I'm
Mia,
a
mother
of
4
young
kids
(youngest
is
2yo)
and
just
completed
6
sessions
of
their
diastasis
treatment
yesterday.
During
the
first
consultation,
I
was
found
to
have
a
5
finger
gap
between
my
abdominals.
Did
sessions
of
30min
once
every
week
and
although
I
did
not
do
much
of
the
abdominal
exercises
that
were
recommended,
i
was
shocked
that
by
the
4th
session
it
reduced
to
a
2-finger
gap.
I
used
to
have
a
bad
backache
as
a
result
of
carrying
my
kids
during
multiple
night
wakes
over
the
years
but
the
backache
hasn't
resurfaced
since
and
I
attribute
it
to
the
strengthening
of
my
core
as
a
result
of
the
sessions
(:

This
may
seem
like
an
ad
but
really,
I
was
skeptical
at
first.
Now,
I'm
super
satisfied
with
the
results.
I
would
suggest
doing
a
minimum
of
3
sessions
(once
a
week
for
3
weeks)
before
expecting
a
tangible
result.
I
believe
there
are
2
other
ways
to
go
about
treating
diastasis
recti
-
getting
it
sewn
up
by
a
plastic
surgeon
(more
expensive!)
and
spending
lots
of
time
doing
targeted
exercises(free!).
I
did
neither
of
those
because
I
didn't
want
an
invasive
treatment
and
I
prefer
to
effortlessly
lie
down
for
30min
per
week
for
the
sessions.
Would
highly
recommend
this!
