I have booked a total of 3 rooms in the past weekend. The experience was incredibly horrible. The rooms were not ready at 3pm (check in time), we waited for 1 hour to only get one room checked in. One of the room on forth floor is facing an abandon camp site which became a home for stray dogs. They barked and howled most of the night, our two friends didn't get much rest at all. We have actually requested for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor but the hotel couldn't manage their schedule resulting in all late check in and rooms weren't ready. The drain in a shower room doesn't work properly, resulting in flooding! Water came out of the shower room (even with door tightly closed) making a big puddle all over the bathroom floor (danger hazard). They ask guests to pick out a time for breakfast (they have four time slots available). When we arrived, we have been notified that the only times they have left were 6.15 and 10.15. Constantly, a restaurant employees are walking around to tell people that you only have 1 hour to eat. This is outrageous. We paid a good amount of money to have a weekend get away with family. I don't need people to rush us through. There are plenty of space in a restaurant. The pool is way smaller than the pictures that shown on the website. No towels available near the pool. You have to ask for it at a food counter before you enter a pool area. We have asked for 3 towels but the hotel employee tried to negotiate if we can just take two?!? This place suppose to be a pretty high end hotel but I am shocked of with a low quality of services. I have talked to a manager, he can only offer us an on-zen voucher and it has to be used at this hotel. No thanks, we will not return and I recommend staying away from this hotel. Not worth the money.

Better trust review especially negative ones. The location is as ecpected: far and not in a good area. Parking is way too far, not in a walking distance at all. Layout of the hotel is not well designed, rooms layout is not comfortable, it can be better! Tiny kids club, Tiny gym, Tiny onsen with extra charge. Pools are not well maintained. Waste of unused spaces that can convert to useful but non of management care. Since we stayed in many of Sriracha hotels both chains and local, this is the worst experiences ever. Not value for money. Thanks to staffs with services that lots better than hardware.

Rooms are new, clean, bright, and the staff is very pleasant. Clearly marketing towards family stays with 3 CLEAN pools spaced in the limited area available. Oddly enought there is only one selection for beer(draft Singa).(perhaps waiting on an liquor order?) Hot dogs and and a small selection of street food style snacks available at the pool side(we never sampled). The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty(better than most hotels) I booked a delux ocean view room, however when. We arrived the patio way towards the condo building next door, however still held a view to the side of the patio and the side window in the room was facing the sea(we were happy). 3,000/night I did expect more in regards to facilities, unsure how they could accommodate a full hotel of people on the weekend, but the more the merrier I suppose. One small chair in the room and two small chairs on the patio.

A great place for vacations, especially for families with kids. They offer toddlers' pool, suitable for 1-3 years old, and a regular pool, with depth about 1.1 meters. Our kids loved the pools so much they went for swimming twice a day during our stay. Also you get a very nice view of the ocean while dining. Friendly staffs. Promptly service. Can't ask for more. One of the best hotel in Sri-Racha area.

Nice and cosy beach front hotel with great food at affordable price. Roomy with necessary facilities. Have small water park for kids. Nice photo corner at beach. Good service staff, may need some reminder. Rooms with bathtub available. Recommend for couples, big family.

The Dinner Buffet was not clean, especially the sweet shellfish was dirty. Causing my daughter to had diarrhea, food poisoning / the head of the dining room, He was said that apologised and be charged dinner with me for not resposible it. I did not go this hotel anymore. 😫

I've read the reviews here, but I would like to share mine because it is a pleasant place to stay. Room size and conditions are pretty good, minimal noise with the random person deciding to hold conversations in the hallway. Parking isn't an issue in my experience though it is limited. Shower is excellent, bed is quite ok and airconditioning is excellent. The renovation of the beach area is underway and looks tacky but this is just my opinion. The pool area is cozy, maybe it would be tough during a weekend but still decent. Other than this I enjoy staying here during the weekdays, but I can see that parking and common areas would be challenging during weekends/holidays/peak season. The thing I like most is the safe 20 minute walk to downtown which is well lit and mostly quiet too.

This hotel is new and clean. The room feels a little bit like a condominium rather than a hotel the decoration is beautiful however the smaller bedroom in the two-bedroom room type doesn’t have a television. The kid’s pool is large and fun. The deeper adult pool is big enough for a good exercise and there are also jacuzzi which is quite nice. The restaurant on the 8th floor has amazing view of the ocean. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The hotel is not very big. The view is not the best since you will be looking at a lot of large cargo ships. The beach is useless.

Small hotel, parking lot in the hotel is not enough for all guests rooms, the cars must park another outdoor area away from the hotel and get golf cart to commute. Poor service; the facilities cannot accommodate all guests when fully booked. Amenities has not been checked perfectly by house keeper. Room for four guests but there are two toothbrushes. Bathing gown are torn with a big whole. Rubber slippers are not cleaned again after being used by prior guests.

Decent room with bunk beds and pantry. Overall 4* hotel with limited facilities. Shoreline is rather cramp with very little rocky beach. Hotel should have cleaned up this private beach and make stairs for easy access. In-room food was not so appetite.

Such a great place to stay in Sri Racha. We were only here for one night, but the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooms are a great size. Thanks to Arty at reception for being so helpful, friendly & welcoming. I would recommend staying here if you are in SriRacha.

Super kid-friendly! As a family with small children, it ticked all the boxes: kid's club (not big but fun for the kids anyway), kiddie pool area, kid-friendly breakfast, and huge rooms with bathtub. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the location, the hotel is in a small soi and could be tricky to find on the first visit.

The hotel felt more like a condominium than a typical hotel, possibly due to renovations. The breakfast was average. However, being a family-friendly hotel, there were lots of noisy children in the morning, and the lobby was crowded and messy. The hotel's location was quite remote, far from the main road, and even the car park was situated at a considerable distance. I had to endure a long wait to catch the truck they provided to shuttle guests to the car park. However, when we wanted to go to the restaurant, the number of trucks provided for customers was insufficient. As a result, my family and I had to walk a significant distance after waiting for an extended period for the truck to arrive.

If you have asthma please avoid this hotel. I didn’t have serious asthma for quite some time ….. AC very dusty…thanks that the maintenance team came to clean all the AC it’s troublesome for our holiday to wait AC to be clean and it’s normal that we need to give them a tip (more than general service) which this thing should be done before them sell room by the way 2 bedroom type come with 1 bathroom 😨

The room is really nice and spacious. This hotel is good for a group of families or friends. The place is so quite and calm. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a place to stay during these holidays.

An out reach hotel seems converted from Condominium one. Room is moderately big but toilet area was not with a good design where A/C seems not reach this section properly. (But have cooking area as a plus LoL) Restaurant for breakfast seems too small for all guest in the morning… Dinner staff were not so ready for service even booked in advanced but the foods were not ready and need to wait…. Pool is small and kids area also small. Bubble foam party the machine is a bit old and foam sometime not properly generated…… No beach…. Oh and very limited car park they offer additional parking area far far away from the hotel (they provide pickup service anyway) So far my personal experience was not good… Room was nice and clean… foods taste good anyway.

Im really happy that we choice this hotel. Its really quiet, Staff are really helpfull and friendly, food is really good. To all people who complain, maybe you are a problem, not a hotel.

Fair price hotel with a little water park for kids , room is good not perfect. Food at breakfast is delicious my kid eat a lot it mean this is the kids taste. There are pool for adult to swim and water park for small kids. They charge 200thb for asking for extra blanket. View from room is not good my room facing the forest with a lot of abandon tree.

I wanted to have a short escape from Bangkok and booked this hotel based on the Centara's name & pictures as well as reviews from previous guests. I should have read it all, especially all those 1-2 star review. Staying during long holiday and paid THB 3,6** for Deluxe room type, which consider expensive compared to what you get. The room has no view but an abandoned land site to look. This is beyond hotel's control anyway. But if you book this hotel, be sure to ask for a better side. The room layout is odd & small and so small that cannot provide a sofa or bench in the bedroom. Only one chair provided in the room. Otherwise at the balcony where they provide 2-chair & coffee table furniture set. The facilities i.e. pools, gym, lobby basically everything was so small and limited. The parking was also limited, too limited and could not accommodate all guests. Though, the hotel provides outside parking spaces, it is approximately 500 metre away from hotel and it's dark at night. Guests had to use a carpool service from parking-hotel-parking. This is very inconvenient & takes time. When the hotel could not have a beach to walk on, it should be compensated with a better facilities so that guest can enjoy staying in the hotel. But you can't find both here. The toilet tissue provided in the restroom was also in poor quality. Moderate selection of breakfast menu. Comfy bed. Cleanliness could be better. I found some hair drop on floor upon entering the room. Should improve in many aspects if would like to rate themselves a 4-star hotel!!! Nevertheless, staffs were good and welcoming.

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast selection, however we had to go at certain time which was understandable as the hotel was busy during the long weekend and the restaurant was not big enough. We enjoyed our private Onsen session. It was very nicely decorated, clean and well kept, exceeded our expectation. Staff were very polite, attentive with good service mind.

I was here on weekdays, pretty quiet and clams. I was bough coupon from 9.9 Promotions it’s superb good!!!! Hospitality staffs, nice ,friendly ,helpful service. I was booked 2 rooms and the hotel gave us a connecting room!! It’s splendid!! Room is cosy and comfortable. Kid pools is the best!! Good scenery, beach front but can’t get into the beach Only sit and relax on the beach chairs. Highly recommend for Family Groups.

Stayed here for 6 nights in late January 2020. The hotel opened in summer of 2019 so everything is very new. We traveled with our 4 year old who was very happy with the excellent children's facilities. The staff is excellent and I would definitely recommend. It is a little far from the town but I do believe they offer a shuttle service. We had our own car so it was not an issue for us.

In my experience, one of the worst branch among of Centara brand. This property is for kids or family. Room is quite tiny.. However kids would love the swimming pool.
