Very friendly staff and nice collection of quick food AMD dessert options. Most importantly location is not in busy lines of CBD which makes this place cosy and calm from hustle bustle of CBD.

Absolutely terrible coffee and rude service

Grabbed a chicken wrap for a quick breakfast. The staff warmed it up and pack in a box with chips. A bit pricey but I guess we're paying for the location.

Raffles Quay outlet refused customers before closing time!! Reached outlet at 4.20pm and was refused orders even though stall close at 5pm. We were abruptly rejected! Please look into your customer service and considering re-training your outlet staffs.

Very bad service by the two ladies doing shift on 28th Dec morning. Tried to make me pay for something that I didn’t order and were rude, dismissive and ignored customer

The wrap was cold and soggy even though it was toasted, and the extra large mocha was bland. Only upside is that the packaging looks nice, but what a disappointment.

Terrible services, rude staffs, poor coffee. Cashier lady never say a thank you and even being very “cool”, same as the coffee lady, make coffee very slow in the morning, then throw the coffee on the table ask u take. What was the worst, the coffee was only filled by half of the cup. Was my first time and also the last time buying coffee from here. Will never come back again. Really disgusting.
