I
had
a
wonderful
dining
experience
at
Embassy
1967
Singapore,
a
restaurant
that
serves
authentic
Indonesian
cuisine
with
a
modern
twist.
The
restaurant
is
located
in
a
historic
building
that
used
to
be
the
Indonesian
embassy,
hence
the
name.
The
food
was
delicious
and
satisfying.
I
ordered
the
beef
rendang,
a
tender
and
flavorful
dish
of
braised
beef
in
coconut
milk
and
spices,
served
with
rice
and
pickles.
The
beef
was
so
soft
that
it
melted
in
my
mouth,
and
the
sauce
was
rich
and
aromatic.
The
portion
was
generous
and
filling.
I
also
tried
the
gado
gado,
a
salad
of
mixed
vegetables,
tofu,
tempeh,
and
boiled
eggs,
tossed
in
a
peanut
sauce.
The
salad
was
fresh
and
crunchy,
and
the
peanut
sauce
was
creamy
and
nutty.
The
gado
gado
was
a
nice
contrast
to
the
heavy
rendang,
and
it
added
some
color
and
texture
to
the
meal.
The
service
was
excellent
and
attentive.
The
staff,
Rin
Rin,
Deasy,
and
Navin,
were
friendly
and
helpful.
They
greeted
me
warmly,
explained
the
menu,
and
checked
on
me
regularly.
They
also
gave
me
some
recommendations
on
what
to
order
and
how
to
eat
the
dishes.
They
made
me
feel
welcome
and
comfortable.
I
highly
recommend
Embassy
1967
Singapore
to
anyone
who
loves
Indonesian
food
or
wants
to
try
something
new
and
different.
The
restaurant
offers
a
variety
of
dishes,
from
traditional
classics
to
fusion
creations,
that
will
suit
any
taste
and
preference.
The
food
is
well-prepared,
the
service
is
impeccable,
and
the
ambiance
is
cozy
and
elegant.
Embassy
1967
Singapore
is
a
gem
that
you
don't
want
to
miss.
