This is our first experience for massage in Singapore. First it is easily accessible through Bugis MRT station. Since it is road touch it is easy to find by if u go by taxi as well. They make u comfortable in lobby and make u fill one form. Throughout, staff is polite and helpful and they speak English. We had booked VIP suite package which had Jacquzi, Steam bath and full body massage. U get private room with Jacquzi and steam bath within it. U start with Jacquzi first. It was fun and we enjoyed it a lot. Next is steam bath. Altough i think there ahould have being one more steamer. Both Jacuzzi and steam bath were refereshing. Make sure u bring one set of inner wear and dress. U tidy up and get ready for the best part, the massage. They give u one time use pants which u throw after the massage. The massuse were good. They do ask u which part do we need to massage more so u dont just follow what they want to do. We did oil massage. They have many other rooms for massage and a pretty good pool. Not sure what was that for. Overall they had a good service. Although we thought price could have being a little lesser. 👍

This is not a luxury spa by any standard. It is an ok spa with friendly staff. The lockers did not work for me to put my bag away while I used facilities so I had to lock it in a therapy room that was occupied when I needed my bag back. The sauna had no emergency button, no thermostat and no timer. No water to top up the heat. The shower room amenities were not topped up (conditioner, cotton buds) There were no towels available for use The jacuzzi button did not work until staff showed me how to push it very hard. Massage was average.

Encountered a very bad customer service provided by the staffs at spaclub especially the manager, JEROLD. I called up on 28th June with the intention to make a reservation slot on 18 July and a lady with a strong Chinese accent picked up the call. She noted of the date I wanted and given me a timeslot to arrive on that day and she mentioned ok booked. However, she added she would send me a whatapps message payment details which need me to make payment in order to confirm the slot and I agreed to it. And she even said she would send it after we ended the conversation. I waited the whole day but she didn't send it. So I waited for a few days, given the benefits of doubt that she might be busy. Until on 1 July, I decided to make a call to double check regarding the payment message. She picked up the call and I recognised her accent and I relayed my concerns to her. To my surprise, she said the system doesn't reflect my booking, I was confused so I explained to her I did called up on 28th June and we did exchanged the conversation, she couldn't give me an answer and said she would call me back again to double check is my booking confirmed? I couldn't accept her excuses to brush me off by ending the phone. Meanwhile while we were halfway through the conversation, a guy just jump into our conversation RUDELY and spoke in English and said abruptly HOW CAN I HELP YOU? I relayed the whole situation to him and he just said U WANT THE WHATAPPS PAYMENT DETAIL RIGHT, I WILL SEND IT TO YOU NOW! I paused for a second, thinking what a rude customer service he provided. He doesn't even address who is him or any apology or so. I asked him who am I speaking to? He said I AM JEROLD, THE MANAGER HERE. I'm surprised that a manager handled the situation in such an unprofessional and rude manner to a customer. I requested for an apology, he kept silence and said THEN WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ME TO DO? I ALREADY SAID I WILL SEND YOU THE MESSAGE NOW! AND SOMEMORE YOU NEED THIS PAYMENT MESSAGE TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING! AND YOUR APPOINTMENT IS ON 18 JULY AND NOW ITS ONLY 1 JULY, WHATS THE HURRY? I would never recommend this spaclub to my friends/ relatives due to the poor customer services provided. I hope spaclub management could look into the attitude and professionalism of the manager by the name of JEROLD.

We landed in Singapore after a 24 hour trip from Texas, and we couldn’t get into our room for 4 hours. Too jet lagged and tired to sightsee, we left our bags at our hotel, and searched for a reasonably priced spa where we could shower, get a massage, and maybe a steam or jacuzzi. Spa Club was very accommodating, on very short notice, and they treated us beautifully. The massage was great, and the ginger tea was delicious!

Not bad, but overpriced... I asked them " where's my mother yesterday, and they forgot about it. She came out 40 min later.

Got the bestie spa day package and brought a friend along! Although a little pricey, the private amenities are really enjoyable! Very good once-in-a-while activity with your bestie!

Amazing experience. One of the most luxurious spa clubs in sg with extremely reasonable price points. I brought my mom over and we both had a great time. Highly recommended!! Did facial and we really enjoyed the facilities as well. Will definitely come back again and try their massages.

Had a great deep tissue massage treatment , by Therapist Jenny. She had Strong finger strokes , and applied pressure to all the right acupressure points and Meridien lines. Able to reduce the aches on my shoulder and also my legs . Highly recommended.

Massage is great, therapist is well skilled. Overall a great experience as Receptionists are also very warm and welcoming. Big space although facilities such as sauna and steam are unavailable due to covid-19 restrictions

Spa Club is my one stop venue to fully relax and rewind. I love their body massages and spa services, the amenities that they provide are very user friendly. I also enjoy getting my facials done with them. I see my skin condition changing and improving greatly! The back scrub has also aided my back acne problems and it has been very useful ever since! :)

Great couples package

First impression as I entered the place, it’s really big and cosy! The receptionist was quick to attend to me and was very welcoming and cheerful as well. She was very patient in introducing the different massages and facials that the place offers and even took me on a tour around the place to let me know more about the different facilities. I got to use the VIP Suite for my massage and the experience is life-changing. With your own private jacuzzi as well as steamer/shower, you’re set to have a great and relaxing session! I did the Destress massage and my masseuse cracked me in places I never thought I could crack, I’m still amazed. She also was quick to take notice of areas on my body that needed more work on. After the massage, I felt so much more relieved. Overall, an enjoying experience which I’d rate 10/10! Definitely bringing my mum here on her birthday :)

Love the overall atmosphere of the SPA with nice relaxing music. I did the Hot Power Treatment to target areas of my body for slimming and it was great! I would like to continue my treatment for Hot Power again. :)

Had a great massage and I love how the therapist Violet focused on my problem areas instead of going about the regular procedure. The LPG body contouring treatment is pretty much painless as I could fall asleep during.

Did my facial treatment and I was satisfied. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is clean, the ambience is relaxing. I decided to sign up for 10x package which is reasonably priced.

favorite luxury spa for jacuzzi, facial and body massage. I've been doing hydrofacial for about 3 months now and my skin feels much more supple after each visit. body massages are amazing too, I always leave the place feeling super refreshed and relaxed. always a great experience while I'm here.
