Don't show any flexibility or understanding. Definetly would not recommend, other hotels in the region are much more accommodating and friendly

We were so pleased with the assistance we received from front desk and loved our room (Diamond)! The property is exceptional in cleanliness and the breakfast was lovely. Every suggestion given regarding dining or sightseeing was spot on. I appreciate the elevator in such a uniquely charming hotel. Probably our best stay during ten days in Italy.

My wife and I visited this lovely hotel in March 2022. Checked in very late in evening and the staff was very helpful- our train from Firenze broke down on the way to Sienna. Room was very large with a nice view . The advantages for this property are -location — older larger room size compared to other hotels - and excellent staff The cons and why I could not grant a fifth star are — Very poor ventilation in the room- the tiny Air Conditioner could not cool completely this lovely room with 12 foot ceilings- I realize this next complaint is somewhat trivial but little things make a difference- the elevator will only hold one person and one suitcase - after an all day trip it’s a bit inconvenient to take multiple trips up w luggage. Very nice property overall and breakfast was good and cooked to order

Perfect location, easy walking distance to all of Siena's attractions but away from the crowds. We had a gorgeous room with lovely spa bath - I was very impressed with the sound proofing as the room was quiet and peaceful despite opening onto the terrace. As well as a great location and beautiful rooms, the thing that really makes this hotel stand out is the staff - everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to make a birthday extra special. I will happily return on my next visit to Siena!

Great hotel in the Siena City center. The Ruby room in which we stayed was spacious and beautiful with painted vaulted ceilings. The hot tub in the the room was an excellent addition and provided great relaxation after long days of trekking around sightseeing. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Breakfast is included and had a variety of tasty offerings: scrambled eggs, bacon, meats and cheeses, yogurt, fresh produce, and pastries. The staff is supremely friendly and accommodating. They even brought my girlfriend a cupcake with a candle in it one morning because they noticed on her passport that it was her birthday -- a very nice surprise! There were a couple of problems, like the bathroom door not being able to close due to warping (we propped the small trash can in front of it to achieve as much privacy as possible). The area with the couches could have used a coffee table and an anti-slip mat under the rug. The bed was a bit firm for me even though I like a firm mattress. But these were fairly minor offenses given the beauty of the rest of the services and accommodations (though these are why I gave it four stars instead of five). My girlfriend and I and loved it. She even said she felt like a princess staying there as we went for her birthday and everything was so nice. I would definitely stay again!

Our favorite hotel during a long trip in Europe. Staff was helpful with directions and assisting in making travel arrangements & treated our toddler well. Its within a 10 minute walk to duomo, less than that to the piazza di campo, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and an intercity and intra-city bus stop in front of the hotel. We stayed in the Diamond room - gorgeous room with beautiful art on the ceilings throughout, a walk in closet, balcony, large bathroom with a large tub & separate shower, separate room with a desk/dining table and daybed/couch.

Very nice place. Staff very friendly and professional. Weird elevator, but not unusual for Italy I guess. Well appointed rooms.

The hotel was small but absolutely beautiful. We and our friends loved it. The front desk could not have been nicer, staying open until we arrived from our delayed flight. Our room was palatial and gorgeous and price was so incredibly reasonable. We were there last June 2022.
