(Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is probably my favourite mall in Johor. It's not quite in the Johor Bahru city centre area so there's no big traffic jams or difficult roads to drive through to get here. It's a big mall and besides the usual cinema (GSC cinema) and kids' play area, it also has some unique entertainment facilities; an ice skating ring (Blue), a rock climbing wall (Camp5), gym (Celebrity Fitness) and an archery range (Stars Archery). And there's a good range of F&B shops too for when you've tired yourself out from all the shopping and exercising! Tip: The layout of the mall is a bit like an L shape so make sure you turn the corner as there are more shops available!

Unfortunately nothing much to do here. Tourists who are coming here for the 50RM voucher you see from IG or TikTok, don’t waste your time. The vouchers don’t apply to the entire mall, only selected shops, and they change every time. You need to download their app too. Came here on a weekend and they had a kpop dance competition which was quite entertaining. But made me realised how big this mall is, as they could hold 2 exhibitions at once (another one is for Japan/Korea stores). And how even though the sound was so bloody loud at the kpop dance competition, I couldn’t hear a single thing at the other side of the mall. Overall, was entertained by the kpop dance competition.

Great place to spend the day, lots of great shops and things to do (Cinema, ice skating, arcade) great food options (but the place was quite busy on Sat), and even a place to let the kids burn off some energy. This shopping center as everything, there is section for cheap stuff (New market +Mr. DIY), a really big food court, multiple dining options from table service, counter service and quick service options, a big department store (Parkson), and in the basement, there is hardware/home furnishing store (think ikea). it has everything and the biggest draw back is the size of the place, its a pretty long walk if u are finding a place, but if you are just shopping around and finding a place to spend the day, this shopping center is great. and extra plus is that there are actually a lot of sitting areas, especially outside of shop, so u can rest if not everyone in your party wants to enter a particular store. oh and they checked the MySejahtera App, most likely for vaccination status, so please have that handy, or some other way to show you got your shots. I hope to show it before i was let in.

If you feel things at KSL and Aeon are getting pricey, then this mall is the place to go. The mall is clean, huge space and a lot of local brands to shop. They even have ice skating at level 3. Bought myself 2 pair of jeans (RM 100), 2 pairs of khakis pants (RM 78), gym/jog pant (RM 39) and 2 polo T from FOS (RM59). At the time of posting this, there are school holidays activities at the lobby area, including Pokémon Ga-ole machine is available at RM 4 per game, brand new train for ride and robot to be operated. The only shortfall is not many food choices and a long queue during the weekend at almost every shop. Will recommend eat at non peak hours then continue to shop ☺️

Visited Paradigm Mall around 6pm today. The mall looked relatively new, with many shops on the upper levels. There were shops that sold apparel from sports brands like Nike, Puma, Adidas etc. There was also a variety of cuisines (Korean, Japanese and Chinese etc) There were quite a lot of people, probably because it’s a weekend. They were also having a promotion where you get 3 hour free parking if you tap in with certain cards like Visa, touchngo (and other cards that i didn’t take note of) Definitely worth the visit if you’re in JB!

Quite a variety of shops & food outlets. There's an Ice skating rink on lvl 3. There's a game entertainment area with lots of coin operated machines. There's a cinema too. There's a kiddy ride area on lvl 2 but its not cheap, rm25 for 20mins.

Very huge shopping centre wt lot of store, foodshops n free parking for motocycle. Praying room also availiable. Went to eat at ' elephant logo ' foodshop. Service late. Some food not so nice. Send food n drink that we not order. So, others...becareful

Having heard a lot of negative stories about this mall, we decided to give it a test. Well, you can call it whatever you want BUT one has to give credit where credit is due! There is a strategic mix of tenants in the mall. Even the Food Court is nicely done. Many Halal restaurants with amazing food offerings. What really upsets me is that having spent about 500rm on shopping, we couldn't redeem our Christmas gift at the redemption counter. Apparently the staffs left by 9.30pm. Another upsetting point was the Village Grocer. The guy in the Green T-shirt decided to close all the cashier counters just because he was upset with a lady. Silly fella, he caused a massive traffic at the cashier counter with customers young and old complaining!!! Action should be taken against him! This delayed us as well! Anyway, FANTASTIC MALL!

It is an all-rounder mall with a little bit of everything under one roof. Be it entertainment, shopping for clothes, household items, electronics, furniture or sports wear, beauty care, hair cut etc. Still have some shop lots that are vacant but there is still a lot to browse through. Quite a fair bit of halal food options too. Just that the toilets could use some proper cleaning and keeping them dry and smelling nice.

Nice mall near to Spore causeway. There is a big Harvey Norman in it. Worth going. If going back to Spore, pls use the exit P Bandar. If going to Sutera Mall, pls exit towards Senai airport

When you explore this mall until level 2, it has the feeling of smaller version of berjaya time square. The higher you go up, more shops available that basically sell everything. However. Coming here is easy but leaving the mall is hard. I waited almost one hour and no Grab driver and want to accept the request.

Good number of shops found here. Some nice branded shops were found here that were not there in other malls. Bought good quality clothes and bag. A one stop mall for shopping decent branded stuffHall is decently big and enough securities at parkings and at mall to help and guide us. A safe place to be around. Theaters are good and easy to book as there are frequent shows.Spacious, clean and large. Good selection of fashion wear shops. Many stalls in the food arcade were not operative. 2 lovely home furnishings shops at the basement level.

Saturday 14 October 2023: Our first visit here. It’s so huge and lots to shop. We bought several things here. Impressed by the mix of shops and F&B places here. A happening shopping mall 👍🏻

We purchased a screen protector at Vindora, an accessories mobile phone shop with a price of RM 50. With this price we are expecting the quality to be good. But within 10-15 minutes, the screen protector started to bubble up at corner. We went back to the shop, but they just "repair" it by using heater blower. The reason they said is due to curve screen. Obviously they are not the professional and only open shop just to make quick money. The issue settled for few second, after awhile, the bubble appear again. The shop reluctant to change new one and not even using proper SOP during installation of the screen protector. The shop is located at 4F13A. Please beware of their cunning tactics of earning money.

Came to try big size Gui Ling Gao.. $14 MYR.. Wow authentic bitter taste.. but healthy. Yum yum.. comfortable seats

One of the best malls to go to in JB. Lots of eating places, apparels, supermarket and most importantly they have a skating rink! Love gg to the secret recipe,dip n dip and especially the food court. Super gd food available there.

Paradigm Mall is the first shopping mall i went when i was in malaysia. They were celebrating chinese new year back then and there were many offers at the branded shops.

This is a very large mall some 6 to 7 floors full of large modern shops I'd guess well more than a 100 shops of different rather large sizes in there, an upmarket supermarket Parkson, the retail mix is very good. Possibly less pricy for retail as well. The mall is so large that there is even a skating ring at the 6th floor! Food and foodcourt is at the 5th and 6 floor.

Large mall with numerous shops of all types. The "food arcade" (foodcourt) however only has few choices of food. But there are numerous food outlets located inside the mall. Tenants such as Daiso, Mr DIY, Kaison, Family Mart and Jaya Grocer (just to name a few) are located here.

Horrible experience, stuck heavy traffic jam more than 2 hours in car park, yet no management to arrange traffic control to ease the traffic. Doesn't even reserve a star !!

This girl name Nabila (if im not mistaken), treated customers very rude. McDonald's should teach this Nabila some manners. What's wrong with her today? (Friday, 5/11/2021, 5.30PM)

Huge Mall with alot of shops & restaurants. Good place if u r looking to buy flowers/decors especially at Romantika. The difference from other Mall, they have ice skating ring.

One of the bigger mall in JB. By car from CIQ, Malaysia custom checkpoint, will take about 25mins of driving. Not much crowd compare to KSL and City Square mall.But the shops there are much more. It also have a ice skating ring at level 5.

Going there to watch movies at level 7 n then having lunch at the medan selera at level 3a. There's also ice skating n wall climbing. Great! But it lacks of singnage or floor map.

The mall opens 10am on the dot. A lot of shoppers were waiting patiently and rushed in once the door were opened. It’s not a very big shopping mall but they have Parkson, Padini, Harvey Norman, Daiso, cinema, ice skating rink, karaoke, major f&b and fashion

Hall is decently big and enough securities at parkings and at mall to help and guide us. A safe place to be around. Theaters are good and easy to book as there are frequent shows.

Very big mall with lots of kids activity, nice food and shopping. Able to do a half day to full day shopping here alone itself. Been visiting this mall many times and still enjoying it. Good for family with kids.

WORST guards ever at the mall. I went to drop off my sister to go and quickly buy a cup of Starbucks and leave . At the drop off area beside Starbucks ,cars have space to park there for awhile and wait for passengers. Not even one minute of waiting ,the guard started asking me to leave . I told him it's just a quick grab and go , Starbucks is literally beside the entrance , plus mind you this is on 9 Sept 2021 during pandemic period and there was no other car there . He then started shouting when I promptly ignored him to avoid further confrontation after I repeatly told him it will just take awhile and then he tried to scare me off by taking a pic of my car . I understand that cars aren't allowed to be there for long but absolutely zero manners and understanding from their part. Better visit other malls if you're just looking for quick grab and go and good luck to the shop owners inside if all the guard focus on is driving away patrons.

During this pandemic.. Only full vaccinated individuals is allowed to get in to the main entrance and most of the shop... You can dine in at most of the eateries.... Just adhere to the sop

Basic mall with basic necessity. Decent food shops and entertainment like ice skating and archery. The mall basement parking is quite creepy 😅 but over all it a pretty decent mall to go and enjoy.

8 floors of parking but have to be careful and alert when driving. Can just use IC for TNG. Skating is available too in the mall.

Less crowded during Covid19, follows SOP

One of the top 5 malls in JB city. Very well packed with all the general retail - more of the mid-range stores. But they have very good selection of other activities like for family to enjoy like cinema, ice skating ring, wall climbing, gym, archery, laser tag, karaoke (small one), there is also a skate park (inside SHOWROOM)... & eatery is good too! Toilet are mostly clean... worth the visit!

Good practice of sop.... security guard are very helpful to guide.... Good place to spend time...

The food court is pretty good, especially the talam place for nasi ambeng ( the option for the self service food). As for the mall, its just a regular mall, nothing too special nor ordinary. Got a cinema though.

Not too packed nor too big. Standard big mall. Got Ice Skate, GSC (cinema), wall climbing, variety of foods, variety of clothes revenues, arcade games, gadget stores and etc. Parking rate, affordable, but weekend a bit higher (be prepared).

Its a huge mall ... lots of parking lot. Many shops and eatery. Toilet so clean and the building so convinient to walk about.

This shopping mall has many stores and two kids playground. One is Utopia and another is kidszoonia inside Aeon fantasy.

This is a very large shopping mall. You can find ice skating, cinema, and a variety of food here. Good choice if you dunno what you want to eat. There also have variety of wearing brand to choose. Price from very low to high. Is the best choice for normal wear. The only thing not very user-friendly is Paradigm mall don't have a chair for customers to sit. You cannot find a seat. The seat is only available in the food court/ dining area. If you want to walk into all the shops in this mall, you will need to spend around 3 -5hours in here. Good way to kill your time here. The air conditioner & environment here is not so bad. The floor is clean. There are many parking lots in this mall.

Large mall with lots of open shops (even with MCO). The cinema is really nice (clean, clean toilets, comfy seats). We went to watch a 4D movie which was a fantastic experience - highly recommend it! There is a climbing wall, arcade, ice rink and other activities for those who want to have a day out at the mall.

Motorcycle parking so crowded. Since free parking, the management treat us like rubbish. You think we cannot afford pay for parking? Aiyo 😂 What a joke.

Place to hang out with friends. Got variety of activity and place to go such as cinema, ice skating, karaoke, wall climbing, cross bow, various fast food and dessert. Best mall area skudai. Usually went here by bus from UTM. Clothes store and branded accessories here was great too.

There are areas with lack of air-conditioning. Superhot. Paradigm Mall management need to check which area needed to be improve in terms of air circulation. For now I give 3 stars. Could improve more.

Easy to reach, many parking lots, love the choices and variety of options for every single items. Have to bite my fingers everytime coming out from paradigm mall, because couldn't buy all... Hahaha.... Plan well and spend wisely...

Absolutely disappointing mall management. Shifted faults to customers who ended paying for their mistakes and errors. Instead of assisting customers to solve the problem and come to an amicable arrangement, all costs and mistakes were transferred to the customer. Absolutely horrendous management who clearly show they do not value their customers.

Overall is good..Charged for parking fee but not to expensive..many more stores to be explored!
