    A complete fish market. Every single seat was occupied and people were standing everywhere. Had an appointment for 9.30am on Saturday, reached on time, but waited for close to 1.5 hours for my turn. Then it's another more than an hour wait for the next stop. An hour of wait is required to measure your height, weight, blood pressure, waist and hips. I seriously... I'm speechless. I'm better off working it on my own with instructions. This is downright ridiculous and entirely unfathomable. I really haven't been to somewhere so packed for a long time. Appointment management needs to be improved. The Filipino nurses can't pronounce the names of patients well and calling the names out contributes to the noise and hubbub. A queue number system really needs to be implemented while they're at it. Absolutely terrible experience. I'm really wondering why I chose to subject myself to this. Waiting for whenever the number of one star reviews become on par with the five star reviews. Don't think it'll take a long time for it to happen if there's no improvement. --- 3 weeks later and I haven't received my results.

    Minmed needs to have a system to ensure each health screening are done within 2hrs max. for my screening, it took 4hrs to finish blood test/ultrasound/body measurements. If you missed a screening station because you are in the washroom/ongoing other screening, good luck to you. The staff will not prioritize based on appointment sequence or screening duration. If you do not feedback/complain/chase the staff for your next station, you could have waited till closing time and you still won't be prioritized to complete your screening. Your appointment time is useless and does not indicate you will be prioritized to complete your screening ahead of others who came late. So be prepared to chase the staff frequently!

    This place is the worst that i have experience with the health screening. I cannot even get through the process of registration despite that was done ahead of time using their app! Imagine you fast for the last 10hrs, only drinking water, my appointment was at 10:30am but I arrived 30mins early to settle paperwork. To my horror there were people whose appointment at 9am still waiting to be registered. The place was in total chaos; worst than A&E and polyclinics. Is like a war zone. I requested for all full refund from the manager and I walked-off. I will not recommend anyone to go there for health screening unless you are ready to face the chaos and long waiting time.

    Ridiculously long wait. What is the point of making appointments when you have to wait 1.5 hours to get your screening done? I can understand that the staff are trying their best, but the service standard can really be better than to brush customer off with a surly face and “we are short of staff”. If you cannot cope with this volume, then perhaps you should not be accepting so many customers?

    Made weekday appointment 10am. Arrived 9:50am to register but only end up being processed at 10:45am. Not enough seats. Why so many open morning slots when can’t cope with the crowd? Thereafter it’s just a disorganized mess. Had to do ultrasound so can’t collect pee sample, then staff withheld the pee sample collection kit. After finishing everything, another say can proceed with pee sample collection, then went to do something else. Went to tell her don’t have the kit with us then she blur. Went one round and turns out the kit is just behind her. Best to visit around 12pm or later. Mornings are such a mess.

    Long wait for registration today. I spent a total of 4 hours for simple health screening, and even simple measurement with blood pressure took 45 minutes! I can do better than these staff, using my own weighing scale and use my own blood pressure monitor would be faster and just as accurate. Note that front counter staff are very slow and no help given at all. There are Other clinics that are much better than this minmed executive health screeners. By the way, their screening packages are also not value for money, as you have to factor in unhelpful staff, making extra trips because some tests have been omitted. And I also wonder why their computer system is so backward, such that they have to call patients out? Imagine there are 10 to 15 patients, with clinic staff calling out loud these different names! I can only sigh for my lack of foresight to come here.

    Bad experience overall. First time and will be my last for my annual health screening. I have to wait more than 1 hour for registration only! then wait for another 30 min to get my blood taken! Imagine how long I have been fasting since the night before. Also I have said clearly that I don't want to download any app. I requested my results to be sent by post. But its been a week I still don't get any hardcopy result. They just inform me by email, which finally I download the app. And when I tried to retrieve the result, there was a notification said "Daily user sending quota exceeded". How frustrating is it? And I still couldn't get my result! Not worth the price really. Better find another clinic, pay a bit more but tests much more comprehensive.

    Very poor experience with virtual ART test. Made an appointment for 9:30am. Stayed in the phone queue for 20 minutes and no one came. No call, no email, no app message. Went back to appointment and I was marked as defaulted/no show. Such a shame to give an appointment, Minmed no shows, and then they say it is the patients fault. Would not recommend.

    Direction to Paragon Medical services Lobby F. Paragon building beside Biedford road head straight pass by Prive F&B after about 50 metre Left turn to Entrance from entrance only visible sign is Lobby E don,t worry get in and turn Right and walk straight you will walk pass watch shop The Hour Glass a bit further on sign near the ceiling you will be able to see Lobby F signage and proceed to the Lift to Level 16. That's all.

    I was skeptical and afraid of delays from the negative reviews. However, my husband booked for me and went with me. I was there 30 min earlier than the appointment time. The receptionist was super busy registering patients. One particular customer said her appointment time was 9:30am. She arrived at 10:45am. Anyway, shortly after registration, the process went somewhat fast and I completed around 1:15 pm, skipping out the X-ray and poop sample. Staffs were patient and cheerful. The nurse taking my blood sample was skillful too. Here and there, I heard staff calling my name but sometimes I'm already in a station. Maybe the flow can be better improved and better organised. Oh and I did not install the app. The health screening can still proceed and I received the report the next day. Overall, a pleasant experience for me.

    Really bad experience for the after review. The actual health screening was overall okay. (Waited about 15 mins~30mins even though I made an appointment.) However, horrible experience with the post-screening review. Made two appointments(each appt took like 1 to 2 weeks to set-up) through the app and at both times, there was no reply. Ended the app after waiting for like over 20mins. Still waiting for my post-screening review after 1 month plus. Stay away from this place if you have any sort of corporate plans.

    I'm so impressed with this teleconsult. Due to covid, I couldn't get out of house and chances upon this teleconsult. You can select for immediate or with appointment. I chose immediate and within 5mins, a doctor (Dr Sean Gong) came online for consultation. The whole process is much like what you would do in clinic. 15mins later, the minmed clinic called me up to arrange my meds. And i was told they would come within 3 hours. Totally sold on this, reduce travel and infection risk.

    The crowd here isn't ideal, but as other reviews have mentioned, that is not the fault of the staff. They were friendly and patient despite being overworked (such a high volume of patients, even more than polyclinics..). Because there's no number system, they have to keep calling names, which I'm sure is tiring for them. But they tried their best and I'm sure most of the patients were understanding too. However, minmed really needs to consider reducing the patient load for a small outlet like this. For staff welfare if nothing else.

    Sharing my own experience after full completion of the whole screening cycle. People at the registration counter were nice and friendly, but I agree with the many other reviews that the appointment and stations management system is rather flawed. A rough timeline of my experience with the screening package with minmed: 21/Dec - went for the health screening. There were a lot of people. I made an appointment for 10 a.m., they took my identification card when I arrived (ard 9.45 a.m.) and was not called/seen until about 10.40 a.m. Once registered, however, the screening process went on seamlessly for me (need to be on alert for your name to be called). Blood test, Ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, and all other biometrics test were done within an hour. I was out of the clinic by 12 noon. 22/Dec - within 24 hrs (in fact, around midnight of screening day), I got the results of my blood test in the mobile app. 6/Jan - enquired about when the rest of the results were going to be available 12/Jan - received the full scanned medical report through email 19/Jan - received the full physical copy of the health report through mail 27/Jan - did the teleconsult at appointment time to review the screening results.

    It was crowded and fully booked on a public holiday. But the team was organised and tried their best to help everyone at their own time. No one was ever unkind or angry; all the staff were good humoured and tolerant, and always handy with words and explanations and apologies for keeping people waiting. I honestly believe two things, one, everyone was well trained, two, everyone worked well and cared for each other as a team. My ART was administered efficiently and I felt safe and secure in the facility and its services. You guys are amazing.

    Had my health screening on 14 July. It was very convenience to do everything in one location. The only uncomfortable experience I had is blood drawing. As i have fine vains, hence told the nurse that it is difficult for most nurse to draw blood on me. So the nurse who attended to me tried checking both my arms but in the need told me to take some water and she will check again later. Feeling uncomfortable, i told the front desk if i could request for more experience nurse due to my conditions and luckily they refer me to another nurse. The process was painful still, but at least one attempt, phew.

    Completed health screening in 90min. But had the most painful experience drawing blood. It took 3 tries before a successful attempt with both arms bruised.The way the nurse drew blood was strangely different from my past experiences. She tried to asked if it was my first time and had drank enough water or low tolerance of pain. Spoke to a couple of my colleagues and apparently they had similar experiences and requested for another nurse. Would not suggest to do blood test, but could visit for their diagnostic services.

    Extremely disappointed. Booked baby vaccination 2 months in advanced, only to receive a call 2 weeks before appt to say that doctor is on leave for 2 weeks and there is no other doctor. Minmed is obviously not taking babys vaccination seriously, how can this happen so last minute. Shouldnt leaves be planned way inadvance?

    Overall pleasant experience for health screening. Came here on Mon 9am for health screening package (corporate partner of my company) - was expecting the worst due to the reviews. However, the queue moved quickly and I enjoyed the nice waiting/seating area. The nurses were polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Dr Nicole was also very professional and prompt during the consult too. Fullerton has a more cozy/private experience due to their private pod, but I was happy with the experience and process here too. Overall positive.

    I just had the post-screening review virtually via the app. Upon entering the call, i could see the doctor, but he was not responsive to my hello at all. Not sure if it was due to the app or... But in any case, after 30 secs, the call got ended and i was unable to make a second call at all cos the appointment got cancelled in the app. and the next available slot for appt is days away. this is really a bad experience. i hope this whole complimentary post screening review thing is not a marketting hoax.

    Just a giant disorganized mess. I was 10min early for my appointment, gave my IC (to a front desk lady who should really work on her tone) and had to sit for 30min waiting for my turn. If I have an appointment at 11, I am expecting to be taken care of within 10min at most. If there is some delays, then inform me. Medical staff itself was professional but it was between the different examination that it was hectic. You are being sent back to the waiting area between examinations without even knowing what's next, when it will be...after my last examination I was told by the last physicist that I had one examination left so I went back to the waiting area just to have my name called 10 min later and be told that all was ok and that I could go...speechless. Also a queue number system would go a long way as it extremely unpleasant to have your named incorrectly pronounced called loudly in a place already so loud because you cannot manage your appointments properly First and last health check with them

    The doctor during my latest visit diagnosed my condition and later informed that his diagnosis of my new found condition was not covered by insurance only during the payment. I had previously seen other doctors at the same clinic and this time this doctor did not even check any vitals to confirm this new miracle diagnosis. Need to be careful or you will not be covered by corporate insurance at this clinic. Still waiting for SMC's reply on the method how the doctor determined my new condition.

    Used Minmed connect to see a doctor online via their tele consultation. Service was amazing. Doctor was caring and medicine arrived in 2 hours. Driver from uparcel was very professional and send SMS alerts to update on arrival. Highly recommended!

    Experience at the screening was good, but before and after was terrible. They force you to use their app - which doesn't work at all. I got not calls after my screening. I was told to get a video consult appointment form the app to do my post screening discussion. The app just doesn't work - its terrible! No doctor reached out to me with my report. I couldn't even bill this direclty to insurance, had to claim it separately. Overall not a fun experience

    booked an appointment for a teleconsult to manage my symptoms after testing positive for covid. Their website says that the service is available DAILY from 9am to 9pm including public holidays and that waiting time is between 5 to 15 minutes. I waited for an hour and NO service was rendered.

    Nice atmosphere, friendly staff! It’s my first time doing health screening and drawing blood. Super afraid of needle.. nurses are friendly and nice. Though I still feel pain but they are really nice and try to calm me down and talk to me, distract my attention etc. Health screening was pretty fast and done less than 40mins. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

    Try to avoid weekends as they are very busy. Each year I tried to avoid the crowd but didn’t manage too. OnceC The staff told me he/she also doesn’t know why that day was super busy which is not usual. Even though I’ve book my appointment and am early, I will never once be able to do my health screening punctually. Usually have to wait about 30min or longer before it’s my turn. Once, my report was also not accurate because my fasting hours were too long as the staff delayed my health screening blood test due to the crowd. I waited close to 1h and my screening completed about 2h. One compliment will be that the staff are courteous.

    Health screening report only available thru app. Making of appointment to review report is only thru app. The app requires one to click on each day to see if there's available slot. Today's 28 Dec 2023, I clicked thru entire Jan calendar one by one, then most of Feb to chance upon the first slot. i.e. First doctor appointment available >50 days after my health screening. And by the way, Minmed also saves my credit card details without prompting. So be aware.

    Saw the 1 star reviews and was pretty concerned, but thankfully my experience was pleasant. I went in on a weekday and there was only some waiting initially regarding my registration. Thereafter, going through the stations were fast and the staffs were polite and efficient. My only gripe was that there was no indication when we are done with all stations and can actually go home

    I paid $880 to book a pretty good health screening package …. The screening appointment was booked only at Paragon though they have multiple screening centers …… After the results are out there is no support from staff to send the actual scans and X rays to the patients …. no one contacted me neither via phone , nor via emails on this …… Even the Bedok Minmed clinic has no idea how to go about the collections of X rays and ultra sound scans They will force you to download the app claiming that all reports will be posted on the app but there is no updates on how to collect the scans and X rays

    1. Phlebo has been helpful. Assisted me with the blood drawn as I was scared. She also served me hot Milo 2. Adrian is gentle with blood taking that there was no pain. He calmed me down. 3. Amanda has been helpful drg the treadmill n have me some tips post running. 4. This is my 1st time here as my company changed the vendor. Doctor did not ask about my family health history like my previous check up with Parkway. Wish doctors here do that. 5. Had to remove my clothes a few times wish that patients are given special clothes like Parkway.

    Arrived 15min early for my health screening in the early morning and didn’t had to wait long for my turn. Everything took about an hour. There is quite a no. of staff on the ground to ensure things are running smoothly. Though I reckon it might get a little chaotic if there are too many patients waiting. Each station didn’t take > 5 mins for me. Doctor that attended to me was gentle and professional. The other staff were also friendly and attended to my queries politely and patiently. -1 star cuz the earliest tele consultation I could book was 3 months later.

    Went for the health screening and am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and standard of service when the nurses were administering the blood test and flu vaccination. Blood test: the nurse was friendly, BUT the injection was painful and I got a huge bruise at the injection area which is still recovering 11 days after the blood test. Could not straighten my arm fully for the rest of the day after the blood test. Would provide photo evidence of the huge bruise but Google reviews somehow doesn't allow it... Flu vaccination: the nurse was impatient when giving the flu vaccination - injecting the needle in a hurry and not gentle at all, resulting in excrutiating pain. Could be due to many people waiting for their flu jab hence she was impatient.

    Doing your screening here will only bring nothing but a lots of waiting time. My husband’s appointment was at 11am, we waited 30-40mins just to get his name called and asked to retrieve urine sample. It is disappointing as I have done screening in other institutions, this is the worse by far. If u really wan proper good screening, pls go somewhere else

    Did a health screening under Corporate Plan. Difficulty in booking Tele-consult, asking for Corporate plan and card images. I do not have such info and thus trying to contact MinMed for clarification. All helpline diverted to answering machine or Watapps machine answer...super unfriendly service. Please get a customer service to help us! Totally disappointed and frustrated how we are being treated!

    I had gone over to this medical clinic to get medicines as i was having sore throat and flu and needed to go back to work. I registered with the counter and was waiting patiently. it was empty and no other patients were there. I waited 20 min, and soon after the lady from the reception approached me and informed me that doctor Guo is pregnant and that she do not feel comfortable in seeing me. I was extremely angry and disappointed that a doctor would say such a thing to a patient. If she is pregnant than she should have stayed at home and not come to work if she is really afraid!! her behavior is really embarrassing and such a disgrace to all the doctors around especially during this pandemic.

    Very bad management especially janet. Inexperienced staff pushing you to add on blood test but don't know what's the test are for. Doing blood test at lta health screening and was served by their incharge janet. She seems rude and the way she talked and blamed staff is also showing how rude and unprofessional she is. Did blood test with dr anywhere or mhc and their staff is better.. these are minmed staff wearing minmed TSHIRT and their unprofessional manager name janet.. bad experienced. Like at least talk to your staff nicely, no need to do it in front of public. Such a shame for the management.

    Worse experience since the automation of their appointment services. From WA/email, you're ask to download their app to make changes that the app doesn't allow. It's already 3 days jus to change a date for appt. Last time I'll use minmed as a healthcare provider

    Staff did not know their blood tests well thus recommend to take various types of blood tests. When I asked the doctor about the blood test results during the review, I was told by the doctor that a particular blood test that I have taken should not be taken as it may not be appropriate or accurate for me. The clinic took quite a while after reminders to refund me the blood test charges. It will be good to have their staff well trained so that patients do not need to take blood tests that are not necessary or suitable.

    I had a screening done on the 26 May and the process was fine and all ok . 6 weeks later I have not received my full report. I called on the 12 July and they conveniently told me it was posted on the 11th July. I was told after the screening it will take 2 weeks. The agent on the whatsapp was not very helpful

    Simply Fabulous. Efficient, Fast and Service summed the day when I went for Health Screening on 04 July Tue morning. Specially mentioned and applaud staff Yong Quan and supporting staff for being friendly, helpful and served with passion and smiles. They are certainly an asset to the Organisation. Also the Minmed Application which works like 01 stop shopping which you can make appointments, records' retrieving, etc almost seamless.

    Came here for my first ever health screening and the experience was great! My coworker recommended me this place for it’s speedy process, but I was still pleasantly surprised by how fast it was. Staff was friendly and patient too. I will definitely be back here next year.

    At first, I want to choose Minmed because of their one-stop service. However when I am not taking their package but just want to do a normal blood test with ultrasound, they ask me to go their normal clinics to do blood test and do ultrasound at healthscreen Centre on another day! Why are they so inflexible! Is not that I’m just doing a blood test but I’m adding on ultrasound too. Why can’t I go together🤦🏻‍♀️ As I just had my full blood test in Feb21, I prefer to do a half yearly cholesterol blood test only with add on ultrasound. That’s why I don’t need to take their blood test package. Since I have to make 2 trips, I must well go to other places. What kind of one-stop service? The management got to look into this. Otherwise you will loose a lot of customer for such inflexibility.
