Had my custom proposal ring made here using my gems - the designing went very smoothly and didn't take long. Gabriel was patient and responsive, and even advised us regarding stability when we wanted the ring swirl designs to be too thin. The initial renders were gorgeous, as was the final product. The pricing and time to produce the custom ring was also very much to my satisfaction. Only minor issue was that the ring seemed to be a bit dusty from the crafting. Only realized after I sent it for cleaning and it turned out to be even more sparkly and beautiful. But overall the service, pricing, and final product is wonderful. Would come here again if making jewelry!

Buying jewellery retail vs custom made, a difference like day and night, when you have a good guide! I was diamond hunting and felt most comfortable with Gabriel, as he explained everything in detail and with an extremely supportive and kind attitude. He had a large selection yet didn’t push for a sale. All he cared about was my comfort. This was the beginning of a magnificent journey, trust and friendship. Starting off with one of his retail settings for the diamond, we began designing the final setting and 2 wedding bands. The process was a constant exchange of great ideas which made it fun and so meaningful. When we saw the rings made of wax it was so rewarding seeing how our ideas and plans materialized. After some final adjustments the big day came when the rings were done. OMG this feeling is indescribable! We were overwhelmed by the beauty and meaning of the rings, also knowing that nobody has what we have, that this is truly ours. We can’t thank Gabriel and his family enough for taking us on the journey and making such beautiful masterpieces for us. Form now and here on we will not consider buying retail anymore. Another thing which surprised us is that despite all the time Gabriel spent with us in the process and the great workmanship, his prices were always very attractive, to say the least.
