For night owl, this is the paradise for you because it opens til 6am! Mala and tomato soup are always yummy. Service is definitely excellence with this branch and all other branches I have been.

This is by far the worst haidilao I have ever went ! No serving of soup as a starter and no refill of soup at all ! We tried to take 80% of soup away and nothing happens, they came over to see our menu for 3 times maybe feel we don't order much ??!! The server was only there to collect the empty plates tats all. Feels more like a normal china hot pot joint. Go other branches for better service even the heartland mall outlets is better. Strange that the 5 star review is all coming from people with only one review and is all praising their staff? 拖？

Excellent service. I’m unsure if it’s Chinese new year special, but there’s a special “change face” show which the kids loved. The performance is only at the main dinning area and doesn’t go around the dinning area. For those that are on diet, focus on veggies and lean seafood. Also don’t be fooled by innocent looking mala broth, you will see it’s full of oil once it stops boiling.

We had a blast there. Coming from Europe and never experienced a hot pot with Euro friends before, I didn’t know how it woul end up. We ordered the freshly made noodles like 8 times. Very interesting experience. People around us were celebrating birthdays. Very relaxed place. The food was good too. On weekends you should pre-book

We thought the “Set for 2 at $39.90” works for us and we can add on other items accordingly - not too pricey but fulfill our craving for HDL steamboat. The fried fish skins today was super thin and fresh. We tried the new item 爆漿豆腐 and thought it may taste better with “heavier” soup base like tomyum or tomato.. also, the 313 outlet may be one of the few outlets which has the high tea corner.

Had the chicken and tomato soup bases. Ordered the famous prawn paste, fish slices, mushroom meat balls, tofu, vegetables etc. It was overall a yummy meal. Service was over zealous, we felt that they can tone down a bit. Towards the end, they gave us a fruit platter and some door gifts (a comb and a pair of chopsticks) to thank us for patronising. As it was my friend's birthday, they gave her a rainbow cake. That was a thoughtful gesture. :)

Having hotpot is always comforting during a rainy day. Their food was worth the wait, quality beef, pork, seafood, vegetables, etc. Flavour of the broth was very good and authentic. Cosy, relaxing ambience was perfect for group gatherings with friends and family. Prompt and attentive service delivered by their staffs, always checking on us regularly. Definitely one of our favourite place to satisfy our mala hotpot cravings.

Excellent service..food esp the side buffet x 2 tables are worth the extra 4 dollars each. The main dishes are expensive though especially the meats. The only thing is fish was so so. But they give a great dance on the noodles and if u are celebrating birthday then have free fruit platter and a performance from the team!!

An ever reliable hotpot brand no matter where you are in Asia. Lots of broth options available whether you can handle the spice or not. Fairly good selection of meats, balls and sides. They also have a buffet of appetizers, congee and fruits at the sauce corner. Best to reserve as Haidilao’s typically popular everywhere.

The standard of the soup has increased a lot and it really amazes me! Staffs seems short-handed after 12mn. Price has went up too, is not cheap for HDL nowadays in Singapore. Overall food is fresh and good.

Fresh ingredients and the soup based was flavourful. Selected the Mala and the chicken mushroom soup. Side track a bit… the parking at 313 somerset is rather exp.

Very good service of theirs, especially the waitress with vest who served us first. It's worth it to spend $4 to get unlimited sauce refills, side dish, Congee, dessert refills. The price of haidilao on the expensive range definitely, but mainly on service I think. They also provide free manicure service. Free guo ba Snacks & popcorn too. I ordered a ramen performance xD I like this hahaha, $4, sadly the noodle clogged tgth when I ate it... Anyways, I will come back again.

One of the best and my favourite HDL outlet in the town now! Been to many outlets but so far this is the only HDL outlet where I can get variety fruits, snacks and desserts. This outlet provides tou fu fa, guava, watermelon, honey dew, pineapple, snow fungus dessert, sea coconut with longan dessert, spicy mushroom and a lot more! In this outlet, they also provide the manicure services! This service only available till 10pm. For the main meal, I feel like the portion is getting smaller but paying the same price. Especially for the pork belly slices! I have also ordered self-made soup (left bottom) which made by the waiter. The soup tasted like the sukiya soup and it is free! They also provide birthday song singing service where you can order if someone is having their birthday in that month. They will also offer the table with a free fruit platter! For the dessert, definitely must try their glutinous rice cake with black sugar, it tasted so good! The black sugar filling will flow in your mouth when you bite the whole thing!

A must visit if you are in Singapore... Special mention for Li zhifen, she is exceptional and warm at guest service. She helped us with vegetarian options and made our experience memorable. She is an outstanding human being. The place is value for money.

Visited HaiDiLao@313 Somerset because this branch is the nearest to the hotel we booked in Orchard Road. The restaurant is located in the 4th level of this mall. Here’s my two cents: Service - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 When someone brought up HDL, the first thing that came to people’s mind would be their exceptional service. As for this branch, it totally did not disappoint, it’s literally the best of the best! The staffs were friendly too, they even suggested us some tourist place that we could visit! ^^ Food - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Everything was good and fresh. While it was somewhat expensive, it was worth it. We didn’t regret availing their self-service seasoning area (which cost $3 per person) because aside from seasoning and condiments, there were also fruits, desserts, and bean curd in the seasoning area which were super delicious!!! p.s. they even gave us freebies, ice creams, and even a cake (without us asking for them) when they found out we were first-time goers. <3

Went for cny lunch with my colleagues and one of us is vegetarian. called in the day before to make a reservation and enquired about vegetarian options. they remembered the enquiry and also recommended vegetarian menu for my vegetarian colleague. we were served by 石银 and we were extremely satisfied with our visit. haven had a good HDL service in a long time and was glad to revive some of the awesome services HDL provides at 313 outlet. hope to come back again.

Today I came to Haidilao with my friend to celebrate her birthday. The dining experience was great and the food was delicious. Thank you to the handsome guy Leon for his service. He was very attentive and thoughtful. He even showed us his skill in changing pots, which was very cool! I was also very enthusiastic when celebrating my birthday ~ 100% satisfied! The decoration in the store is very Halloween, and the atmosphere is full of atmosphere. Great reviews!

Food variety is huge. Quality is within acceptable range. Pricing is what you would expect from HDL + inflation. Signature Service is the highlight. It's impeccable. Waiting time is 40min for a table on a weekend dinner time, despite booking for priority queue. We paid a total of $240 for 5 pax. Optimum choice for hotpot? No. There are better choices for quality out there. For the service and ambience (especially if you are celebrating birthday), which you don't mind paying. Yes, it's an option. Service staff in China will physically play the birthday song, but Singapore has reduced it a player. On the day of visit, more than 50% of the tables are for that purpose, so it's understandable that they'll be exhausted if they do it personally.

My first time at this Haidilao outlet after all these years! The service was excellent from start to finish, with every single staff we encountered being so warm, friendly, polite and accommodating. It is very spacious too but be sure to book ahead as it can get crowded during peak hours. Enjoyed the food too. Thanks!

Never fail is in terms of service and food quality! Loving it. Always visit monthly and different location have different promotions too. 313 is having the dessert promotion during weekday and is definitely a good option for students. Typical HDL dishes nothing to talk about is everyone should be familiarised by now but currently they have this tea time high tea free flow ingredients from 1-5pm mon-fri exclusively at this outlet at 313 somerset Dessert is ok like supermarket quality but can't complain that they introduce new items to attract customers.

Good food and just nice sitting into their Halloween event. Most staff were friendly despite chancing upon a staff who took 3 requests and reminders to top up soup (after 15mins)

Had dinner with my elderly parent. Table Service staff Ms Wu Yue and Mr Jia Hong were very polite, helpful and attentive with a good service attitude throughout. 👍 Hope to see more food variety for steamboat. I greatly enjoyed the 10th anniversary promotion! To be frank, it's quite expensive without the promotion. I wouldn't have dared to venture in without burning a hole in my wallet. The iberico pork, which was on promotion, was shockingly good. It had the melt in your mouth texture when boiled in the mala soup. The collagen was also very fragrant, and we actually drank it until we required 2 topups! This branch featured a very unique experience, more of a western style, and as always, excellent service!

A terrible experience. Placed the order online at 17:43 and it said the delivery was gonna take around 60 mins. Received the food at 19:30 which was almost 1 hour late. And when i called the restaurant they claimed that i told them ‘to take their time’. The worst part was that a pot with a Chinese character saying ‘not working’ was sent to me and it turned out the pot really didn't work.

We have dinner at Haidilao 313 Somerset. The waitress Qiu Ling is super nice. She is really helpful and really active on services.

In addition to the 2 lunch sets, we also ordered the fried tofu skin that goes so well with hot pots – a quick dip and you’re done; as well as the meat & chives dumplings and signature mashed shrimp. Hai Di Lao was always persistent with its quality of food. Soup is always delicious especially Mala Milk broth. Sauce is expensive but it is ok since I really like varieties of selection. Staffs are very attentive and hospitality is perfect.

My all time favorite hotpot place for more than 5 years since I first came to Singapore. Been to many branches but this branch at 313 was my first time trying and the best in my heart even it's always crowded. The service is definitely top notch. All the soup base are nice, my top 2 are spicy and tomato soup base, go for the mushroom if you want something not too heavy. Dishes that I must get when coming to Haidilao are dan dan mian, beef, shrimp paste. Our bills are usually above 400$ for 2 people but we always over order because the left over food were always huge 😂. Half portion option is enough for 2 small eaters. Definitely the best hotpot place and worth the money. I do not want to register member because I do not think I will come back but who knows I’m always craving for it at least once a month 😂 It’s not a good option for a romantic dining or if you are looking for a quite ambiance due to the crowd at all time. *ready for queuing up to hours if you can’t reserve the table in advance. I usually come early before dining time about 2 hours to take the queuing number and walk around Orchard waiting for my turn.

Haidilao is becoming like a normal hotspot restaurant. It is 3 times more expensive than a normal hotspot restaurant. In the past, they were known for their services and we don't mind paying a premium for it. But now, the premium remains but service is no more. Just to name a few: - after arrival, the waiting table does not have any drinks - it's basically self service all the way from ordering, getting off condiments, fruits, etc. Haidilao is losing it's service edge.

did my nails at hai di lao with 文雯姐姐 and the service was amazing. she helped me with picking my colour and was so professional while doing my nails. i loved how they turned out & definitely recommend looking for her if you want to do your nails at haidilao! best part is that it’s part of the service there so it technically free of charge (#girlmath).
