It's a Family place...they have dine in, outdoor , play area for kids and the good sitting outdoor ground for walk. They have separate corner for event celebration. Food is good, all items are fresh, my most likely dish is hot wings

They are best in wings, i would recommend their sweet chilli Thai sauce and Tangy masala sauce . I would like to advise all of you to never try buffalo sauce because this sauce is very spicy you will be not able to eat i was disappointed from this but still giving them 5 star because of other things. The staff are good and friendly too.

This kfc outlet is located at a very nice place near river jhelum. The layout of the outlet is very nice and appealing. A lot of space outside is available, in addition to the three halls with ample seating, for eating purposes. Food quality here was a bit compromised. Burgers were not up to the mark as usually we get at main cities outlets. Fried chicken was also not like as we get at main cities. Some of the chicken pieces were heavily infused with spices inside, whereas some pieces were totally spice less. Food order preparing and delivery screen was showing order numbers being prepared and ready to serve. I kept seeing screen for my turn, and when my turn came, suddenly it disappeared from screen altogether. I asked at counter, and they replied we are not delivering as per screen, you have to stand in queue to get food that you ordered. Service staff otherwise were cooperative and helping.

I love KFC. Unfortunately this is my third time ordering burger from this branch on GT Road Jhelum. Every time I ordered through ‘Drive Thru’, the meal was cold, old and not fresh. This time when I ordered, the latus was not fresh. When I returned the burger, he left me with a burger without latus; saying that they have no fresh latus available. Really pathetic! Why has KFC downgraded its standards so much? McDonalds never serve old food to their customers. 👎🏻

🍗 KFC taste is fine as per their standard but staff attitude & behaviour is so bad that you don't feel like going back to same store. 🧏‍♀️Staff needs to be trained to handle any objection wisely with humbleness & not with an argument.

Shared a meal with family. Chicken was crispy and hot. Their fountain drinks were flat though. This KFC location was super busy due to EID holidays. Staff was helpful.

Avoid going in the drive-thru. They'll take forever to serve you. For a small order they'll take at least 25+ minutes. There was a long queue of cars. The staff inside is just seen walking around. They really need to focus on the timings. Better go to McDonald's, they are much faster.

The person on counter did not return me my change. Fast forward, when my order came, there were literally NO condiments, dips or ketchup. When I asked for it, the person on the counter replied in a very rude manner denying my request. Furthermore, the order was not what I asked for. They replaced the actual items with 2 buns!! Unbelievable. That's pathetic. Never ever going there again.

Very poor service. Unfriendly staff and unorganised. Only found one person on till being helpful, rest seems to be not interested in what they were doing, resulting in long queues. Menu board were not very informative, people were asked to look on the phone if they want to know about menu. Due to some renovations going inside, it was complete chaos.

KFC is good fast food restaurant. I was there on eid with my family. It was full of people. I must say about the place that playing area was good and food was also good but delivery was just fine. We ordered chicken cheese burger and they gave zinger. But at the end what i said taste was good. View is awesome. I personally liked going there.

Food was good but drive thru experience was worst of all. Wait at every step. It took almost 35 minutes from placing to collect a small order. I don't know what would be situation inside but drive thru was extremely slow.

Great vibes. The lighting is comfortable they got a kids play area and a birthday special Hall for special occasions which is great. The food OK-ish depending on your taste.

Delicious food. Play area for children was closed due to corona now a days. But despite this my children enjoy food. Also have takeaway facility.

Indoor service was out but we had a great experience having the stuff of KFC.. A big thanks to the founder of KFC and the present staff...

Junk food area with open parking and sitting area

Being a regular traveler on the GT Road, I usually eat at McDs across the bridge. Decided this time to stop by at KFC and try it out. Pathetic experience to say the least. Messy burger unavailable, restaurant floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. Food served cold and stale. Place used to be quite good a few years back. Now standards have gone down the drain!

Location is good with big outdoor green area. Staff attitude need little improvement. My favourite choice is Kentucky Burger. Kids play area is also available.

Very disappointed in this branch, strange queing system that takes your order and money, then you join another que to show your receipt for your order and for them to get ready. The place was not clean, was very crowded and order waiting was to long. Eventually when order came, we opened a bottle of Pepsi and it sprayed all over , the bottle must have been dropped pror to giving us order. Table and my cloths were all wet. Asked staff for assistance and no one helped. We decided to get takeaway bags packed the food and left. They also did not have knowledge of accepting payment via bank card or contactaless via a phone.

Rubbish customer service. Waiting time in drive thru is always extortionate so I went inside yesterday. Even worse! Cheap staff gossiping/flirting with each other, not even bothered about customers, more concerned about getting with each other.

Pathetic service. Food was cold and cold drinks lack any freshness and taste. Will not recommend anyone waste of money.

KFC ice Cream was Good. But Burger was with out chees clice.

Unhygiene food , poor service special drive through, mostly food is cold burger is cold ,I purchased zingrata meal and 1 chicken burger meal . They gave me zingrata and inside all cold similarly chicken burger was cold . More over they gave us only one meal and charged money for 2 meals. We waited 45 mins drive through .in line there was only 3 cars infront of us..... Bugs and flying so poor service . This kfc branch is so poor .

Real good location but they have placed their sign at wrong place. That's on exit and not entrance. If you are following sign, you would miss entrance way and getting back to it may not be possible on busy GT Road. Outdoor environment is fascinating. Food is nice.

so like 2 weeks ago i went to kfc ordered my 2 zinger burger like only 2 burger and these kfc stuff took like above 40 minutes to make those ok so when i recieved my order and i did not checked my order , i just drove off because i was getting late so when i stopped in their kfc parking , then i opened the bag like only 1 to 2 minutes later the burger was cold and surprisingly they put a small piece of chicken literally a tiny one and small amount of sauce , and plz if anyone is reading this do not go to kfc money will be wasted

Worst food as compared to KFC Mangla, Taste and quality isn't same as other KFCs i wonder how is that possible but still better than KFC Murree. Staff is just ok maybe because of low salaries but they won't go out of the box to help customers or even try to sell. Just don't care about customers.

I asked for a deal for 4 person which was about 1500 but the employee asked me to pay 1800 and added ice creams without my consent and told me it was part of the deal. I don't know if it was a mistake or not but they also refuse to change the order when I confronted them...

The area is beautiful. We chose to sit outdoors. Juices were not available when we visited. And the order pick up was not clear. Our number was not called out like others and then we were told that we had to present our receipt to the servers to be served.

Good food and deals, especially with golootlo. The burgers were juicy and succulent. Chicken pieces were also juicy byt fries were a little dry, needs improvement. Overall, a very refreshing experience, same great taste as I visited this branch after 2 years.

Lovely fast food and the have a very nice play area for kids. Not too crowded, very Clean and fully hygienic. Must visit, Highly recommended.

The food was good. The service was okay. The floor at the counters was wet with cola. There wasn't any queue for ordering and people were pushing in from everywhere. The place wasn't full but it was noisy. Overall an okay experience.

Worst Service, Majority of staff doesn't even know how to behave with customer, 0 education to Staff on customer dealing. Mcdonalds is way better than KFC in customer dealing. We have no other option as there's only one branch of KFC in Jhelum. 3 counters are made but only one is working and queue is alomst of 10+ persons.

Good service with best food and don’t have to wait long but only thing which is annoying is their sensors on serving window don’t know what is it but every time I visit they ask to more the car forward and reverse it back so if they actually have this problem which is not big one but I think they should resolve it for their customers
