[Jun 2023] The burrata here is one of the best cheesy bombdiggity around! The beautiful 250g ball is surrounded by delicate cold cuts and perfectly grilled and juicy bell pepper and zucchini. The mozzarella used here is specifically sourced from the owner’s hometown in Italy, from the milk of water buffaloes, and is rich and milky. Order before 7:30pm to be rewarded with happy hour - $9 gin & tonic, aperol spritz, menabrea and red wine. For the main dishes, we enjoyed the pizza more than the pasta and lasagne. Overall, great place to chill with friends, over drinks, burrata and pizzas! 🥂🧀 🍕 Most of the dining area is outdoor, suggest reserving early if indoor seating is preferred.

Fantastic drinks. Authentic Italian fare in a great place. The burrata cheese is to die for. Absolutely in love with the burrata cheese platter. Everything from the meats, pizza and desserts were all delicious. Full disclosure, as this was a corporate meal, we didn’t know how much it cost. But quality of food is still of a high level. Do try!

Our regular go to place when we are feeling burrata and Italian fare. Our favourites include the porcini mozzarella starter, handmade prawn and burrata pasta and tiramisu.

Great hospitality and very courteous staff. We were a group of 3 friends and had a great time. Being vegeterian, they customized some of their dishes for us. The smoked burratina was average (customized by adding mixed veg salad instead of meat - is avoidable) but the pasta we ordered was good. Tiramisu was excellent and completely responsible for my current rating.

Nice place on the river. Not the cheapest of places, but the food is really good. Although i thought i got a little too much cheese. 🤣(didn'twven think this was possible) the risotto was really tasty though, would eat again.

We thought this Italian restaurant looked rather inviting from the outside and thought to give it a try. Outside was warm so we decided to get seats inside but it was warmer. Guess the aircon was spolit? Anyway, the service was rather good, the servers were all fairly prompt and friendly. We had a caprese salad, clams and a pizza. The salad was fresh, the buffalo cheese was lovely and we wolfed it down quickly. The clams were really nice as well - I recommend these 2 dishes. The Pizza was ok... didn't love it as much as we thought we would. Overall quite a pleasant dinner.

Classic Italian dishes with a twist - their fried mozzarella ball is creamy and tasty, paired well with pesto and fresh tomatoes. Their cheese bowl pasta and white sausage pizza are tasty but awkwardly presented - more care could be given there. Lamb chops are well grilled. Service is fast and casual. Nice open air ambience for an easy weekend lunch.

Easy and enjoyable dinner experience with attentive and friendly staff, pleasant and relaxed ambience, and dishes that easily take your mind back to your most pleasant stay in Italy. Excellently roasted, crispy but tender lechon, definitely flavorful. DOP also carries highly rated French wines. Serving only the freshest fruits and vegetables, these strawberries at DOP are no different and do not disappoint. Aromatic, soft, sweet, and bright red. Not your intensely sweet kind of dessert. Red wine is from Sardinia. Very aromatic, rich and bold. It's perfect for any rainy night. DOP mozzarella is one of the best - supple and refreshing, carrying that genuine aroma of wholesome cream. Their cold cuts impress with airy ribbon texture and incredible, distinct flavor. The salads always turn out to be a delight since the kitchen only uses the freshly plucked vegetables. The sausages are grilled to present a rich, smoky flavor. These sausages and lentils make a very pleasant combination. This is easily anyone's comfort food. Brussels sprouts are perfectly cooked. This grilled octopus is tender, it was as if it was baked; succulent, with a crispy outside, making it a very comforting dish. Easy pistachio crepe-cake bite pleasantly ends the course. Simple and enjoyable.

The restaurant was kind enough to let us have a table with no reservation. Food is pretty good with fresh and creamy burratina making a deep impression. However, the environment was super noisy and we could hardly hear our own voice with the next table of 5 diners laughing and yelling at each other. It will be helpful for the restaurant to ask their guests to tone down a little. We paid and left within an hour sitting in that terrible environment.

I recently visited DOP Mozzarella Bar and Restaurant in Singapore and was really impressed with their happy hour specials. The Aperol Spritz is only $9 during happy hour, and it's mixed generously with a good amount of Aperol and prosecco. The ambience at the restaurant is also great, it's a large, open space with a breezy outdoor area that's perfect for a post-meal drink. I would definitely recommend DOP Mozzarella Bar and Restaurant for a casual meal or a drink with friends.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff are warm and knowledgeable. They took note of dietary restrictions and food arrived perfectly. Really authentic dishes; we had pizza, pasta, and multiple desserts. Their happy hour special is some of the best in Rob Quay and wines are well priced. They've quickly become my favorite casual Italian spot. Look forward to my next visit with friends!

1st time visit. Overall, it is good experience. The quality of food is nice, but I find it a bit pricy. 10 of us with a few sharing starters, one main course each, a bottle of wine, wagyu ribs to share, the cost is $870. They are pretty efficient in serving the food. However, If you bring a cake, they will charge $15 “cakeage”. While it is tough time for F&B, it is always nice to smile :)

Very authentic Italian restaurant. Top grade and fresh ingredients were used. The mozzarella has silky smooth texture and extreme platable. The flavour is finely balanced such that you can even finish an entire piece by yourself. Highly recommended.

The place looks nice, the menu as well. Well let’s be clear, the food was not good. Italy disappeared and was never found. I do not recommend, if you love Italian food, please protect yourself. The service was quite good and the staff was welcoming.

The food is amazing, great quality of products and fresh. The homemade pastas are a must try. The staff is very friendly. As is placed on a side road of the quay can be q bit more calm / less nice of a view but they compensate entirely with their service

Hands down the best pizzas in town. Really enjoyed the two random pizzas we picked. You can’t go wrong with any of the choices on the menu.

Typical Italian pastas and cold cuts. But they have the unique Mozzarella Ball! Tastes different but crust slightly hard. Highlight is the seafood risotto which tastes like the Spanish paella, yum..

Came with my husband several times. It’s our go to Italian ristorante whenever we crave for Italian food. They have awesome pastas and mains they have on specials.Consistency of quality & taste never lets you down. Not forgetting the friendly service by their service crew and Luca the owner who is a great host. Prices are reasonable and a cozy spot.A must try place for an authentic Italian fix!

Great dining experience from awesome food to laidback yet comfortable and efficient service. Will definitely go back to try more items on their extensive menu. The "homecooked" feel of the food makes it alot better than many other more exorbitant fine dining restaurants.

We had the pizza and the steak and both were exceptionally good. For dessert we had the pistachio ice cream and pistachio cannolo which we would highly recommend. The service staff was also very good and the manager owner Luca looked after us and was extremely attentive. We have been regulars at DOP and will continue to be so.

DOP it’s always a secure address in Singapore for original Italian food with no weird influences; cozy and warm atmosphere with good service and customer focus! Excellent products directly from Italy and an excellent wine list curated by the owner. I loved it and will be back soon!

Was meant to go to Publico as I was craving Pizza but they were closed for a private event, so we stumbled upon DOP and were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the pepperoni pizza and pappardelle pasta - both were simply fantastic. I still dream of the chewy texture of the pappardelle until today! Would definitely recommend this place especially if you like sitting alfresco. The ambience could be improved just slightly to make it a 5 star place.

No wonder why people are keep coming back to my new favourite restaurant in town, first of all the food was extremely nice, I tried the pistachio pizza and it was awesomeeee. Truffle cream pizza was nice too, the ambiance and atmosphere is very inviting, moreover the staff was astonishing we were assisted by a very helpful and cheerful staff name “Chin” she must be there for some time maybe because she answer all my dad’s inquiries and she always serve with smile, she’s very sharp and very attentive to our table and table beside us. If we will to come back again hopefully she’s around and make our visit memorable again. We really like this place we will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends and family.

We enjoyed our first dinner so much, we came back a second time during our visit to Singapore. Both visits followed long days of being out and about so we appreciated the warm welcome we received each time. The food was delicious and well presented. It was so nice having fresh salads after traveling 4 months through SE Asia. The pizzas with their nice thin crisp crusts were like pizzas we enjoy in Italy and NYC! The servers were all genuinely friendly, gracious and attentive. They made our first and last evenings in Singapore most memorable.

Had a girls only birthday dinner at D.O.P. Food was awesome. We were the last customers to leave. Even though we had stayed beyond the operating hours, never once were we rushed to leave. Truly blown away by the service!

Good Italian food and service. Nice place to see Rob quay people walking by if you're sitting outside while having some wine.

Enjoyed the pumpkin Mac and Cheese and Panna Cotta. Would recommend sitting outdoors if the weather is nice as they have quite a nice terrace.

The Mozerella Bar is located along a cozy stretch and boasts a view of the river. The cheese was so soft and tasty, defo a must try! The ham was rich in flavor and not too salty as well. However, the pasta was slightly undercooked and the linguine was hard so I wouldn't reccomend it although they were very generous with their shellfish portion. Overall not a bad choice for a dinner by the river.
