Best service I've received in Singapore in a jewelry store (or in general), super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Moreover, they have a large variety of rings for different budgets and preferences. I bought my wife's proposal ring with them and we came back to buy our wedding bands. Very happy with the entire process including the end result.

Good place to choose your engagement ring. Many choices of settings and diamond and the staff is very informative and helpful. Remember to book appointment from their website. The price is not cheap but is reasonable, you can get some discount if cash payment. In overall, I would recommend this place.

If you want a ring for someone special, this is the place! The person tried to dictate what ring design I should choose, and didn't seem to respect/know the shop's products either. When we asked about the specifics of the gemstone, the person said things like people don't know the basics and the specifics don't matter as long as it looks pretty.... The other staff in the shop were really nice though, and I believe it is just one person whose attitude is like this. P.s. The person only comes in on Sat so any other day is fine...

Nice deal with Vivo. I bought our wedding rings on VivoDiamonds. Even though our wedding rings have small carat, I am sure we got real earth diamonds. I did get engagement ring from online, but it perfectly match the wedding rings I got from VivoDiamonds. Honestly for diamond seekers, buy from VivoDiamonds (or online like James Allen or BlueNile), so that you are 100% sure you get GIA certified diamonds. Refuse from mall, most mall shops don't even have GIA.

Went to a few big name jewelry shops to source for my diamond ear stud. They were either too expensive or not as good quality. Found Vivo Diamonds on google and decided to give them a try after reading their reviews. I was attended by Lealice and was won over with her service and pleasant disposition. She was not pushy and recommended me what I need and look nice in. She could have easily upsell me but she did not. And the price for my solitaire was reasonably priced. Definitely will go back again.
