Friend of Garden will receive sundae for upsize meal but have to choose pay at counter. Need to order only at kiosk only. There are 5 kiosks at the outlet. Pay at counter has no people at there. Need to wait a while to get attended. They are saving plastic for the straw and sauce plate already. No tissue paper was given.

We had a great breakfast here. Not so crowded on opening hour, just before our tour on the gardens.

After having dinner at Jurassic nest we visited this place to have a soft serve Ice cream. It tasted super yummy.

Food is okay, chicken served hot. Korean burger (special menu at the time) is drenched in sauce, will not recommend at all. However, the service and attitude of staff is below par. I don't blame them as it is an extremely busy store. The wait was crazy and I saw wrong orders being handed out while I was waiting. The management should hire more staff for this store. The entire experience was not that pleasant. Hard to find a table to sit down especially during peak hours.

Good location from gardens by the bay. It was very busy at the time when we visited and some of the ordering machines stopped working half way through making the order. There were no seats available so we did a take out and ate outside with the view of gardens by the bay (best decision ever!). Typical McDonalds vibe - overall it was fine.

The food and drink was great however the place is kind of cramped with tourists. If you decided to dine in, you have to stand and wait till there is empty seat. You also need to keep alert with your order since the staff at counter will call out your order's number. Otherwise, everything is good with the staff is also being helpful.

Ordered a large coke for myself and small milo for my kid. Asked the staff politely if they had straws. Staff refused initially to give straws. Told a lie saying they don’t have straws. Looked around the shop and saw other customers having straws. Staff then said it’s for other drinks. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Had to get approval from store manager to get 1 straw. For my kid. Such a kid friendly macdonalds. Would rather go next door to Starbucks. Much more kid friendly.

Around 9:30 AM: Tried to place an order at the kiosk. After placing the entire order, we accessed the cart to modify one item. The modify button did not respond. The remove button failed to respond as well. Two Mcdonald's staff pressed the modify and remove buttons but to no avail. Tried to call the manager. But he told us rudely at first to re-key the order on another kiosk. He showed no courtesy whatsoever to help resolve the situation. Tried explaining it to him the issue and for him to show eagerness to take our order personally especially since two McDonald's staff had failed and we had repeatedly tried to complete our order at the kiosk. The ONLY solution that we were condescendingly offered by this manager was to redo our order at the kiosk! Never eating here again! The worst customer service I've ever encountered at a McDonald's!!!

Today was my first time trying the Buttermilk Crisy Chicken Burger. It was super delicious! The chicken was so juicy and tender and the black pepper mayo was *mmmm* 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼. The restaurant walls have a beautiful flower design. Through the windows, you can also view the beautiful trees and plants. The table service was wonderful too.

A pretty good spot to take a short break, and to chill off with a small fries and a sundae. Unfortunately, they did not have ice cream cones or shakes when we were there. Ordering is easy via the booths, and you can opt for table,service or pickup from the counter.

Menu offering is not different from other outlets. The key differentiating factor is the service at this outlet, in a good sense. The crew goes out of their way to ensure your dining experience is a good one here My only complaint is that the standard of the cleanliness could be better at opening times - breakfast. There are visible food crumbs on the chair and table, presumably from the night before.

Place had limited indoor seating, crowd is crazy on weekends and on rainy days. Went there for an outing with my students on a weekday and we got our orders within 30 minutes, despite not pre-ordering. Staff worked like clockwork to deliver all orders for lunch crowd, including nearby workers and tourists. Most tourists and my students were baffled as to where is the cash register for "cash only" orders, perhaps there should be a more prominent signage. The team here deserves a much needed bonus!

Thanks McDonald’s providing food for us . I was so tired because walking for 2 hours constantly. I ate salad and it’s so delicious

I hope they can add more staffs on weekend especially on the Graden Rhapsody show. It’s too crowded here, but I enjoyed the environment. It’s not really tidy & clean maybe because of the massive people here. Hopefully they can add lighting at the outdoor seating area as it’s really dark 😂

Visited twice. Store can be crowded at times but which means their food is fresh and you'll get fresh fries! On my second visit, this auntie refuse to clean the table for us and we have to get the cloth from her to wipe it ourselves.

Theres queue but if u see closely, it might be a collection queue instead. Tried the agnus beef burger, it was alright. U could also expect the iced milo to be bit more diluted.

Only came in here for the aircon, the humidity just really gets to you, especially for this NZer. The chicken was pretty good it's like getting KFC n McDonald's together. Thank you McDonald's for the feed & aircon.

There were some big tables with fixed chairs. It would be nice if the chairs are moveable so that we could squeeze in some seats. One of the ordering machines broke down during peak hours, so the queue was quite long. Other than these, overall food still good as the usual McDonald’s standard.

One of the most expensive McDonald's menu in Singapore but they did however give SIGNIFICANTLY MORE ice cream in my biscoff mcflurry so I do not have any complaints 🤣

It is not very crowded but I think this branch is under-staffed cos the trash bins are filled to the top but no one is clearing them. Customers do not know where to put the trash and had to place it on the condiments counter in order to get access to a free table that was not cleared up by the previous customer. This branch accept my order at 13:20:38 but till now 13:29 my food was still not serve.

The usual Mac Donalds. Great service. Great food. Higher priced compared to regular McDonald’s. Much easier to find than the food court in the area. You’ll love Mc food! Located in the middle of Garden by the Bay. Nearest to the taxi stand. The restaurant got no sink to wash your hands. But there is a few walks toilet nearby. Next to McDonald’s is Starbucks. Always full and crowded with tourists and people walk around here. There is a few self order kiosk, but you also can order on the McDonald’s apps on your mobile phone.

Just sharing the opening hours since it is different from Mcds App and google maps. We thought it isnt open for breakfast on weekends/ph because of the wrong info. :')

Came half way around the world for the McSpicy. Did not disappoint. Seaweed shaker fries were an added bonus to the experience.

The usual food, just pricier and the place tends to be crowded. The queue system can be quite chaotic too as the self-service kiosk is in a small area with people also waiting for their orders. The great thing here is that you can dabao and enjoy a picnic in the beautiful outdoor surrounding.
