    I started my journey at ATP Personal Training in 2020 before covid started and have been going to seek professional advice and guidance since then. It was through an annual health check up that prompted me to seek training as the lifestyle and diet had drastically changed the way I felt and noticed that among high cholesterol, lack of energy and motivation, lack of self confidence, I made the decision to meet with ATP to help remove the doubt of training and influence of social media to help put me on a path of getting fit and healthy again. During our first exploration meeting, we discussed what challenges I experienced when training, the type of training motivation and ideal trainer I'd like to have. I am the type of person that likes to ask questions to understand the purpose of exercises and how it targets certain muscle groups and so forth and how tracking of my diet plans would ultimately help me reach my goals. I was paired up with JQ Chew, one of the senior coaches at ATP Personal Training Singapore. Forget about what you hear from the community that your first personal training session will make you vomit and gasping for air - this is false. JQ's attention to detail, overall empathetic approach and care to tailor trainings to you as an individual is key to helping you reach your goals and objectives that you set. There is no one size fits all solution, there is only the trust and guidance that JQ provides according to what is important to you. JQ will check in with you on some days where your motivation levels are low and that he will help get you back on track or be proactive to give you space where you need it - c'mon you know there are some days where you just don't feel like going to the gym, we all have had days like that! As long as you show up, trust in the process, ask questions and have fun along the way - trust me, its a lot of fun - you will see a transformation that boosts your self confidence, understand the impact your nutrition has to your training regime and most importantly understand that its not just about going to the gym for strength training to have the transformation you desire. I highly recommend JQ and the team at ATP Personal Training to become your trusted advisor on your body transformation journey.     Absolutely fantastic experience at ATP - from first impressions to final result. Gym is very well equipped, always clean and never overcrowded. Very fortunate to be paired with Wei Hong. An outstanding trainer, extremely knowledgeable about form and technique in the gym but also about diet and lifestyle outside of the gym - all needed for optimal results. Wei Hong ran the sessions like clockwork, pushed me when needed to and consistently went above and beyond including tailoring workouts based on hotel gyms when I was traveling so I never missed a session (and had no excuses!). Hit the targets we agreed upon at the beginning - lost more than 13kgs and almost halved my body fat. 5 star all round experience and delighted with the end result - not just feeling physically healthier but being mentally sharper too. Thanks also to Jay and whole team at ATP. Highly recommended.

    I started working out at ATP just as I arrived in Singapore and I definitely recommend this place! The friendly and supporting staff always makes you feel welcome and takes great care of you. ATP offers tailored workouts and nutrition plans that realistically fit into your lifestyle. I have been training for 12 weeks now with coach JQ and I am very happy with the results. I have never felt so in shape in the past and for the first time I am confident that the changes I made in my lifestyle will last. JQ is a great coach, he makes sure you stay motivated and fine-tunes the programm whenever it is needed to help you reach your goals. Plus, he always takes the time to answer any questions you might have regarding a healthy lifestyle: food/sport/rest/stress... Thanks for your support JQ!

    My lifestyle is healthier. I am feeling fitter and know that I can get there. Thanks to my coach JQ. An excellent coach, mentor and motivator makes a difference. The programme is tailored to my requirement and is constantly tuned to meet the demands of my daily work and family routine. The coaching is very professional and very detailed. Every exercise and movement will be reinforced with a purpose and the goal. The meals are adjusted not only to ensure the right amount of nutrients at different points to address the different levels of intensity, but also to ensure you won’t be eating the same food day-in day-out. I can understand why this process can be sustainable & wholistic and confident that they can help me reach my goals. I cannot remember ever hitting this kind of results over the last 5 years…... I am only 8 weeks into the programme and raring to go.

    Great equipment, staff, trainer and tunes. Very friendly unpretentious place. I worked with my coach, Mike, for the last few years and he understands my body's needs better than I do myself. Mike is professional and pleasant to work with. I can recommend ATP and coach Mike to anyone that, like me, needs help to train.

    ATP not only has given me an amazing experience in body transformation, it also helped me in living in a more healthier lifestyle. My coach Erly has been encouraging throughout my 12 weeks program and assisted me in achieving my fitness goals: reducing body fat, increasing body strength and mostly importantly creating a healthy sustainable lifestyle. She is very patient in reviewing my food intake and explain how my body reacts to certain type of food. She takes time running through each exercise and each work out hits the right areas to help strengthen and condition my body. Great gym facility and highly qualified professional coaches. Well maintained equipment are being cleaned and sanitised constantly, staff and coaches are motivating and friendly. Best gym in Singapore, I would recommend to all my friends who want to get in shape, lead a healthier lifestyle and improve on their fitness goals!

    The first lockdown threw me off my regular gym sessions and I decided to quit that and join ATP to update my lifestyle and lose the bulge. I understood that ATP was known for sustainable results. Big test came when we went into High Alert and that disrupted my training routine... would I lose my gains again? To my surprise, Coach Darren's constant support and education left me with some great life skills. Coming back, I realized I didn't gain any weight or fat because I had become more conscious about eating clean and getting in some light movement in my day. What a great testimony for sustainable results. I've just signed on with another 30 session with Coach Darren. He's going to take me to the next level. Excited as hell to learn from a professional who is thoughtful and encouraging. Keeps me safe during my workouts and always positive; just what I need in a coach! Thanks so much Coach and ATP for a wonderful, supportive culture. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to change up their lifestyle, feel better and looking better too!

    This is my 8th week in with ATP and my trainer Gina has been fantastic! She helps me monitor my nutrition, pushes me to the best of my ability while ensuring my posture and breathing techniques are always in check. She is also super adaptable to my busy schedule and always encourages me to push harder with the training time I have with her. I have noticed significant improvement in my metabolism and I feel more energetic. Prior to joining ATP, my weight was stagnant but with Gina’s exercise regime and her constant guidance, I have been able to lose weight and body fat within a short time frame. I would recommend Gina to anyone who is looking to start on their weight loss journey and to live a healthier life style.

    I have been going to ATP for the last 4 months and I managed to get into my best physical shape ever. I been going to the gym for a long time but without a proper plan. At ATP, the coaches and the plans are effective and doable. Josh who was my trainer - made my targets realistic and pushed me to hit our goals within the 12 week period. I achieved what I wanted but now I am trying to hit the next level. Thanks guys!

    ATP takes a holistic look in your transformation journey. ATP has results driven, time bound , focused approach and closely tracks Training , Nutrition and recovery with Mobility. I am training with JQ and he has immensely helped me in making the lifestyle changes that was much needed. Great place with vibrant energy!

    Great working with Coach Iskandar @ ATP fitness. I like the focussed approach and de cluttering the entire exercising regimen to achieve desired results. Unlike other trainers in commercial gyms, I like the very clear communication where goals are broken down into smaller milestones and there is 100% visibility of the path forward. Isk is very supportive and consistently advises me on nutrition, sleeping patterns and other activities that are important in achieving and sustaining the desired goals.

    Even though I have always been “healthy and active”, ATP has bought me a new understanding of being healthy and active! My trainer, Erly helps me to be stronger and managed very well my personal plan, according to my very own needs. She was very encouraging and assisted me in achieving my goal. The gym is amazing, very friendly and qualified staff, great location. Always a pleasure to go there. I suffered with a painful shoulder and back for many years, and now all gone! Can’t thank Erly enough for that!! I highly recommend ATP training if you are looking for a real change (body, mind & lifestyle).

    ATP is about achieving that transformation. Coach Hyun was phenomenal in helping achieve my goals. Within 10 weeks, i shed 8kg and fitter than before. He helped to achieve my goal of doing the exercises better to avoid injury as well. 5 stars!

    I have been overweighed since early 20s. After reading the good reviews online, last month I decided to try ATP Singapore's 12-week transformation program. Within less than 5 weeks, I have already lost 4kg, and the body shape is improving visually. All thanks to coach Darren, he not only provides professional guidance on the physical exercises, but also offers the suggestions on nutrition and daily routine all the time. The progress couldn't be achieved without him! I am super happy about my choice and really look forward to the future trainings. For anyone who wants to reduce the weight or improve the strength, I would highly recommend ATP & coach Darren.

    My experience with ATP has been fantastic, in particular my coach, JQ. The focus on exercise along with nutrition was exactly what I needed. Over time, we were able to work out what worked for me, not just as a temporary diet, but a lifestyle change. It was a change that allowed me to continue to enjoy food and drink with friends by simply being more aware of what I was eating and drinking. I started during a lockdown period which meant that I couldn't start in the gym. After an initial assessment,, I had thought that we would wait until the gym opened again. JQ asked why we should wait and that we could get started right away. I'm glad that I did. I ramped up during lockdown with outdoor exercises with JQ and at home. Once the gym opened, the transition was seamless. The rest of the staff at ATP are always friendly and encouraging. I can't recommend ATP and JQ enough.

    Have been training with Gina for almost three months. This has been my best PT exp so far after trying a few. Gina is professional and enthusiastic in helping improve my overall fitness and health. She always attends to my forms and every detail during training. From the beginning, she sets reasonable and clear goal with detailed steps/ daily plans that is possible to achieve based on my work schedule and routine. She always periodically re-designs my training programs to assure that is best fit. Would highly recommend her!

    If you are thinking about Personal Training, this is the place to be. They have great admin staff that will handle all of your needs from check-in to check-out. My personal trainer JQ is amazing. He tailored a great program for me (an overweight, sedentary dadbod) and turned me into a stud! Ok maybe not a stud, but now I look decent enough that I can look at myself in the mirror and not want to throw up. These guys are the real deal. I lost about 8 Kgs since I started with them so cheers to these guys! If they can change me, they can change you!

    I've only been there for 6 months, but what I like are the professional coaches, the tailored, personalised training and "diet' advice. They take feedback seriously, and helped teach me how to incorporate minor changes into my daily routine. While juggling multiple work and family commitments, I learn to schedule in regular exercise, and make minor changes to my usual eating habits. We have realistic expectations, and set common goals. I am not able to put in the steps to achieve "transformations" in a short time; but looking back at the past 6 months, I have definitely improved in terms of (1) fitness level (2) energy level (3) strength (4) slight fat loss :) I cannot wait to see what the future years bring. Thank you Coach Darren, for working with me to create a lifelong, sustainable habit!

    A different kind of PT journey. ATP is in many ways similar to its competitors: They provide personalised training. However, the main attribute that makes ATP stand out is the approach to getting you to achieve your goals. It’s not about an image transformation. It is about a sustainable way to achieve that change and not bounce back to your pre-PT days, shape or habits. Such is also reflected in their name: Action, Transformation (that leads to) Performance - ATP! For me, besides enjoying the personal relationship with my PT JQ Chew (which is critical to achieving objectives set [and for some staying motivated too]), I very much enjoy that he adapts my routines based on my overall triathlon schedule that sometimes brings about a niggle here and an ache there. In addition, the single most important item (besides JQ himself) is that my routines are not based on strength only. JQ adds mobility exercises in-between the routines. This is injury prevention in action and part of ATP’s core values (or DNA as they call it). The smaller size of ATP compared to other similar PT gyms is also a big advantage as one feels part of a small family. All trainers are very engaging and friendly, including its management that reaches out on a regular basis to get feedback on how to improve. Finally, during or after every session, one gets a protein shake on the house. I have enjoyed my experience so far and have seen performance improvements to make me decide to make ATP permanent feature in my training schedule.

    ATP’s approach to helping you achieve your goals is simply brilliant! I really like the fact that my coach Darren not only tailor makes exercises based on my goals to challenge me and my body, but at the same listens to any ailments I have and restructures the exercises accordingly whilst making sure I still can achieve my goals. I had no idea that “reverse” push-ups were a thing and it made me stronger!! The patience and clear instructions on technique that Darren provides has really helped me have a deeper understanding on how to activate the right muscles for each exercise and get me closer to my goals. I am so glad that ATP was recommended to me and now I am even closer to achieving and maintaining my exercise goals. Thanks Darren and ATP!!

    Been training with JQ for almost a year and it has been a great experience so far. He constantly challenges me on the gym floor and pesters me about what i eat to keep myself accountable, but I’m learning how these daily reminders contribute towards a sustainable journey at ATP. Would definitely recommend him as a coach for anyone, he’s very flexible and adjusts the training programme to fit personal needs and routines.

Shortly thereafter, a trial lesson with Chris solidified my belief in the ATP approach, prompting me to sign up. From that moment on, Chris became my coach and mentor. His unwavering dedication and expertise were nothing short of remarkable.     I am in to my 6th week of training with ATP and it is the best personal training I have had so far. My personal trainer, Gena is knowledgeable, responsive, very proactive and I do enjoy our communication. She is a great help in solving obstacles and providing smarter and healthier solutions. I would highly recommend ATP for everyone who wants to make a change in their lifestyle or go through body transformation. ATP and your dedicated personal trainer will equip you with all you need on this journey. Apart from ATP training being awesome, they are professionals, the premises are very clean and taken care of. Absolutely love my journey with ATP and mainly with Gena.

    Gena's knowledge about fitness and diet come together in an all around plan tailored to your needs. ATP has an excellent coaching approach called 'DNA'- daily routine, nutrition and activity. Gena audits each component of my lifestyle and tailored each aspect according to my situation and desired goals. I saw a significant gain in strength, endurance and overall fitness. Gena's positivity and support through my journey has made it such a great experience! I now look forward to training sessions- both self and with Gena, and look after myself better even better outside the gym.

    I joined ATP a couple of months ago to gain more lean muscles and better habits in term of nutrition and exercises and I have been really pleased with the changes I was able to see only after a couple of weeks. What I appreciate the most with ATP is how my coach managed to build a customized and efficient training and meal plan knowing my personal objectives and day to day challenges. I have been training with JQ since I started and I managed to reach the body transformation I was aiming while enjoying the trainings and without drastically changing my lifestyle thanks to his personalized training and consistent support!

    ATP has given me an experience that I cannot be thankful enough in terms of having a healthier lifestyle. Previously, I used to find it difficult to wake up at 5am. However, now I have no issue with waking up at 5am and hitting the gym. I am stronger than the first day I stepped into ATP gym for sure. I have already recommended ATP to some of my colleagues and friends who have been curious about my body transformations and want to get in shape, lead a healthier lifestyle and improve on their fitness goals. My coach Darren has been such a professional and has constantly encouraged me on making healthier food choices in these 9 weeks. He has been a great support in not just achieving my fitness goals but also pushing me to explore higher intense workouts. He has never failed me on those times when I needed his assistance to choose a healthier meal for me. He has also been extremely patient with me when I had difficulty in choosing my daily meals. He has taught me on how to maintain this healthy lifestyle without having to feel guilty for those cheat days where I could indulge. Highly professional coaches ATP. Well maintained and sanitized equipment, staff and coaches are extremely friendly. Special shout out to Lilian for going around refilling water and always making Protein shake for me:) Also to Pete, in explaining patiently on the Payment process.     Being in my mid-forties with no track record of exercising nor physical activities so far, I was a bit concerned by my ability to achieve any significant objectives. I am therefore extremely impressed by the results so far thanks to ATP and my coach Iskandar. First the diet… being used to eat everything with a strong interest in dairy products, it is of course challenging to have to control myself. But well I know the goal is to lose weight within an acceptable period and there is no easy way. The routine I have with my coach helps me a lot to maintain my weekly goal and between our daily exchanges and the various tools we used, I can see continuous progress which is great! And I can still eat with my family which is important for me. In parallel of the calories control, there is of course the training itself. Here my coach is doing a fantastic job. After several decades of bad posture behind a computer, toning up my body requires a delicate and specific program as I have a painful shoulder. And therefore, having a dedicated person following and knowing you closely makes all the difference! It is not about building up muscles, it is about improving my body flexibility, toning up unused muscles so far and teaching me how to train correctly to avoid injuries. Coach Iskandar is great here, adjusting the program to ensure motivating progress while helping me to gain strength in my back to improve my shoulder condition and overall posture. I highly recommend ATP training if you are looking for a real change!

    I’ve been part of ATP Singapore since they opened here. This is down to my coach Mike Leung, who I’ve worked with for a number of years. On the gym itself, I can’t rate it highly enough. The atmosphere is very positive and the wholesome approach, where the focus is not just on the sessions within gym, but your overall lifestyle, resonates very well with me. Equally important, it’s a gym for everyone. Not just the hardcore CrossFit people, but also people doing rehab or someone, who is trying personal training for the first time. On Mike, I’ve known him for a few years now and the best compliment that I can give him, is that he’s transformed the way I look at fitness and lifestyle. What started with a narrow focus on mobility and flexibility has developed into a friendship with a focus on mobility, strength, lifestyle....the full package. He’s embraces new ways of thinking and isn’t shy of recommending services outside his own scope. He’s a great trainer in a great gym.

    If you are looking to be fully supported on your journey to be a better version of you, look no further- ATP is your answer. I did my research on other gyms /trainers and decided on ATP and could not be happier with my decision. I have been working with my coach Gena Phua for 6 weeks and one of the things I love the most is that Gena is there to support me in and outside of the gym (and she practices what she preaches). The difference with Gena and ATP is that their approach is holistic; you get a trainer, nutritionist (with great ideas/solutions) and someone to support/problem solve other aspects such as sleep and stress all wrapped up in one. I honestly believe that Gena wants me to be successful and reach my goals as much as I do in a healthy and sustainable way, what more can you ask for?

    I've previously recommended ATP, its team and facilities, having trained with them in 2019. I trained with ATP again for three months last summer with their trainer, Josh Wardle, and thoroughly enjoyed both the experience and the results. Josh is an impressive chap with great credentials across sports and physical training . He takes time to understand your objectives and builds a training programme - and execution of it - that's tailored specifically to the individual. He's a great motivator and indulges your curiosity with insights and philosophies behind the training, nutrition and lifestyle approaches he advocates. So you get to learn as well as train well. Can't speak highly enough of Josh and the broader ATP family; it's a truly great training experience.

    Before I started training with ATP gym, I have already been doing some weights training, calisthenics and a lot of runs, both long runs and short sprints. I trained at the ATP gym only twice a week due to my busy schedule. JQ was my assigned personal trainer. He is dedicated and has prepared a comprehensive training/diet program for me to follow, even when i’m not going into the gym. When I do go into the gym, JQ will push me harder in my training and will advised me on the correct technique to perform for a particular exercise/lift etc. I have lost 6kg and is more ripped than before I started training with ATP.

    Erly has guided me through a varied regimen to gain overall fitness and improve muscle tone and strength. She urges me to push myself or take on a challenge while being attentive to my level of confidence, energy or pain from earlier injuries.     ATP have helped me get closer to my well-being goals in 2021. They also showed me that age is just a number and that the body is capable of Bejamin-Buttoning itself, with care, guidance and discipline. Erly has been my coach for the past 8 weeks and I highly recommend her for being a patient mentor, a funny workout buddy and for pushing me to do better.

    I joined ATP 3 months ago. My strength and stamina have improved tremendously. I have also reduced my body fat percentage. My trainer Mark is gentle yet firm and knows exactly how much to push me during the training sessions. He is constantly finding ways to optimise my diet as I am a vegetarian and it’s a challenge to meet protein requirements. He never fails to check in on weekends when I am not training and will patiently respond to the numerous questions I ask him over whatsapp, including texting entire recipes of what I plan to cook for the day. He has never been late for a session and I really appreciate that as I am a stickler for punctuality. All the staff at ATP are very friendly including the cleaner aunty. There is always a welcome smile and greeting as soon as you enter. I would definitely recommend ATP to everyone pursuing their fitness goals.

    High quality, professional and friendly approach all-round at ATP where they listen to the client priorities tailoring the the programme both inside and outside of the gym.     I would probably term ATP as one of the most professional personal training and fitness improvement platforms in Singapore. JQ, my trainer, is purely world class and it is his approach which springs from the core of what ATP stands for that has been the single most important factor is delivering some great results. JQ is person centric and his methods are not based on archaic and arbitrary approach that one sees going around. Since the past 5 months that I have been an ATP, JQ’s approach has been to understand and work around my work and personal schedule and yet deliver the results. Keeping one motivated is at the centre of his approach which makes the experience pleasant and while one remains focused on the delivery of short term goals while keeping an eye the larger picture. The technical knowledge of the trainers at ATP and specially JQ in my case, ensures that effort is rewarded fully with focused results. I have seen some tremendous results in the way I approach nutrition and work life balance. JQ continues to be a guiding light and makes the journey more sustainable.

    My experience with ATP Fitness has been life-changing. I never would have imagined the results I’ve seen from here in the short space of time training at ATP, having dropped around 18kgs, whilst increasing muscle mass significantly. The coaches are incredibly knowledgable, professional but also friendly and they make training something fun to look forward to, as a break from daily stresses. They worked around my busy schedule and helped with all aspects of life - sleep, nutrition, stress, exercise, personal time, etc. From the front of house staff to all the coaches, thanks to everyone thus far and I’m looking forward to entering my next phase of my fitness journey with ATP.

    Even though I have always been a very active person, ATP has brought me a lot more than what I was initially expecting in just a few months. Friendly, casual place with new equipment where Taylor made approach is key to success. We all come for different reasons but ATP’s goal to develop a sustainable routine seems to be working well. I was not really looking for a personal trainer but coach Iskandar has been doing a great job by teaching me the basics, explaining the exercises and the nutrition part and pushing me to keep me motivated. He has been doing a great job and he changed my vision of the gym. Can’t thank him enough ! I would highly recommend ATP and especially coach Iskandar.

    It’s been just a couple of months since I started at ATP. The coaching is highly professional and comprehensive, taking into account aspects of gym work, nutrition, recovery and recuperation. In these couple of months, I have lost ~10kgs and am on track to achieve my desired body fat ratio. I suffer from slipped discs - the fitness regime was specifically tailored to strengthen the back and enable me to get to a base level from where we can improve. I am glad to say that this process did not aggravate the injury, all thanks to Coach Iskandar who maintains an eagle eye on form and technique. This is hard work but there is a lot of support both within and outside the gym and so you don’t feel you are alone working this challenge. Coach Iskandar is just a WhatsApp message away and is highly responsive. Would recommend ATP gym and coach Iskandar highly to anyone who is looking to give themselves a fitness boost.

    In just 1 month of training with Iskandar (one of ATP’s coaches), I have experienced dramatic improvements on so many aspects of my health: fat loss, muscle building, more strength, better sleep, stamina and general well being. I think it is worth the investment as it easily rivals with several years of training. Iskandar’s daily support was key to be consistent with dieting, training, cardio. An important takeaway is also learning proper training technique (injury free), understanding the benefits of a proper diet and noticing the importance of consistency.

    Training at ATP has been amazing. All the staff at ATP were friendly and very welcoming. In just 4 months, I have lost weight and seen significant improvement in stamina and strength. Initially, I was skeptical on whether I will be able to achieve my fitness goals, but Coach Mark made it possible. He would constantly check on my form and make sure that I am engaging the correct muscle groups. Advice and recommendations on the food to eat was also given. I have enjoyed every training session and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to transform their body or achieve their fitness goals.

    Before starting at ATP Singapore I had never used a personal trainer and I have to say it took a lot to convince me that anything could be worth the money. Now that I've gone from 32% (a number I was in denial about before) to 14% bodyfat I can see why people rave about this service. Now that I have so much extra energy and feel so much better in all aspects of my life I think I would recommend it at any price. Your health is priceless and I feel like I'm in my 20s again despite being in my 40s.

    ATP's a really professional, friendly and welcoming gym! Highly recommended - coach JQ in particular if you're looking an overall standout trainer. He's highly knowledgeable all around (we joke sometimes that he should moonlight as a physiotherapist), warm yet firm. Other than being invested in your physical workouts, he makes the extra effort to ensure that you're on track for your nutritional goals and mental wellbeing. He regularly checks in on you - which is very much appreciated during periods where the gyms are closed and motivation can be low - and also offers at-home workout routines if you'd prefer that over joining him outdoors during this period of time. On all accounts, a stellar trainer!

    Thoroughly recommended! These guys really know what they’re doing. Highly tailored programme focused not just on weight training, but comprehensive advice on nutrition, lifestyle, rest and wellbeing. A friend recommended ATP over other personal training options I was considering - he suggested that a lot of PTs, particularly at the big chain gyms, just provide a cookie cutter workout with very little personalisation. Personally, I didn’t have particularly specific objectives and wasn’t looking for a massive transformation, but wanted to mix up my physical activity and learn more about proper weight training. So without feeling like I’ve made any overwhelming sacrifices, I have lost weight, cut down my body fat, increased strength, learnt a lot and perhaps most importantly, had a lot of fun in the process. Only wish I had signed up earlier!

    I was recommended by friend to ATP. I have been training with Gina Kimiza for just over 3 months now and I am truly amazed on my progress. From never having done weights in my life to becoming so much stronger and reaching my goals. Gina has been making small changes to my lifestyle but the impact was huge.     All of my doubts about personal training dissipated in my first session with JQ. I had been worried about compatibility because I'm one of those annoying people who knew too much about the science behind fitness but also was way too unfit and unmotivated to actually do it. That was 10 weeks ago! Luckily the ATP crew are amazing at matching (shout out to Erly and everyone at reception too). I can't believe how easy it was to reach my goals, I feel like I can definitely stick with these lifestyle changes forever. JQ was incredibly supportive - Even for depressed me, I didn't want to skip a session even once and actually looked forward to the gym. He was also super knowledgeable and quick to answer my "why this" or "how do I fix this". Best decision I made all year.

    Started my PT sessions with JQ first week of Feb. Seeing good results within a short period of time and my only regret is that I should've started this earlier!! Tried all sorts of HIITs, yoga, pilates, gyms in the past - but was not sustainable. Can feel that ATP is different and I'm confident the changes made to my lifestyle will be sustainable. Highly recommended!!!

She helps me monitor my nutrition & activity and has tailored everything according to my lifestyle and goals. She keeps me motivated and reminds me to stay on track by regularly checking in on my work schedule, energy, and stress level to ensure my fitness journey is sustainable while still making progress.     I started training with Erly when I was 10 months postpartum with my goal of shedding the pregnancy weight and was looking for professional help for definite results. Erly has a wide variety of techniques in her knowledge base and is very capable at giving corrections in a manner which is easily understood by the clients. She is great in knowing just how hard she could push me and exactly when I was ready for a heavier weight. Consequently, improvements were continuous and I can’t be thankful enough for all her efforts and patience with me. I always looked forward to my next session and really felt they were worthwhile the investment. I wish I could afford to train with her again as the improvements she helped me make are vast. I recommend her whole heartedly.

    I first arrived at ATP thinking I would only be adding some workouts to my routine to tone up my body and gain overall strength. Fast forward to today, almost 2 months later, and I'm leaner, stronger and healthier than ever. Working with Coach Michelle was an amazing experience. She personalized a well-structured workout and diet program that best helped me progress towards my goals, and gave useful suggestions to improve my diet. She was highly motivating, attentive and encouraging, always ensured that I performed each exercise with good form. Michelle was not only committed to my time at the gym, she regularly checked in on my diet and promptly answered any questions I had.     I chanced upon ATP, as I was scouting for a gym to help me in strengthen my core and reduce my high body fat. I met friendly Jay from ATP to discuss on my goals and he got Chris Kwok to plan and kickstart my journey in strength training and also guiding me on how I can have a balance diet while reducing body fat. Typically, gym instructors may seem rather strict and intimidating but Chris is nothing like that, he’s friendly, approachable, very supportive and encouraging. He journeyed with me from day 1 struggling while holding a pair of 2.5kg free weighs to a breezily completing 5.5kg in my week 4. I’m amazed with what I can do. Chris has the best interest of his clients at heart and you’ll be in his good hands to journey forward to better health and wellness.

    My new happy place! I am an avid gym goer but never had a PT. Decided to embark on it as I have a goal to lose weight and want to look toned for my wedding. A big turn off about a gym is if it feels intimidating. ATP Fitness personal training gym is definitely NOT! It's bright and airy, comfortable and fully equipped. Coach Aishah is very knowledgeable and covered the brief from the very beginning. It has been 7 weeks since I started and I have seen alot more progress compared to when I work out by myself at my own gym! Being strict with my diet was challenging at first, but with her guidance, it gradually became easier. Total win is when my tailor had to do a major alteration to my wedding dress during fitting (I lost 6 inches!).😊 Looking forward to more training sessions as I will continue being with ATP as part of my lifestyle.     Facilities: The equipment in the gym is clean, well-maintained and sufficiently supplied. Even during busier periods, I never had an issue with not being able to find/use the equipment I need for my training session. Program: The program in ATP (Daily routines, Nutrition, Activities) is concise, straight-forward and easy to follow. It has greatly helped in improving my overall health, and subsequently my quality of life as well over the past few months I have been training here. My trainer also helps to keep me accountable in terms of my nutrition and daily habits, and provides me with tips and advice as well when I find myself struggling with a particular part of the program. Trainer (& staff in general): My trainer, Danish, has been amazing. He has been pivotal in the huge progress I've seen in my fitness journey here. His wealth of experience and knowledge in training definitely shows during our sessions, always being able to point out what I can fix/work on to achieve the perfect rep. A small goal of mine coming into this program was being able to perform chin-ups, and I am glad to say I finally did my first ever chin-up thanks to Danish! The staff is very friendly; really enjoy the chats I have with Reeqe after my workouts; really makes coming to the gym all the more enjoyable. Summary: I am very satisfied with my experience in ATP. I couldn't recommend the gym to my friends and colleagues enough for their fitness transformation/journey.

    Although it has only been 7-8 weeks with my trainer, Coach Vind, i’ve experienced tremendous changes to my physique. Initially, i’d commenced my journey at 94kg & within 6 weeks, i’ve gotten down to 85kg. At this point of time, i’ve decided that i’m already lean enough & want to improve my performance for BJJ instead. Coach Vind has definitely ensured this as i find myself with much more immense strength in BJJ sessions that i’ve actually won people of a higher tier.     I started out at ATP in January and working out with Jerome has been a fantastic experience. Jerome takes the time to really learn what is important to me and my fitness goals. We meet about 3 times a week when I am not travelling for work. I had basically no gym experience and Jerome has brought structure and accountability to my overall fitness routine. Jerome is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me the rationale behind every exercise and workout we do. He has helped tailor my workouts to my diet and overall health (including navigating a couple of injuries). He is also very organized, plans my workouts to cater to my goal, and always listens to my body while pushing me at the same time. I strongly recommend him to anyone. Also the entire ATP team is great people and always ready to help and support, private environment and serious about their business! In just six months, I have seen very positive results. I have lost weight, I am significantly stronger, and I have more energy.     Training with ATP & Coach Michelle had so far been a great and enjoyable experience. I see results just within a short period!     I've been training with coach Charis for around two months and she is by far the best personal trainers I've ever had! Coach Charis is very friendly, encouraging and fun to train with! I especially appreciate how she enables her clients to be very honest and transparent with her without any judgement. I've seen significant improvement in my strength pretty quickly. I also love that mobility is such an important part of the training, which has helped me manage my lower back pain. It has been a very holistic approach - including helping me with my vegan diet and day to day activity (not just the training in the gym).     Before joining ATP I was un-informed about gym workouts and didn't believe in it the gym or protein shakes. That all changed once I started with Coach Angelica at ATP. It has been a fun and enjoyable journey with her. She really takes time to explain and invest in enlightening and giving me the proper directions, form and instructions to be on the right path to my goal for weight loss and toning.     I joined ATP and it was the best experience I have ever made. My trainer (Hyun) was very supportive in preparing me for what it would entail executing on my fitness goals. A well-structured program was set out from Day-1 with detailed guidance on training provided at every phase of the transformation. The payback has far exceeded anything that I had thought I would achieve. I feel a lot stronger physically and mentally. All these gains were the result of my trainer's knowledge, experience and training support. They help you focus and achieve your goals with a systematic approach.     ATP fitness’s structured program is definitely a great help as committing to fitness can be challenging to manage, maintain and do effectively on your own. I’ve been training at ATP with Coach Michelle in the last few months, and she is a very committed training coach. With her encouragement, I can stay focus in my fitness journey and her varieties of exercises help to meet my fitness goal. She ensures correct form with each single exercise. She motivates me to push past my own personal perceived limits to gain results. My every training session with her becomes satisfying and enjoyable as I could see improvements in my ability to lift heavier weights progressively and reaching better fitness level to perform my other sports like golf and running. There is a genuine team-spirit at ATP (which I haven't captured in photos) but the team clearly love what they do, and are proud of the results they are getting for their clients.This place really runs on word-of-mouth and their results are stunning. Oh, and it's a space that supports diversity and inclusivity. Go in for a consult and see for yourself!

    I decided to give PT a shot for the first time in my life to see if I could get some tips on how to revamp my usual routine and train safely. I came in expecting a simple tune up, but didn’t foresee that I’d get a complete overhaul which changed my entire outlook to training and nutrition. Coach Charis was extremely attentive in understanding my goals and tailored a training and diet program for me. I started to see results almost immediately. I appreciated the holistic approach she took towards training, in particular the focus on proper nutrition. As a result, I became the leanest I’ve been in my life, while still progressing my strength goals. This can’t be understated as it was a revelation to me what could be accomplished with proper guidance even if I wasn’t necessarily training any harder than I was previously. She also offered great advice on how I could structure my training amidst my other fitness activities, such as long runs and cycling that I picked up during the COVID era, and which I had assumed were incompatible with strength training. Most importantly however, she is a great motivator and is fun to train with. It’s been awhile since I’ve looked forward to training this much. Overall - highly recommended if you want to invest in your health and fitness.

    I have been training with coach Chris for the past few months and I am impressed with his dedication to his clients. He is always encouraging and supportive, pushing me to reach my goals and going beyond my limits. Coach Chris is constantly thinking about how to help me improve and always looking for ways to tweak my program to make it more effective. He pushes me to work hard during each session, but also knows when to adjust the intensity to prevent injury and ensure progress. I appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to make workouts both challenging and enjoyable. Beyond the training itself, the gym has a fantastic environment. The space is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to work out. I would highly recommend Chris and ATP to anyone looking for a supportive, challenging, and fun training experience.

    I've been at ATP for about 2 months now, and have dropped around 4-5kg. As someone who has never gym-ed, I joined expecting to progress slowly. But 2 months in, I'm now able to lift and push weights that are twice as heavy as when I started. The gym exercises are targeted. Each week, my coach Michelle would let me do different workouts that affect different muscles. And when she notices which weaker muscles, we focus more on those in later sessions and I see the improvement in stamina and strength. But I believe the most effective part is the holistic guidance, including diet, sleep habits, hydration and step count. Having regular checks keeps me motivated to keep going even through a longer period of time. And making small adjustments which fit in to my current lifestyle makes it sustainable for me to continue. Thumbs up!

    ATP is my very first PT experience and as a newbie in the gym it can be intimidating. I have always been active in sports and other exercises but ATP was truly life changing for me and it helped equip me with more awareness and focus on how to effectively achieve my goals! My trainer Chris Kwok made the process very enjoyable and I found myself looking forward to trainings and even changing my lifestyle altogether. Right from the get-go, Chris gave very clear, easy to follow plans, instructions and knowledge about nutrition that I still retain with me and keep in close awareness. I highly recommend ATP and Chris for anyone interested in starting out their fitness journey and you will gain new perspectives, awareness and great friendships from ATP!

    It’s been one month since I started at ATP, and I have already seen a significant change in my approach to Nutrition, Health and Fitness. Coach Iskandar is very professional, and working with him has been excellent. He set a plan understanding my requirements and has been monitoring every aspect, be it nutrition, activities, weight training. He explains the outcomes of each session and motivates me to challenge my limits. Under coach Iskandar’s competent guidance, I am confident of achieving my health and weight loss goals.

    I joined ATP in early 2023 as part of a choice to live a healthier life. It was definitely a good choice. As part of the program, there was a consultation period and a assessment period to assess my overall health and fitness which helped me take the next steps to healthy living. ATP Fitness is not just an exercise gym for me, it was a transformative place that I could get back to a healthier and better lifestyle. I was assigned to coach Michelle and we had a consultation session where she got to know me and my lifestyle a bit better, the types of food that I enjoy, activities that I like doing, injuries that I have sustained over the years etc. From the consultation session, she came up with some meal plans and activities that I would be my routine for the next few weeks and over the weeks, she would check-up on me, review my meals and exercise plans. Coach Michelle was also very encouraging and gave plenty of great advice on food choices and how to get most out of the workouts. While I definitely did not enjoy some parts of the routines, it did reap huge results. Over the next few weeks I watched my weight drop significantly, my energy levels went up and my blood pressure went down to a very healthy level. In ATP, they call it the DNA Plan (daily routine, nutrition and activity). To me the DNA plan is not just about what you eat and do it is also about living out the best version of yourself.

    I came across ATP Fitness while Googling for personal training services — I’ve always been intimidated by the idea of working out in a gym, and so decided to approach the professionals for help instead. I’ve spent 36 sessions with ATP and saw results I’ve never seen before. I’ve also learnt the importance of nutrition and what works for me — fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all and I’m so glad to have received proper guidance in my journey towards a better health and body. My coach, Charis Liew, has made my time with ATP such a fulfilling one. She was knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and supportive. She also pushes me to get out of my comfort zone by challenging me with every session, and I can see significant improvements in my strength as well as stamina. My posture has improved due to the building of core muscles, and I also now find myself subconsciously gravitating towards healthier meal choices. I look better and feel better too. Gym is clean, well-maintained with great facilities and equipment. Happy to have started my fitness journey with ATP and would recommend it to anyone looking to make a genuine change in their lifestyle and wellness.

    If you're reading through reviews to see if ATP is worth it, take this as a sign to go for it. I went from a total beginner to the best shape of my life in less than 5 months (and lost 9kg!). I thought PT would be stressful and intimidating but I was proven wrong in the best way. Coach Michelle was encouraging, attentive and supportive throughout the process. She made personalised workouts for our gym sessions, gave great advice on how to eat healthier in a sustainable way, and checked in frequently to make sure that I was coping well and could manage the goals I had set for myself. During gym sessions she was always making sure I carried out exercises safely and with good form, and answered any questions I had. I feel so much more knowledgeable about my own body and fitness in a way that I would never have gotten from going to the gym and trying to do it all by myself. On top of that, the gym atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. I'm so happy with my results, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit and needs some guidance or an extra push in the right direction.

    I started with ATP around end May with my coach, Charis (what are the odds of having a coach with the same name!). I’ve been seeing positive results so far. I’ve dropped around 8kg in 8 weeks, and gotten stronger both physically and mentally. Charis is always pushing me to do my best and challenges me. I’ve been exercising and going to the gym before but some of my forms and techniques were wrong and she’s been patient in trying to help me correct. The journey has also made me more mindful of how nutrition plays a big role and how we can make mindful choices when it comes to food. There’s still a long way to go but we’re on track to reach my fitness goals. I’ll definitely recommend ATP and Coach Charis to anyone who wants to start making a change and learn from the best!

    Very happy with my progress at ATP training under Angelica. Started with fat % of 29 and can see significant improvement visually after 1 month. I feel more energetic and stronger. The strength training also improve my running ability. Most importantly I also learn about food nutrition, and how eating right can ensure I reach my fat% and weight goal.

    I began my fitness journey with Coach Jasper around the end of May 2023 at ATP Singapore. The progress I've made has been impressive, showing both fast results and a focus on sustainability. In just 8 weeks, I've lost a significant amount of weight and have seen improvements in my physical and mental strength. My coach has played a crucial role in this transformation by consistently pushing me to do my best and helping me correct any mistakes in my workout techniques.     I have been with ATP for over 6 months now, and I can genuinely say that it has been an incredible experience and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The programs are highly structured, personalized, and very holistic, covering elements beyond training such as nutrition. I’ve been working with Jasper and he has been fantastic - he is highly committed to my progression and success, and inspires me to challenge myself to achieve my goals. Jasper has a lot of knowledge and experience, which has been very helpful not only to understand the proper form and rationale for each exercise, but also when it comes to creating a proper training program and nutrition plan which evolves as I progress through my fitness goals. I feel completely different and have seen very positive results since joining ATP - I’ve become stronger and have a lot more energy as well. Importantly, joining ATP has also helped instil a mindset change as well, in terms of being a lot more disciplined and motivated. Looking back, it has been an incredible journey so far and I definitely look forward to continue my journey with Jasper and the team here at ATP.

    I lost more than 15kg and over 10 percent body fat in around 12 weeks. ATP provides the framework to get results. There's no doubt about it, if you follow the advice and the program developed with your coach, you will be successful. Ultimately it still comes down to your own dedication and hard work, but the support received from ATP is invaluable. My coach Celine is friendly, knowledgeable and was fully committed to my progress and she kept me on track. It's not only the guidance in the gym, but also the messages outside of the gym which really make a difference. I would not hesitate recommending ATP and Celine!

    In the past few months I have been training in the ATP fitness gym. I have to give tremendous kudos to JoJo for pushing me to achieve quite impressive results in a very short time span. Over the past couple of months I shed more than 30 pounds and feel stronger. The menu the trainer builds for you and the constant check ins and communications, made the nutrition and workout process a whole lot easier. As someone who really needed structure I'm very glad I found a trainer that could push me for results. If you're gonna be serious about getting into shape and losing some weight, I highly recommend this place.

    I started working with ATP couple months ago and managed to lose my weight over 6KG in about 16 weeks(even though I wasn’t able commit consistently). My trainer was very helpful and understanding. The most appreciated thing for me was how he helped me to push myself to break the limits. I really enjoyed working out in the gym.

    When I first started out on my fitness journey, my short term goal was to build muscle mass and reduce body fat. My weight was 56kg and my body fat percentage was 24%. 7 months into the programme, by training 3 times almost every week for 1 hour each, my weight has increased to 62kg due to muscle gain and my body fat has decreased to 18%. On top of that, I also train once per week on my own at a nearby gym and do 1 hour of cardio daily. At the end of the day, it all boils down to commitment, focus, dedication and hard work. My coach Danish Salleh is friendly, knowledgeable and keeps pushing me to my limits. He also tracks my nutrition, sleep patterns and lifestyle habits outside of the gym. Although I have yet to achieve my ultimate goal, I am confident that if I follow his advice, I will be on the right path to reach my fitness goals in a timely and efficient manner. I recommend ATP to anyone who is seeking positive changes in their lives and are uncertain on where to begin. You can't go wrong by choosing ATP!

    I can highly recommend ATP, having had two excellent experiences with the gym. After the birth of my second child, the ATP team helped me to rebuild mobility, fitness and strength. I was given a completely bespoke programme that was sensitive to my recovery and needs as a new Mum and that helped me move surprisingly quickly through initial rehab to a greater level of fitness than pre-pregnancy. The whole experience was incredibly helpful not just for fitness but for mood, sleep quality and general wellbeing. I am training with ATP again currently to regain fitness and strength lost during the COVID period and get in the best shape of my life before my 40th. Danish has been fantastic at setting me a challenging programme from Day 1, reigniting my love of strength training, encouraging accountability and reimplementing good habits, reminding me what I'm capable of and pushing me to achieve strength PBs greater than what I was hitting in my 20s. He is extremely knowledgeable and supportive and he and the entire team are very motivating and encouraging. I can't recommend ATP enough to anyone looking to commit to making an improvement to their health and lifestyle. ATP are absolutely brilliant at making training work for you, whatever your circumstances, and bringing out the best in their clients with a holistic and sustainable approach.
