Unsanitary.there are a lot of more cheaper hostels near by. There are so much dusts under the bed. But owner is so kind and friendly

There were either one or two receptionists every day. They were kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned. There's an area where u can get potable water both hot and cold. The showers have heaters and the water pressure is good. I would love to come back on my next visit.

Fantastic hostel as well as staff with amazing price and facilities. We booked a family room for 4 adults and they provide us 6 bed room which is quite enough to stay for 4 persons. Secondly the MRT station was very close its just 2 minutes walk from there even the bus stop is 1 minuets walk from the hostel. In breakfast we got bread butter and different types of jams include tea and coffee which is very impressive. Specially the staff is very sweet and helping. The location is also very safe for families stay. Its was a nice stay and definitely will stay there in future. Thanks

For a hostel, this one is nice. Very clean and has enough facilities of you're backpacking or just need the bed to sleep. The owners are very friendly. They will help you through your visit in Singapore, giving recommendations about the interesting places, how to get there, etc. They provide simple breakfast of toast and assorted jams and coffee. The neighborhood is nice, lots of restaurants, grocery store and it's within walking distance to the MRT.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the MRT station. The staff was very welcoming. We asked for a room at the hostels frontdesk and they even showed us the rooms and bathroom so we could make a decision on weither we would stay there. The privates are clean and while the bed hits the walls, there's still plenty of space to go about.

Probably An affordable lodging backpackers should visit; clean, comfy, friendly atmosphere. Save much amount of money with its free drinking water (hot n cool), hot shower, and free breakfast. Moreover, a friendly owner might give better lodging experience. NB: it's better to stay with large group to ensure security in joined room or better secure your belongings. (Of course security depends on your roomates)

It was wonderful place . We r 4 of us and enjoyed lot. Rooms are pretty big and very clean. You’ll get charger point for everyone. The sharing bathroom is very tidy. The staff is very kindly and helpful. You’ll get breakfast in the morning and moreover they provide u tickets for all activity and also give u discount. Thank you 😊

We arrived at around 4 a.m. and the staff made arrangements in order for us to check in our room even when reception is still closed. The rooms, while small, were adequate and clean. My daughter threw up and they changed the sheets without any problem. The breakfast consisted of unlimited toasts and spread (kaya, peanut butter, strawberry, and blueberry jam), three-in-one coffee, and Milo for kids. The staff were most helpful with transportation, direction, and other tourism-related tips and were very polite and approachable.

Provide lodging for people in long term basis

Very friendly service provided. Due to the current situation Unable to travel there. 1st time I asked to change the booking they accepted it even without any cancellations. I asked for a refund for 2nd time, they are fully refunded the money. definitely, I will rebook when the situation gets better.

Near to mrt station, walking dist to upp boon keng food court.

The Ark Hostel deserves praise and appreciation mainly because of the efficient management of the place. The hosts are super friendly and supportive. Being a tourist in Singapore was so much more easier because each morning, they guided us with regard to, places of interest, recommendations of local cuisine and ways to commute. The room per se is clean and compact. Value for money definitely. Would recommend it to budget travelers.

Super satisfied with the quality of their service especially that all the staff are very kind and accomodating. The room are so clean and as well as the comfort rooms. Also to mention that they are giving assistance on our destinations of tour attractions😉😍😊. Definitely to recommend it to tourists that want to explore Singapore.

Affordable. Good for groups. Breakfast included , they give you breads along with 4 types of spreads and tea/coffee. Nearest MRT is within a few hundred m. Indians would be happy to find a 24x7 food restaurant - Imam at a walking distance that would cater to their needs (both veg as well as non veg). Additionally there a lot of other restaurants nearby to try out the local food. The owner of the place is friendly and welcoming , eager to help you plan your trips (not looking for any profits).
