Celebrated my birthday here with their free lobster promo! Sizes were good and price was decent. My wife and I love seafood and this was an absolute pleasure to have on the table - we finished their signature bag fully satisfied. Service was much better from the staff as compared to places like Crab in the Bag or Cajun on Wheels. Parking was convenient as well.

Visited on a Sat afternoon. At 530, the place was already getting crowded. Service is very pleasant and quick. Food and drinks came in around 10 minutes. Had the duo plus with mild sauce, which wasn’t spicy. Seafood was fresh though there was a bit of sand in the clams. Coleslaw portion was a lot bigger than expected. Would come again.

It’s our first time and had a wonderful dinner experience at the Boiler! Hats off to the staff Moises for his attentive assistance to us and he’s very friendly too. He made sure all our requests were attended promptly. Food is amazing, great portion and especially love the dessert options!

Was a pleasant dining experience and the ambience was absolutely amazing. The food was also finger-licking good and definitely worth the price! Additionally, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were being served by Moises — their staff, he was very patient with us and introduced us to the best crab choices to suit our palates. Celebrated birthday here. Ordered the bomdiggity bag and they gave a free birthday lobster! Moises provided excellent service and made an exception to provide warm water for my mum as the weather was chilly. Food was good and super filling for 5 persons. Recommended! Home made ice lemon tea was nice and free flow.

The location is lit! Good and attentive staff! The food is awesome and we really have a good time here. The Garlic Butter sauce for the seafood is very sumptuous!! Not spicy and savory. Special mention to Moises, he is very attentive and always has the initiative to ask what do we need (tissues, spoon) Please give him a pat at the back for doing an excellent job of taking care of customers! had a lovely dining experience at the boiler today! we were warmly welcomed by Hana and her service was superb and friendly. 🥰🥰 got the duo bag plus with a side of calamari (that Hana recommended). water is not served here, but iced tea is available to order and is refillable. anyway, props to Hana for taking such good care of us: providing whatever we needed, giving recommendations and tips etc. will be back when my wallet allows me to 🤣🤣

Seafood was incredibly fresh. Lobster and Crab meat was firm and the staff (Moises) was very friendly and helpful. The birthday promo was very generous and i hope they could continue with it! Sauce can be slightly less salty though but overall. Strongly recommend!

My wife bought the birthday lobster promo for our take away dinner. She made a mistake of not entering the birthday promo code as she was confused with the different promos on the site and paid. The Boiler staff were professional and kindly refunded the difference to us. So kudos and thank you to the staff! The seafood is fresh, sizes good and we enjoyed the food very much. Came here for the chilli crab after I tried the one at Esplanade. Still really good. Crab was meaty although it was only about 500g or so. Would like to give the same feedback to outlet here as well. They should provide us with the choice of bigger crabs instead of the defaulted size.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s birthday here! Service is excellent which is rare nowadays. Staff walks around very frequently to refill your iced lemon tea and the cup is always full! We even had a complimentary birthday oreo cake to top off the lovely meal. Food is scrumptious as always! Thanks so much Moises and team!

Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Seafood is fresh and sweet especially the lobster, crab, prawns and mussels. We ended up finish a serving for 4 person 😂. The food is great! Love the Duo seafood combo , the garlic butter with crab and every other meat is delish! I like the desert as well - ice cream with molten lava cake(warning : very sweet). Thank you Moises and team for the experience!

Wondered where to go for nice seafood with slightly different experience for our Taiwan friends. Managed to find the place and choose this in Howard Road becos we want to avoid big crowds in town. We order premium for 4 pax and with no regrets at all. The food is really great. Will bring family and friends here again.

Good variety of seafood - Dungeoness crabs, squid, prawns, Boston Lobster, clams etc - all prepared and comes in a bag for communal sharing. You have gloves and aprons to dig in and get your hands dirty to enjoy your food. Birthdays get a large sharing set and get a free Lobster. Drinks are decently priced for beers and whiskey highball.

My family visited The Boiler today for my Dad's birthday dinner. 🦀🦞🦐 Free lobster with the purchase of the Bombdiggity Bag! The food was yums, sweet potato fries was good, the seafood was fresh and the crab & lobster meat came off the shell so easily!! Some parts of the lobster meat was overcooked, I ate the claw part and I felt the less meaty parts (like tips of the pincers) felt slightly overcooked, but the big meaty part was fine. My other family members who ate the tail part commented that it was slightly rubbery (overcooked?) Oh well, but at least it was free hehe.. The crab and prawn meat was really good tho!! 😋💯 Not to forget the sausage, sweet corn and mantou 😌 Big thanks to our server, Moises for his exceptional service! 🌟 He was very attentive to our table and especially helpful & caring towards my grandparents, from serving warm water for them and passing toothpick when they requested, to even helping my grandfather apply a plaster when he accidentally got a bleeding paper cut from the table paper (oops!) 🥺🥰 The staff were quick to clear the table after we finished eating and they brought us a cute birthday cake plate (free!) for my Dad, 5 squares of chocolate cake, just nice for the 5 of us haha..The cake wasn't too sweet which was nice 😊 The staff were also attentive in refilling our free-flow ice lemon tea and helpful to help us take photos when we requested :) Would come back again!

Delivery came early. Didn’t eat at the restaurant. Prawns were not de veined. Sauce with medium spice was good. Experienced some food poisoning symptoms

Our second Boiler experience. This time at the Howard Road outlet. We walked in and almost couldn’t get a seat but we promised we’d finish our meal in an hour so we managed to squeeze ourselves in. Happy we did. The seafood was again great, the fish and chips were worth it and the food came in a jiffy. Definitely will make a reservation the next time.

Moises was our table's service staff and was polite and attentive to our needs, and made the evening a pleasant experience. Food was tasty and delicious but somewhat overcooked and lacked the essence of freshness. Restaurant had ample room probably because it was a weekday evening, but this could be a reason why the air temperature felt colder than desired to enjoy warm food. Overall an option to dine for the occasional splurge to enjoy a unique experience of eating off the tabletop.

Sharing with us the menu clearly & with great experience & knowledge. Attentive to our needs & making sure we are comfortable & is enjoying our food. Overall all the staff were very service oriented. Definitely deserved more than 5 ⭐ My family will definitely come back again.

Tried their signature fish and chips, the chips were cajun flavoured and not bad. The fish was quite generous and very crispy. However, the service was almost non existent. Took very long to get attention of staff even though there was no crowd. The staff seems to be in their own world. Unlikely to order the fish and chip in my next visit, might try the seafood in the bag.

First time experience, it wasn't so bad, the atmosphere is quite chilled. When we enter, the service staffs were welcoming. The table set up were set neatly already with physical menu. The food ordered were quickly served. We ordered the food and drinks in separate bills. We waited for the drinks for quite a while so we thought they may have forgotten. We asked and they checked and quickly served it. It was understandable as they may have been busy serving other customers. The food were quite satisfying, we ordered a share for 4, it was just enough. We ordered mild spicy and the sauce taste good, it taste like garlic butter basil with other ingredients. The drinks are nice as well, we order 2 cocktails and 1 mocktails. We brought in a cake to celebrate my sister birthday, they kindly volunteer to place it into their kitchen chiller, and when we want them to take out they help us place a candle and light it for us too. They cleared the messy table quickly too. Overall experience was really good.

I came here on a Saturday evening to celebrate a close friend’s birthday. The food and service did not disappoint! As part of the birthday, we had the bag for 4 and we got a free lobster.
