Dr. Lee not only identified the root cause of my issue, but most impressively, he discovered and removed four high-risk polyps of significant size during the scope procedures. I am immensely grateful for Dr. Lee's expertise and dedication in addressing my health concerns. Subsequent communication through Whatsapp was prompt and courteous. As for the gastroscopy and colonoscopy performed by Dr Chia, the procedures went so smoothly I woke up thinking I just had a nap. Just kidding! I felt so good I nearly wanted to go shopping (but of course I didn't). Thank you also to the professional and efficient staff at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital who put this senior citizen at ease in spite of her apprehensiveness. During the review two weeks later, Dr Chia carefully drew a diagram to explain the biopsy results to me. Much appreciated! To sum up, I will not hesitate to recommend Dr Chia Chung King to anyone who wants to consult a good and professional gastroenterologist.

My partner and I were absolutely shocked by the indian female at the counter. We came when the clinic was fully crowded with many patients and this staff was continuously taking personal phone calls while seating at counter, in front of all customers. She was loudly screaming with BAD WORDS and cursed at whoever she was on the phone with (sound like her children or the helper). She was so LOUD and rude. Louder than the backgrOund music. I cannot even hear clearly the instructions from another soft spoken staff. Very very unprofessional. This happened repeatedly non stop from the time we came til we left. Many personal phone calls while serving customer Should the staff allowed to do tat?? Doctor is nice. But we don’t feel like coming back due to the stressful environment. We are already sick and this make us even more unwell.
