Некоректно отношение към гостите си. Лъжат за парите(вземат повече) и не поемат отговорност за сбъркана поръчка. Много разочарована!

The service at the restaurant was awful. Every time the waiter went away from the table, was giggling with everyone else making us very uncomfortable. The wait was too long (1 hour for 3 pizzas which we didn’t even eat there)

Nice place for having lunch or dinner. Food was good. The service was very nice, especially Veliko, perfect service, speaks also english. Definitely visiting again! Greetings!

I had dinner with some friends and requested a specific type of white wine to accompany the great salad. The etiquette requires when you order bottle of wine you get it served and most importantly opened at the table. What I got is an already opened bottle that was not even the type I wanted. When asked what happened they told me the wine I wanted was unavailable. I don’t mind that but would rather be informed prior opening a bottle of wine and charging me for it. When I chose other wine I nicely asked for it to be opened and served at the table. A server comes at the table looking very angry for actually asking for this type of service. The attitude was very unpleasant. All in all, the food was great yet the service wasn’t up to standard.

The restaurant is located in a very central and convenient place, the food was excellent and the service was superb. Highly recommend : )

Пържола не се сервира заедно със салата и ракия, може да се попита клиента: да забавим ли пържолата,а след 30 минути вече е на гума и студена.Сервитьорката не казва дори едно заповядайте,сърдита невежлива със клиентите.

Ужасна храна!! Не знам как една пица може да е хем тънка, хем сурова 🤷🏼‍♀️ Чакахме повече от час, благодарение най-вероятно на Глово. Повечето продукти липсваха от пицата, а за качеството им няма да споменавам изобщо. На места трябва да я отлепиш, за да си я хапнеш. Не става дори и за гладни хора!!

Много съм доволен от обслужването! Персонала беше много учтив и мил, със сигурност ще го посетя пак!
