Ms Wong Fong Sim has been very helpful to us when we visit the shop. She patiently helped us and give us various designs to try put first, while having a smile on her face. 😊 It was very helpful to us as we were 1st time buyer. Will come back to her again!

Had a very pleasant experience with Auntie Wendy today at the shop. Came in with no expectations of getting what we wanted but after Auntie Wendy’s recommendation, we bought our wedding bangle right away. Chose our wedding bands here. Auntie Wong is very patient, and showed us many designs, and let us try on many rings patiently until we find the ring that we like. She also readily tells us the promotion, and not pushy for more jewellery purchase. Very good shop!

My third time going to On Cheong in 2 months. Served by Cake on 2 occasions. She is very experienced and patient, and gave very good recommendations. Update: Went for the fourth time to purchase more rings and was served by Wendy Liau again. Like Cake, she is patient and you can view the jewellery items at own leisurely time. Each visit was a very pleasant experience and I thoroughly enjoyed going to the shop. All staff are friendly and very experienced. You know it when they have worked there for many years. Hope the shop will stock more modern and simple designs for daily wear.

I came to Onn Cheong to get a diamond replaced on my necklace pendant that fallen off after wearing the necklace almost everyday for a few years. This is one of the few “traditional” jewellers to get diamonds replaced in Singapore if you did not buy the pendant from the store. I had been to other more mainstream jewellery stores in malls and they said they did not offer such a service if the necklace or pendant is not from their store. But when I walked into Onn Cheong, Wendy was very friendly and helpful. She immediately said they were able to provide the replacement, saving me a trip to another jeweller. She gave me a reasonable quotation, and suggested that I add on a service to polish/clean my necklace chain as well. When I collected my necklace and pendant, not only was the workmanship good, I also got a discount on the the original quoted price. Furthermore, she even included put my necklace into a box! Overall, the service was excellent and reinforced my belief that Onn Cheong is a trusted jeweller.

We walked into this shop looking for a baby anklet and received really professional service from a helpful and sincere sales lady, Wendy. She was not pushy and very comfortable to talked to throughout our time there. Designs were plenty. Had a good shopping experience there. Will go back again if looking for gold and jewellery.

Great service from Kevin Chan! I needed a small repair job on a my wedding ring. It came back fixed and more shinny than the day I got it. On top of that they were able to fix a small issue in record time. They cleaned the ring so much that the engraving was gone. I just gave them the font and the wording, it was back on the ring in 24 hours!
