We drove into Siena, which is a bit stressful- of course we didn't know where to park and we parked in a residents only lot. When we arrived at the Piazza Paradiso, we informed one of the owners at the front desk where we parked our car. He knew right away, we could get a ticket... so he checked us in and then walked with us back to our car and helped us move it to a parking spot we could park. I believe his name was Domenico, and he most definitely went above and beyond for us! He said he could have given us a map and directions on how to move the car but that he was worried it would take us too long, we would end up wasting time and not be able to see his beautiful town. So, he left his hotel and got us settled in less than 30 minutes. Then he recommended several places to eat! Absolutely recommend this hotel, it was very clean, located in the heart of the city and the service was top notch! We will stay here the next time we are in Siena.

We stayed in a place with Paradise Accommodation called 'BnB Quattro Cantoni' look it up on booking.com. it's an amazing room! The place was spotless we only stayed for one night but we would have LOVED to stay longer! Thank you guys for everything and they were so easy to communicate with in booking.com messages. We had to go and pay the city tax and the man behind the counter was so lovely and friendly. Hopefully will be back one day thanks guys!!!

The self check-in is Superb. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. Alot of complimentary tea/coffee options in the room. There is also a mini bar fridge and prices are surprising very low. Additional there is a snack room/kitchen to preserve, warm and eat meals. Note: there is no cooker. Oh, yes! Location is great, right in the center close to the Duomo. Accessible by bus or by foot as it is in limited traffic zone. Although there is a free parking space just 7 mins away.

We were very lost at first as there are strict traffic rules for cars around the area, but the staff were extremely friendly and very very helpful! Location itself was perfect, and they have a tearoom with drinks at any time of day. We had a very pleasant stay and really appreciate the friendliest, most welcoming staff! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved our stay in Piazza Paradiso Accomodation in Siena. The direction to get to it were excellent. The person at the front desk was wonderful (sorry I forgot his name). He gave us a map and highlighted where we should go and recommended couple of restaurants which were excellent. We were so happy they offer to park the car for us for 20 Euro (driving in the historical towns is very difficult). The studio (in edificio separato) was wonderful. It was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable. The AC worked well and the WIFI was fast. There is a small kitchen with some basics (we didn't use it as we went out to restaurants). There is a courtyard garden which is beautiful. An added bonus was the laundry machine! We needed it, because in July it is very hot and we were changing clothes several times a day. We wanted to stay an extra day, but they did not have vacancy. I hope we can go there again some day.

Nice place to stay, very close to everything there is to see in Siena. Staff was superb for us, and we had a very comfortable stay. There is no elevator to access the hotel but other than that, it’s great.

We wanted an apartement in the old town which is not too expensive but we get breakfast as well. It was perfect! The apartement was totaly equiped, so we could make a good toscan dinner as well. I recommend it!
