offer drive thru - many prioritize drive thru vs dine in, so keep this in mind. Location is in a great spot - especially if you're driving through the area, it's a great spot to grab a coffee before you continue on your way.

    I’m my opinion I have never had doughnuts so small!!! I guess it’s shrinkflation in action. Purchased a couple of honey cruellers and Boston cream doughnuts and I was extremely disappointed with how much smaller they have become as opposed to pre pandemic times. The apple fritters are very good! But on the overall and again in my opinion; most doughnuts have shrunk! Also the Boston cream filling I find is not even close to the great taste they once had. Just a big shame .

    I went to this location and ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. After paying, I asked if they minded adding the chipotle sauce they use for the farmers wraps. What a mistake that was! The woman gave me attitude and then literally sprayed the sauce into the ‘doughnut hole’ of the bagel and gave it to me. Absolutely terrible customer service. So rude! Never EVER returning when I can get better service at the Timmies at hwy 89&10!

    Was there on rememberence day and picked up a box of Tim bits for my grandson and some hot chocolate for him and a coffee for me. I drink it black so it's hot and I asked for a double cup they charge ten cents for it, since when do they do that? I asked the server why she said well the company has to pay for it, and I said I won't be back. If that's the case I'll go elsewhere and left it at that. My question is,do all Tim Hortons do this now? You would think that the company would not want to have its customers scalding themselves and at $2.50 for a cup of coffee they are making a decent bit of profit. Greedy and a bit arrogant is what it seems like to me

    The place was clean and good costumer service our first time in Shelburne,but as we come out police officer gave us $110 ticket saying that we didn't stop enough on stop sign ,which I don't agree with .I just ruined our trip to Shelburne .but he is the police he have the power to do so. That's the only sad part

    I've been to probably 100+ Tim Hortons around Canada, and to this day I've never had a better farmer's wrap, bagel, sandwich, you name it. The donuts also look perfect which is great

    I was in this Tim's at 6am and was waiting for my breakfast wrap I looked at the women working as they talked about there weekend wich was obviously way more important then getting people back out of the Tim's to avoid virus spread I'm pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say the mask are not fun nor comfortable so why are the employees busy talking about the weekend then being reminded of an order I did there job for them Tim's has an obligation as we do as customers waiting to tell people to make my order is unexeptable in these times if Tim' hortons in shelburn doesnt think this message or review is important then ignore so everyone can see you dont care and if it is important I expect a reply from a manager this is unexeptable by the way I was the only one in the restaurant at that time so there was no excuse

    Quick service at the drive through. Standard Tim Hortons fare available for standsrd prices. The coffee I ordered was fresh and hot - better than the average - obviously freshly made and proper concentration of beans to water.

    A lot of the complaints about this location are about the speed of the drive through, which I wouldn’t mind if they could keep products stocked. News flash! They don’t. Went there for a chicken noodle soup, sandwich, and tea. They apparently stop making soup at 6 and ran out. No bread for the sandwich, and got a bagged tea instead of steeped which everyone knows is not comparable at Tim Hortons. This is a consistent problem I’ve experienced. Tim Hortons: if you’re going to use the traditional appeal to retain customers from macdonalds than try offering consistent service and quality food for the price. Every year your food and beverages taste worse. Cost cutting is going to kill your business. UPDATE: Went in again to try to get chicken noodle soup because I’m moving tomorrow, we have no food in the house, and it’s the only place to eat in Shelburne. Big surprise they were sold out of it. So I went home and made a mobile order for 30 mins later when they said they would be restocked. The order was ready on time which was great. But, my boyfriend and I both got a large soup and a sandwich. Soup was literally a cup of chicken broth with one piece of chicken in it each and a sprinkle of veg and noodles. I asked for mayo on my sandwich instead of ranch, which didn’t happen. At least I actually got a steeped tea this time! Seriously, don’t waste your money at this location. If we as consumers keep supporting businesses that consistently offer an inconsistent, sad product we are basically saying that it’s acceptable for a business to behave this way as long as convenience stands. So happy that I’ll never have to spend my money here again.

    It is a nice restaurant with friendly employees. It is our snack point whenever going north-northwest. Although it is very busy on weekends as it is on the main intersection. Even walk in can take time but employees try there best to make it quick.

    Tim Hortons greets you at thre door! He was signing autographs and everything, he smelled like dead flesh though. I doubt he could make a slap shot without his arms falling off.
