    Absolutely blown away by the room and service. TVs have workout built in, mood channels, yoga mats available, superior service (they even organized our toiletries and wrapped our chargers up in a neat coil!). The pool has a very luxurious and rich feel, the cabanas were amazing. Hard to beat.

    I enjoyed the style of the hotel, and thought the view was great. MO bar was nice, and my parents had a nice stay which was the main objective. However we did have some issues, for example the room wasn't clean upon check in, and we had to move rooms. To MO's credit, they addressed the matter quickly and efficiently. Sadly the hotel is having construction work done every day from 11am until 6pm, meaning we struggled to catch up with sleep after a long flight. The maintenance wasn't mentioned to us prior to check in. Our main issue is that the hotel is not vegan friendly at all. None of the restaurants clearly cater for vegans. We wasted so much time trying to explain what we can, and cannot eat to every different restaurant and every different waiter and chef. Normally in 5 star hotels, you notify they hotel in advance, and the staff and restaurants will be aware of your needs upon giving your room number. Unfortunately for that reason I would not consider staying at another MO property as it seems to be a trend that Mandarin Oriental do not cater for vegans

    The service from the hotel was remarkable. Well done MO. The view of coz was breathtaking. We love everything about the hotel, however, maybe when times are better the rooms need to be renovated. It seems a little old for all the good things you have. Overall we are happy staying there. Definitely be back.

    The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. I wanna say thank you to my generous sis-in-law “Tess Dixon” who has been so kind enough to let us experience this fabulous stay. To my wonderful husband, who has been so supportive throughout our craziness I love you so much for that! And to our babies Dessie 🐷 & Bella 🦑 you know how much I love u dearly!

    Best experience at a 5 star hotel in Singapore that I have ever had, compared to others. Pleasant birthday surprise including the deco and cake provided. Even the complimentary Taiwanese pineapple tarts provided were pretty tasty. Service from the front desk staff Sari was excellent! Her friendly yet professional attitude is commendable. Even the doormen were very friendly and greeted me every time I walked past the Lobby. Absolutely love the Marina Bay view room and was pleasantly surprised when I heard it was a complimentary upgrade from my Deluxe room booking in honour of my birthday celebration. Breakfast was great and quite tasty too. Nice selection available. I will definitely return again to this hotel!

    I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room condition and cleanliness was great and the view from the Marina Bay View room was stunning. I would like to take some time to commend the service of the staff My check-in experience with Ms Katya was most pleasant. She was polite, attentive and also very considerate of our situation (forgotten to request for a twin bed as I was staying with my mum). Although the twin beds rooms were full, we did manage to get separate blankets for the stay. I would also like to commend Katya for being able to stay attentive and responsive to my queries while trying to sort out the issues with the check-in (credit card machine not working).

    I thought that the comfort of my room, view towards the bay and quality of the buffer breakfast made a delightful impression. The Mandarin Oriental Singapore is a luxury hotel, so visit expecting quality. From the moment Krishna the doorman welcomed me, I enjoyed being at this hotel.

    One of my favourite hotels in the world. Great location with stunning views over Singapore's skyline providing excellent, spacious rooms, numerous superb restaurants offering a variety of outstanding cuisine and two wonderful bars. And all in ultimate style & luxury. A unique and brilliant hotel. It's hollow interior always catches my attention. Just excellent on all fronts.

    The location is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The view from the room is also wonderful, and I could relax quietly in the hotel. This time, I enjoyed delicious coffee during afternoon tea at the tea room and had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Singapore again, I would definitely like to use this hotel.

    I stayed at this hotel for a few days prior to a cruise. I specifically chose this location because it was conveniently within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to visit, and I was not disappointed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they seated us quickly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and they even provided tea and coffee for those who enjoy them. I was also impressed by the hotel's eco-friendly policies. The hotel concierge was extremely helpful in providing us with information about Chinese New Year events and even managed to secure last-minute dinner reservations for us. The buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality food that was also suitable for children. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for taking such good care of us during our stay 🙏

    It has always been our pleasure to stay at MO Singapore. This is our 2nd stay and I think we will make it our ritual to stay here every year. We love the newly renovated hotel rooms, lobby, restaurant. It is very nicely decorated and gives a luxurious feel.     I had a delightful time at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel made a lasting impression on me. Last year, I experienced issues with the shower's hot water and the outdated rooms, but this year, after the renovation, everything feels refreshed and new. The coffee machine and hairdryer are significant improvements compared to last year. The overall experience this year exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the effort you've put into making guests feel comfortable. Keep up the excellent work!

    newly renovated hotel lobby space and modern classic rejuvenated colour scheme was impressive. Stayed in a family premium room 1618 and loved the over sized balcony which could benefit from some minor touch up lighting, green plants and paint decor enhancements. This balcony seems quite an asset and could potentially maximise the visual enjoyment of the renovated hotel room. Understand the hotel is at the final phases of renovation and I am looking forward in staying at one of the new suites or club room next year to experience new club lounge hospitality.

    Situated in the prime Singapore River area. Lying in the heart of Marina bay. Amazing location, outstanding food,value for money, seafood paradise.Fresh Oysters,Crab, Sushi, Busy restaurant, Lovely team, prompt service, Orchids abound and you find them in your room and in your bathroom - a lovely touch. The buffet in the Melt restaurant is fabulous; you can dine on food from all over the world wiithout moving. The lobby and whole hotel is very nice and extravagante on inside, maybe too much spent on the inside presentation. We always stay in the club rooms as the club lounge is fantastic with great staff.

    Refer to Marina Square Atrium Level 2 (Mandarin Oriental Booth). The staffs were very hospitable just like I was in the hotel premise. Keep the 5 star hotel standard forever!

    Location is great as you are situated in a shopping mall while across the road you’ll find yourself in a singaporean local food street. The room itself is adequately facilitated, but the best view has to be the floor to ceiling open lobby.

    All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was very pleasant with a surprise birthday cake! And a hand written birthday card as well. I was genuinely very impressed with the level of details the hotel put in to make this surprise. The only minor negative feedback I'd give is the Air Conditioning System in the room is quite old and took very long time to cool up. I tried to set the fan speed to 'High' but it would turn it back down to 'Low' by itself, which wasn't a good experience when walking around sweating outside and having to wait for quite some time before the AC is cool.

    Loved the rib-eye steak - ordered twice in a week. Room view (Bay area), breakfast menu, gym and the careful thought about sustainability. I loved the little things as well - the pencil I got on my last day, the GM run, extremely pleasant and helpful front desk staff. I’m coming back for sure. First time I was in this hotel was in 2009. Was great but I wanted to try other hotels whenever I visit SG for work. What I didn’t like? Your comb. Thought it was too bulky and not very functional. Couldn’t use it. Thought your dental kit was also a bit wasteful. Instead of replacing every day, just ensure the toothpaste is sufficient to last at least 3-5 days. I had to open a new kit just to get toothpaste but I used the same tooth brush for the four nights I stayed.

    Location is good, service is above average. I had the ocean view room and it was good too. Hotel interior could be improved though. Buffet spread is also pretty elaborate and availability of vegetarian options is reasonable.

    I liked the hotel view and the oriental interior. The bed and amenities are satisfactory. It's also close to nearby tourist attractions, so it's convenient to move around. The swimming pool was also very satisfying. However, as it is a large hotel, it is a bit disappointing to spend it private because it is a structure that encounters many guests.

    I loved our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore. The hotel is located in the beautiful Marina Bay Area and close to everything this precinct has to offer. Our suite had Bay views and a small outdoor balcony which was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the waterside location. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable. The architecture of the hotel is something very special. The foyer area with its interior glass elevators is amazing. The hotel was designed by famed artist and architect John Portman and the soaring hotel atrium is magnificent to behold. Such a gem! As for facilities, they were great. The pool area is like a resort, fine dining a plenty and loved the well kept gardens. I also really liked how the spin bikes at the gym were on a covered outdoor area. So much nicer to ride there than inside a gym. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

    Prices were a bit overwhelming for food and drinks, I had reserved a king size bed and they provided me single beds together.... Breakfast was delicious, housekeeping did a great job as well. Besides that, my overall experience was good

    I was well looked after in my three days at the MO Singapore. The check in process was speedily performed in my room. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing and I didn't need to eat again until the evening. I also enjoyed the spa very much.

    I have stayed at the hotel during my business trip for four days. My experience was exceptional and I loved the way the hotel took care of me as a guest. Th were very keen to take my feedback which I have communicated to them verbally in very serious note. The breakfast is one of the best I tried. The size of the room is reasonably good. I liked the oriental touches in every corner of the room. I have mentioned below what are the recommendations to improve the guest experience to the maximum. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay at the hotel.

    Recently attend an event hosted by company at MO, loving the new vibes from the decor and upgraded facilities. The food (light breakfast, lunch and dessert/tea break) are exquisitely tasty-delicious! Not to mention, the unparalleled & impeccable hospitality services, it is just simply amazing to have such wonderful day spent here. A big shout out to Alice, who was assisting in the bar counter that day, we appreciate her enthusiasm and her friendliness! Love to come back soon

    Our expectations from the hotel were not justified. Renovation of the rooms, the smell of paint, endless events because of which ordinary hotel guests cannot even eat or drink a glass of wine in the evening, this is not the level of the Mandarin group. Cold water from the shower on the day of departure was the highlight... I waited 5 minutes for hot water, but it never came. The restaurants are super great! The breakfasts are simply to die for, for every taste and preference. The spa is absolutely not at the level of this hotel; two people can hardly fit in the sauna and hammam.

    Paste Our harbor view room 2010 was awesome & very pleasing. So was the interior finishes of the room. Brand new feel. Access to the Club Lounge was also a brilliant experience especially the customer service shown to us from arrival to departure. I would like to congratulate & recommend Justin from your Lounge staff who was exemplary in his attention to detail & his warm genuine congeniality. Nothing was a bother to him with our requests which he always provided with his engaging smile. Justin is a credit to the high level of customer service at Mandarin Oriental. We will definitely be back to stay again at your hotel.

    A real pleasure to be back after the renovation! Great vibe and always the same excellent service. The pool area is amazing. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and my only regret is that it was not possible to have breakfast outdoors… I understood it will however soon be the case. Very nice cake shop too. Reasonable prices given the overall quality.

    Excellent stay. Polite and friendly staff. Amazing breakfasts. Our room had a great view - better than I expected. I scored a 9 rather than 10 as did not feel that the dim sum brunch at Cherry Garden was quite up to standard, but overall a very minor blip in an otherwise great stay.

    Exquisitely refreshed hotel with gorgeous panoramic views of the famed Marina Bay Area as well the the sea further out. The club is ever the delight with champagne proactively offered and flowing freely. The evening bites are of generally good quality although it has gotten slightly repetitive. The service is top notch and certainly one of if not the best I've received in Singapore. An easy choice to return to over and over again.

    The team remembered that I booked for my son's birthday previously (stay was postponed due to lockdown before), and sent a surprise chocolate cake with snacks, balloons and kid's slippers. He loved the blue metallic balloons! all my kids played with it. It was a really nice surprise for us. Appreciate this special touch. Also the room was wonderful and housekeeping was very responsive. In fact, everyone from the hotel, from the restaurant staff, hotel lobby, concierge, reception, gym, pool staff were all so friendly and helpful. The concierge called me the next day to help arrange for the Art Science museum as I have not arranged it. All in all a wonderful hotel experience. We will be coming back. Thank you.

    It was our anniversary stay. We were being surprised with an upgrade to a room with Marina Bay View. We loved the decoration with rose petals and balloons. The service was great in Mandarin Oriental. Friendly staff, efficient services and staff will have small talks with us when they see us. Love the vibe and the energy. Great stay!

    Check in was speedy and fuss free. Pleasantly surprised to be offered a room upgrade and late check out! Room was well-appointed, with a gorgeous view and the provision of Tapping Tapir bottled drinks added a nice touch. Diptyque toiletries were also much appreciated! Breakfast service at Melt was also attentive and selection of food was wide.

    The room was great, spacious and had a wonderful window view despite being a low floor. Super love the room's toilet as it was big and have bath tub. The only downside is that there was no bidet and the mini chiller fridge kind of like run down due to age. Food was fantastic as well despite many options outside the hotel. There were also services to change the pillow which was brilliant idea for people like me who are not fond of these type of soft pillow

    The check-in progress was well attended to by the staffs and they were friendly and attentive. Upon entering the room, we saw that the room was well prepared and everything was fantastic. The ocean view was great and the complimentary amenities was really thoughtful and nice.

    The housekeeping crew are nice and friendly. They really were very attentive to details. The breakfast was also organize. We were really impressed by the pool and the crew there. Mehlo was friendly accommodating. The crew in MO bar was also very attentive-Immanuel and Joshua. Over all we are very happy with our stay there.

    Was super impressed that there was turn down service even on the first day of our stay. Had went to other 5 star hotels but there weren't such service. Even had to call multiple times for housekeeping. But at MO, the service was great. Housekeepers were friendly and polite, and greeted us when we're at the corridor. Room was clean and comfortable.

    Fantastic stay, great genuine customer service everywhere in the hotel which showed the staff are happy and the hotel is well managed. There was a musty smell in the room which the reception staff gave us options to fix and let us compare the alternative room option. House keeping was great. Loved how how they touched up the room in the evening, It was wonderful to see glass bottles of water rather than plastic.

    I served my 10 days SHN in this hotel and I’m very disappointed with the staff behaviour and poor knowledge of chef! They skipped my meals and served me stale food and when I complained to duty manager she was rude and very unprofessional!! I never expected such kind of service from 5 star hotel ..it was pain to live here for 10 days certainly won’t recommend to anyone ever !!!!

    You have to know where is the best place to park so that it is nearest to the mall entrance, because not all entrances are accessible nowadays with the safe management measures in place. To find the mall entrance from the car park, signage is quite few.

    This was my second stay with Mandarin Oriental and it was again a great experience. The whole hotel was sparkling clean and had a calm atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, while remaining professional. I was offered a late checkout which I gladly excepted! The massage by Grace was very good, I asked for a digital detox and Grace talked me through the steps, checking which scents and pressure I wanted and which areas she should focus on. Haven't felt this relaxed in months! Upon check-out, Katya was at the front desk and helpful at sorting out a bill confusion. She was very knowledgeable about the hotels' move to eliminate single use plastic and green policies. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone!

    We were allowed to check out late on the check-out date. Thankful for extending that to us. On the other hand, am quite surprise that my credit card was charged $100 even when we did not spend on anything in the room. The credit of $100 should be done quicker. Till date we have not received the $100 refund. Appreciate that you could look into this. Thanks

    Booked at the last minute and was treated to delightful service by Louis. The late check out and the high floor room was fantastic. However, I was unable to connect to the TV via my mobile device and the bed was too soft for my liking. Overall, would return.

    Went for a 3D2N staycation at Mandarin Oriental. Got a complimentary upgrade to the Suite with an awesome view (pic attached)! Food all round was great. Mo Bar has one of the best views for a chill drink during the sun set. Need to book pool in advance though. But overall a pleasant staycation. Will be back :) Thank you Roger and team for the fine hospitality!

    My fiance and I was checked in by a pleasant lady named Sari if I had remembered correctly. She was kind enough to give us a late checkout as we mentioned that we were celebrating our engagement. Check in was a breeze and check out too. Service was great and I believed the housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining the room cleanliness. We didn't have time to go to the pool but hotel was really well maintained and we truly enjoyed our stay in Mandarin Oriental. As we mentioned about our engagement, the hotel team prepared lovely decorations in the room accompanied with chocolates. My fiance and I appreciate the effort made and we can't wait to have our stay again at Mandarin Oriental.

    This hotel was the epitome of excellent service and luxury. We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back when in singapore again. Shannon provided outstanding service and upgraded our room when we explained that we were here on our honeymoon and had some flight delays in reaching Singapore. She really went above and beyond and was so kind. After dealing with airline employees and receiving bad customer service, it was a pleasure to encounter such excellent service at this hotel. The bellman was so kind and friendly and the the doorman always offered us water before our walks and after our walks. He also always provided directions and was so friendly and thoughtful. Unfortunately, its been a few days since our stay and I cannot remember their names. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. Once we had checked out the concierge also helped us print our visa for our next destination. No ask was too big for the staff here and it truly made our trip! We can't wait to come back!

    Our family loved the old world charm of the Mandarin Oriental. Interiors are stunning and warm on the eyes. The view is just spectacular. The welcome amenities were delicious and memorable. Housekeeping kept us feeling at home, our room always clean and ready for relaxation. Hotel bell service always welcomed us when we went in and out of the hotel, and helped us get a taxi when we needed them. Check in and check out was a breeze. And it is just so perfectly situated for us. Lovely walking distance to MBS. Connects to Suntec. Malls downstairs have a lot of dining options and recreational activities for kids. Will 100% be back, and have been actively recommending. Up and coming boutique hotels have nothing on the Mandarin Oriental. Truly I'm a fan.

    Amazing. Likely one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The hospitality and care was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Literally not one moment of discomfort. The staff is amazing. Things i appreciated a lot... Easy early check in, concierge service, cab facility, brilliant breakfast, efficient services, high cleanliness, perfect facilities and manners. I would love to stay there again. Simply amazing.

    Exceptional hospitality from the staff at MO. I particularly enjoyed the food and service at the Melt restaurant. Wonderful flavors from all around the world. Once I checked in at the restaurant every morning, I was consistently greeted by name by the wait staff, who were extremely attentive to my needs. The hotel is centrally located, with a good fitness center that—though small—had enough equipment for a good workout. Nice pool and outdoor bar area, and I also appreciated the availability of a private business center for meetings. Will come back again!

    Prices were a bit overwhelming for food and drinks, I had reserved a king size bed and they provided me single beds together.... Breakfast was delicious, housekeeping did a great job as well. Besides that, my overall experience was good.

    This is a fantastic hotel and could not recommend it enough. The service was amazing and staff were friendly. This made the experience so much better than it already was. The breakfast buffet was great. The highlight however was the Marina Bay View room. I will only be staying at the Mandarin Oriental from now on.

    The hotel is amazing with excellent service. The breakfast is also very good with lots of choices. We enjoyed the views of Marina Sands but glad we stayed at the Mandarin. The rooms are nice with plenty of amenities. KL and Bangkok were both amazing too. The pool and the gym were nice but we spent most of our time exploring Singapore.

    First of all, I fully felt the kindness of the staff according to the hotel's reputation. It was also good to provide service to keep the room clean all the time. However, I didn't like anything very complicated at breakfast. Sometimes it's a shame that I didn't finish the meal I wanted. Everything else was enough to satisfy me.

    Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Booked 2 rooms……view from my daughter’s beach view room was even better than my marina bay view room. Definitely worth joining MO fans to access additional benefits. Lots of things to like……great pool, location within walking distance to loads of attractions & places to eat. Only downside is that the rooms are looking a little tired.

    Fantastic stay, great genuine customer service everywhere in the hotel which showed the staff are happy and the hotel is well managed. There was a musty smell in the room which the reception staff gave us options to fix and let us compare the alternative room option. House keeping was great. Loved how how they touched up the room in the evening, It was wonderful to see glass bottles of water rather than plastic.

    Generally I was impressed by the service we received during our stay. I noticed the service culture is strong and there was attention paid to the details, all the way from the Doorman/ butler services, to housekeeping and to F&B. I would like to extend my appreciation to the staff for their efforts to make each customer feel welcome and special.

    Incredible. I have already started telling my friends. The service, the staff, the ambiance, the architecture, the view, the attention to detail were unforgettable and amazing. My only feedback is the way the light switches work is not very intuitive. Other than that absolute perfection!

    The whole family enjoyed the stay. The view was awesome and the rooms were comfortable, except for the pillows. They were too soft and flat to our liking so sleep wasn't the best. The small birthday cake for my mom was a nice touch and the little handwritten cards and balloons to the kids were also a very nice touch. All staff were friendly, warm and always ready to assist, especially Margaret at the Front Desk. She was most helpful and welcoming.

    Great services, nice ambience and great experiences. 1. Crew are friendly and heart warming. 2. Swimming pool is nice and clean with great view. 3. Rooms are clean and cozy with superb view. 4. In room dining Food is great. 5. Gym is clean and well equipped.

    The hotel is located in premium location , near to marina and surrounding malls. I like the smell and cleanliness of the hotel. The room is quiet and sleepy well, although there was construction cross the street. The swimming pool is very nice. The room size ibit small and only for 2 persons max. The hotel staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Thevar especially was very helpful. The breakfast was good, I like it. Mandarin coffee was good as well. The room service was bit slow, that’s why the rating is not 5.

    Our time with you in Singapore was lovely and more than fulfilled all our expectations.The refurbishment has been tastefully and very well done. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and all the food we had was delicious. We will definitely stay again as the location overlooking the bay is perfect to see the light show.

    My family’s trip to Singapore was part of a larger trip to Asia that was in the planning for a year that we were looking forward to since it would be our first big trip since the pandemic. We choose Singapore because there was a lots of kids friendly activities to do and great food to try out. We chose the Mandarin Oriental Singapore because we heard a lot of good things about it since the renovations were done and I have to say we were not disappointed and our expectations were exceeded beyond our imagination. To start, we had booked a family room. Prior to arrival we had notified the hotel we had an early arrival since we were taking the non stop flight from JFK which landed at 5 am local time. Upon our check in at 7 am, they had no issues accommodating our early check in. Later that day chocolates were delivered to our room as a welcome amenity which was a nice gesture. After exploring the city for a bit, we arrived back at our hotel to get some rest. Unfortunately, there was some sort of renovation next to our room where we can hear large hammering and drilling sounds. After notifying the front desk, the duty manager, Jessica attended to our concerns and promptly upgraded our room to a residential suite where there wasn’t any noise. She expressed her sorry and the inconvenience that it caused us. To me, the hallmark of a great hotel is not only how friendly the services are but also what will they do when issues are encountered. In this case, they passed with flying colours. Throughout the rest of our stay, the staff continued to provide great service from the staff at EMBU to the housekeeping staff always inquiring if we had anything we needed to the porters answering our questions about travelling in Singapore. At the end of our 5 days trip, my daughters asked me when the next time we can come to Singapore as they truly enjoyed their time. I do not know when that time will be but hopefully it can be in the near future. Thank you Mandarin Oriental Singapore for making my family’s stay a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next stay with you.
