we decided to order delivery from this place out of curiosity! although the acai is a few dollars more expensive than other places, the acai is very rich and smooth and doesn't taste icy! the toppings were a good amount too! overall, a good experience!

So far this is my favorite acai bowl. I like the hawaian bowl. The portion and the topings is decent amount. One thing, sometimes certain toppings is not available, but will be good to let us know. The other day I order the hawaian whoch shpuld have kiwi and walnut, but as shows in the picture it doesn’t have. After I confirmed, then they told me they running out certain toppings. Hawaian is mix od fruity bowl and protein bowl so if the ingredients are not available I can get either one with cheaper price.

Overall, it was tasty and good like any other açai places. However, I feel that the base was a little too much in proportion to the ingredients (fruits) on top. The butter sauces and natural berries at the top were indeed very tasty, although they put very little of them.

Sooo good !!! Everything was fresh and yummy. I wish they didn’t use plastic though, they could use the coconut bowls... I also wish they had pitaya, they are missing out w/o pitaya!

Excellent service! The acai was very delicious! Definetly the best i have ever tried, compared to other brands. The young was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions and went over and above to accomodate me.👍

Decent açai with full marks for the toppings which were fresh, well balanced and plentiful on top of their signature. The açai texture was not to Brazilian standards and had hard lumps in it showing that they had not blended it fully. Still I appreciate they used pure frozen açai as opposed to some con shops in Singapore and Australia that blend it with coconut water or other liquids which results in Basically an over priced purple water . The place is small with just 8 seats so really only suitable for takeaways. Worthy of four stars in my View .

First time visiting - quite an unassuming store, given its decor, one might easily assume they sold anything other than acai 😂 Small seating space, so you may have to eat by the mall bench if the area is full. We shared a medium bowl and paid an extra dollar for cookie butter. Perhaps because it was already later in the night but our acai was quite icy, satisfying nonetheless. No specific differences we could taste compared to other places. Definitely a good dessert option to turn to at plaza singapura. Side note, spoons used here seem pretty good in quality, a pity they are one-use!!

There was a promotion, with two medium portions going for $15. Not too bad a deal. However, the acai was rather icy, and I didn’t like the texture. Also, paying an additional dollar to get that few drips of cashew butter was a little underwhelming. It made the entire bowl of acai very bland and “dry”.

Already had 5-6 bowls of these myself - medium and large because they are SO EASY TO EAT AND AMAZING!! Also, post a google review — Write review get free topping :))!!! Loved their acai, service, deals and all. Their blend has mango so its extra sweet and fibrous.!! 🥭🥭

Felt abit pricey for the portion. But good for a light snack/meal. Service was good and açai was abit icy/frozen but still liked it!

Quite disappointed with the Shiok bowl. It was a very small portion for the price. Would have expected more generous toppings of fruit and drizzle. The açai was very icy as well, more water than pulp. Service was quick though including for weekend lunch hour.

Ordered the Shiok Açaí Bowl and added nutella sauce. Was yummy even though a lil expensive. Paid $15.90 but I'm satisfied at least! It's a small joint with just 3 tables... so have to wait if you're eating there

Conveniently located with decent selection for acai bowls. Very limited seating so might need to wait for a table at times but there are benches outside the shop to wait at

Frequently revisiting this outlet in plaza Singapura, we usually can find some new promotion or new products, attached some fabulous deals for your consideration. We tried the acai pin, very nice and tasted almost the same as what we had for dine in the outlet. Really tasty and hearty bowl of acai with generous amount of toppings. My favourite is the fruit bowl with cookie butter sauce. Been a patronising the Plaza Singapore and Takashimaya outlets. It’s also good to get the instore credits for ease of transactions and to get some discounts. Do come by and try out their acai bowls and smoothies.

Nice portion but acai was too icy, it was in chunks. Also wish they use fresh blueberries instead of frozen!

The acai was acceptable, but not spectacular! We did get free toppings for a review though. The seating area was quite small and cramped also.

Disappointing first time experience. Compare to açai affairs. fruits are frozen and not fresh. Blueberries are likely frozen blueberries. Mango were mushy.

Very noisy ambient ever since the staff all change to China woman. Now they charge for the most basic sauce from free to $1. The lady whom sign me up told me no expiry and now they have expiry date. Never gonna come again

My acai bowl not only lacks in acai taste and it was so frozen that I have to let it “defrost” before I could consume. Paled in comparison to the other acai bowls I had and it’s quite pricey for the size too. Disappointing and definitely won’t be recommending.

This is the only Acai bowl store I love in Singapore, because their Acai base is sour which I love! It’s unlike all other huge Acai bowl chains in Singapore where the Acai base is so sweet. If you prefer sour stuff, buy your Acai bowl from Acai Beach Club!

Ordered a protein bowl, taste okay but it was a small size by small I mean way too small, just a kids ice cream cup and that costed me $8.90. Peanut butter was extra $1 for like 1tbsp. Wish I could get a bigger bowl.

Staff service was great, bowl was served very fast and they're not pushy at trying to upsell the membership. Protein bowl is my always go to! Will definitely return again even though I'm no longer located near orchard area.💜

Tried my first açaí bowl, and I’m hooked. Had a delicious Hawaiian bowl in M size with generous serving of açaí and lots of fruit, dried coconut shavings and topped with almond butter. Very satisfying, healthy, guilt free dinner.

I must say this is the BEST and most consistent acai bowl i have tried! Bought Shiok bowl and it is really shiok to the max 👌👌. Had topped up with their yoghurt in pint - awesome!! The yoghurt by itself is fantastic! Will buy again 🥳🥳
