I don't know about their units in other cities but Sialkot cantonment branch sucks as bad as it can get. Their staff was unpleasant and low confident, their products were over priced and soso quality. Their shop size was too small where they've tried to shove maximum number of shoes. I like the fact that they offer extensive range however if they're charging brand price they must deliver in other areas including a pleasant shopping experience. My first impression is they're overpriced, low quality brand who somehow have got hands on massive verity of ladies shoes.

Brand is Ehsaan Chappal Store and footwear for women only ? It's as weird as if Hadiqa Kiyani was Saloon for Men.

I love their shoes. I mostly buy footwear from ECS. If something is better than their footwear is that they always offer prayer. I just love it. I feel so calm at their store and love seeing workers offering prayer. Everyone should do that in Pakistan. 💕

Purchased 5 pairs in last two weeks. Ordered sandles were provided before due time. Staff is kind and cooperative. The best thing is strict compliance of prayers, by holding sales

Crazy expensive shoes with average quality. Now who wants to buy a 5000 pkr or 4000 pkr worth of shoes just go back for repairing its broken heel or straps.
