    Literally everytime i come to this outlet, i get mini anxiety because im not sure if the employee will be in a good mood. Today 9 Dec around 2020hrs, way before closing time, i placed my usual order only to be told they dont have "Jasmine milk tea ". I looked at the menu, pointed out that its on the menu. The employee, i didnt get her name since she wasnt wearing a name tag, was also really rude to the scdf personnel before me. But the usual order of jasmine milk tea with brown sugar pearls was additional $0.80 for the pearls? Tell me if the receipt made sense. After work i want to have a nice drink as it will be my entire meal for the day, at this rate i will walk further to get koi instead. Anxiety is bad for health.

    Was very upset over the fact the cashier was not flexible enough even at this bad times. I wanted a DaHong Pao milk tea and I requested for addition brown sugar. The cashier replied in a rude tone ‘ no cannot! We don’t do that!’ I said I’ll pay for the sugar and she raised her voice at me saying ‘ we cannot do it!’ Maybe LiHo should reflex abit in training your staff. At least you can tell me to wait you check if it’s possible. I can understand. No but you just brush me off. Sorry girl you just ruin the brand.

    Outlet looks clean and staff service was SUPBERB, need to commend the chinese lady with bangs 2nd jan 4.37pm serving alone yet showing patience and professionalism, restored my faith in liho after horrible experience @ ARC outlet

    Just bought my usual drink. Tea is ok. But golden pearl taste sour and spoilt. Threw away whole drink! Yucks! Please refund! (I’m a member and buy almost daily from liho!)

    I will like to express my disappointment on the Supervisor for her poor work and management. The place is so messy and slow. The Vietnamese Supervisor doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Not service-oriented and black face. Seems like she’s new to the place. Not worth the visit. Better go Koi or other Bubble Tea stall around the area. Don’t trust any other positive reviews written here. It’s probably done by the store affiliates.

    During my purchase, the staff here is rude and poor service, he wear a mask, so the voice he speak is very not clear, he even tried to speak fast when not clear. When I asked "what"? He simply said in louder voice but not slow his pace. This cashier who served me need to get some proper training,

    The staff attitude really got problem. I stand in front the counter, she just like continue counting money and ignore me until her colleague remind her. I didn't say anything yet but she started to show her attitude. If you can't serve your customer right, then just don't work in service line. We as customers not paying money for your attitude.

    We bought couple of milk tea, there is a long hair inside the tea while drinking. It is brought for my little girl.luckily she identify that and I took the picture to report. No hygiene followed here. Action to be taken

    This is the first time a bubble tea shop rejected my request to change "honey green tea" to "honey black tea" and the reason given was "don't allow lor" 😓. Unless liho pre-mixed their honey green tea, if not i really cannot understand why is it so difficult to mix honey into black tea instead of a green tea. Staff attitude definitely needs improvement.

    You should know what's this ! Drinks not bad, but a little pricey for that little additional up size. A little small sitting rest area but they do not divide properly n allow all customers to share tables.

    Definitely room for improvement. Front of cashier floor was so sticky, probably because someone spilled his/her drink. But the fact that its sticky means someone wiped but ineffectively. Staff are probably partimers. LiHO management - can you do something about the seating area to include more effective seating? 2 tables only.

    Went to queue and order, the stuff there ask me come back later when there is no one.Just because he has grab order so he doesn’t wan to take any order. His attitudes is very bad. it’s not a peak hour because is 11:45am.

    Bought coconut drinks with my friend from here and they're super Delicious! Love the friendly staffs here, especially the girl who I assume is the store manager. Definitely recommend trying drinks from this outlet as it looks super clean and the drinks were made very fast!
