I really wanted to love this place, the room was terrific and the bed comfortable, but...the front desk staffer to forever to help us, the line was three deep before she came out of the back room, then she didn't code the door key so we had to go all the way back down and get it reset after a very long day and carrying heavy baggage. And the breakfast was a disaster. No hot water which meant no oatmeal or tea, terrible eggs and ran out of coffee! After several minutes I gave up on getting any. All in all these are service issues so maybe if there is a next time for me...everything will be better.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. Very friendly staff excellent rooms. Clean quiet. Pet friendly. Everyone went above and beyond. Recommend for anyone needing a place to stay. 5 ++++ stars.

Stayed 1 night while traveling through with 2 young children, 2 adults and our dog. Compared to other hotels we checked, this one was on the more affordable side and had a pet fee of $25. Room was spotless. Beds and pillows were comfy. Room was quiet and large enough for all of us to move around and have dinnner comfortably. Full size coffee pot, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Parking was easy. Plenty of room for dog walking and a small area for dogs to run. Cons: ice machine was in lobby and ran out of ice. They could use a dedicated ice machine. The one they have in lobby is for fountain drinks. There is an ice maker in freezer of room, but we were not there long enough for it to make much ice. Breakfast doesn't start being served till 7:30am. When I expressed being bummed about that to the front desk attendant Carmen, she happily offered to pack us up some things so we could eat in our room in the morning. Kids were thrilled with the chobani yogurts, fruit loops and the nutrigrain bars. Coffee in the room was decent.

This is a great hotel. New and clean, very comfortable beds, awesome kitchenette in the room, wonderful pool area with hot tub, strong water pressure in the shower with nice shampoo. The breakfast is very convenient, and fun for the kids. We will definitely return.

Most was good we stayed for a couple of weeks... but we also got some stuff stolen even stolen right out of the damn dryer when our stuff was still damp! so dont leave your laundry at all unless you dont care whats in there and this stuff we will obviously never get back so people watch your stuff and also don't leave anything because no matter how expensive the item is they won't call to let you know you've left it behind!

We opted for a staycation here and the hotel and staff itself was pristine - clean, comfortable, friendly and personable. However, most of the guests we encountered that stayed here were highly snobbish and rude. They were quick to make us feel uncomfortable, like we were intruding on breakfast to the point that you could almost hear a record scratch when walking into the eatery. Won't knock the hotel as that is out of their control but it's worth mentioning should that be important for those who do care about who they stay around.

Hands down, the best hotel in the area. The whole staff is amazing from Zach at the front desk to Justice who oversees breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious, quiet, and is close proximity to restaurants or shopping. These people are the absolute best. Thank you for making each stay feel like home. One of my favorite hotels to stay at! Keep up the great work!

Have stayed here multiple times and it is good overall. The rooms are nice, the breakfast has a decent variety, and the hotel is pet friendly, so our small dog has been comfortable as well. It's very close to a variety of shopping and restaurants (though you most likely would need to take a car rather than walk). My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the walls are fairly thin, so there have been times that we've been next to a room with kids or people having conversations late and it's been pretty audible through the walls.

Went with a friend over night. Great place and great value. View through our window was a hill with weeds. Which I've never seen at a hotel. Only bad part. The breakfast had a good selection. I had a bagel with cream cheese, bacon and cranberry juice and my friend made a waffle. They had cereal, eggs and sausage too I believe.

Every aspect of this stay was excellent. The desk clerk was very helpful and had us set up before we got there. Pool was great, food was great, room was great. This was the best hotel stay during a several week trip and is worth the stop to stay even if it's out of the way a little. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

We checked in around midnight. We live close by. Our power went out on an extremely hot evening. The employee who helped us check in went above and beyond what he probably has to do. Super friendly. Chatted with him for a while. There was no customers or anything that late at night. And he was a very cool guy. Made me feel extremely welcome. And the rooms were all suites. They were all quite beautiful. And the beds were amazing and so are the pillows. I'd give them 10 Stars if I could.

Great Location to the airport and other attractions. Texas roadhouse is within walking distance. This is great place family, working contractors and pets . They have social hour on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They offer free food , wine & beer & soda . Nice fire pit outside and BBQ grill for guests to use . Pool and hot that seat 9 The laundry rooms have lots of washer’s and dryer, which are free to use . We have a nice room with a comfortable bed that the reason we switched from the Hilton Motel cause the Beds here are very comfortable. Iv had 4 back surgery and the bed are just right in my opinion , stay 8 days no back pain from the bed . There a refrigerator and Stove with stock kitchen utensils . No view, just a hill .

Overall, great motel. Nice rooms, clean property. Loved the hot tub. Nice breakfast. BUT-I would suggest that the staff could use some hospitality classes!! If it hadn't been for the rudeness of several staff, & their kids/extended family, it would have been perfect. When my husband & I were checking in on a Thursday evening Carmen took forever to get us checked in. We were meeting other members of our family & she took a long time trying to put our rooms near each other. Also Carmen talked & complained the entire time. As a customer, I don't care what it takes to accomplish this feat, but I certainly don't need to hear about the "difficulty" of this task. We stayed at this property for 3 nights. They have a meeting room near the front desk that we were told we could use to play games, which we did & it was great! But on our last night there, there was a bag & jacket in the room, but nobody there. We moved the bag from the couch to another area in the room & a guy came in to get the bag. My husband said, "We moved your stuff, hope we aren't imposing" & the guy said, "Yeah, you kinda are", with quite a snotty attitude. Then, come to find out, he was an employee!! We found it quite disgusting that an employee would talk to us like that, over a room that is not an employee lounge!!! We were paying guests!! Saturday, there was a boy playing PlayStation in that room ALL day, which was fine, but we discovered later that he was an employee's kid! Saturday afternoon, we were playing a card game in the breakfast area which is located next to the lounge area, that same kid flipped us off!! My sister's boyfriend went over to talk to him about that!! Also, it seems like every employee & their children/extended family eat breakfast there every day! And an employee& her grandkids were in the swimming pool earlier on Saturday- seems like the motel is a daycare for the employees kids/grandkids!! The kids were kind of rude, playing with the handicapped seat & the lifesaving rings as pool toys. There had been a chair upside down on the hot tub stairs on Saturday morning, around 9ish. The lady there with 4 kids told us that she was told that the hot tub could be used after about 15 minutes, but that had been 45 minutes ago, so we didn't feel bad moving the chair & entering the hot tub. Carmen came in about a half hour after that, being snotty (lots of attitude) about the chair being moved, the hot tub being used & throwing the pool towel basket around, making a lot of noise. I ended up talking to another lady that had been in the hot tub when that happened. She said she was an IGH employee elsewhere & she said that the hot tub chemicals should have been put in earlier in the morning before the 7 am opening of the pool! We also asked for pool towels several times, Carmen had an attitude about that too. We are paying guests & should not be treated with such disrespect! I wouldn't mind staying here again, but would like to be treated with respect from the employees. I would also be very open to staying at other motels with similar facilities, since this property could do better!!
