Singapore does bureaucracy well, and the EPSC (Employment Pass Service Centre) is a prime example of it. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Much better than the staff on the MOM phone helpdesk who were a bit clueless!

Polite and efficient. Went there for a pass registration for a newborn and they were very careful and helped us finish the registration and photo taking without even waking up the baby. Also, take the time to look out the windows for some beautiful views of some famous Singapore landmarks - Singapore Flyer, Marina bay sands building and the Singapore river.

The MOM Office in circular road is actually closed on Saturday’s, it’s been 2 times I come and google keeps showing like it is open. DONT COME ON SATURDAYS!

there is a staff named michelle, lady with bangs and spectacles. extremely rude and impatient to the people registering for passes. her tone and her attitude is horrible especially to the foreigners who needs more patience as they are unaware of what to do.

Rubbish service, unprofessional in handling cases, officers not cooperative. Takes 1 month for officers to get back to you even after calling in and emailing them. Simply do not care whether we are struggling. Can't believe a government organisation is so inefficient. MOM really needs to review the qualities of an officer and reassess their ability to serve SMEs. Heart principle just for show.

When the CS is unable to help resolve issue, then why having a CS telling us that they can't and fwd message to the office in-charge. CS said Officer will take 3-5days to get back. Then later, officer also go on leave and not responding for 1week half now.. Called back, nice CS said don't know everything, give us new Case ID. Overall, calling to MoM is to collect case ID ref only. Nothing was done.
