I have visited pizza max and ordered the Jumbo size with 2 different flavours Italian light and Peri max. The pizza quantity and quality was much better than the local pizza brands. Highly recommended.

Today i visited Pizza Max Sialkot. Good Environment, Good Pizza and interior decorated well. Variety of different pizzas and adds on available. I ordered Afghani Pizza with extra Mushrooms for takeaway and i was waiting in my car for pizza, i received my pizza after 30 min and they forgot to add Mushrooms on my pizza that i mention and pay extra for that while i order. I said to pizza boy take this pizza back and remind them about mushrooms adds on, Finally after 1 hour manager of the branch Mr. Imran come with pizza to apologise for mistake and delay in order deliver. suggestions: You have to improve your takeaway delivery time and should be remember whats to adds on. Hope so will visit again and not to happen this again.

I had a bad experience in the restaurant but I appreciate the senior management to take customer service seriously. I got complimentary food delivered to my house. although it wasn't very quick but food presentation was good and was reasonably hot as expected in food delivery

Ordered fajita sensation 🍕 and 🍟 today. Had to complain regarding pizza crust as it was hard, dry and probably overcooked. They offered us a new one which was a bit improved than the last one but still the crust was the same. Later on the guy came to us and asked how about now and i told him that it's better but not as it should be. Anyways it was getting late as we waited twice for the pizza. The seating arrangement wasn't up to the mark and it was quite congested. U can't even take/put the baby pram inside with you. They strongly need to up their game in order to survive amongst efficient competitors.

Watse of money. Just have 2 to 3 or maximum 4 Pieces of tinny size chicken on the each slice with some of onions. That's it. We eat only bread in 2000 rupees. And tasteless. Highly not recommended

They are a great food chain that have beaten others when it comes to overall value when considering price and quality...their fajita sensation is really special. They are the only pizza restaurant that delivers late upto 4 am..however they often get their crust wrong..still tastes good

it was great at the beginning like last the taste and service was amazing but now it's going on same track like other brands it's continuously dropping the standards because in sialkot people are not aware of their rights I must say otherwise all they should be boycott these brands while paying so much and not getting the quality and taste as per paid.

The pizza was good. Place was clean. Employee were good in behavior. Overall good experience.

Food is alright, restaurant itself is filthy, had to remind staff atleast 4 times to clean my table and floor before they actually cleaned it. Old Manager is the rude manager of any take away I've ever been to.

Taste was useless,too much less topping and there was a bad smell too..... Worst taste...totally disappointed
