I delivered my coffee machine that showed an error on a Monday morning without an appointment. I could pick up the repaired product that same day. The coffee machine works like a charm again. Great!

I had damaged my Jura coffee machine and was looking for a quick appointment to fix the problem. Apparently there are shops that basically tell you to bring the machine without being able to commit when it would be done meaning that you have no idea how long you will be out of a coffee machine at home. Not however at De Jong koffie in Soest. Phone contact was very pleasant and professional and I could bring my machine within two days where they fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes. Total cost was minuscule (and quite a bit lower than the first time I caused the same damage to the machine and brought it to someone else). I can recommend these guys to anyone!

Jura machine gebracht en binnen twee dagen was hij weer klaar. Groot onderhoudsbeurt gehad. Eerste na 4 jaar. Gelijk onderhoudstabletten gekocht en goedkoper dan die van Jura zelf.

Wij hadden onze Jura koffieapparaat in reparatie bij De Jong. Dat verliep top! Duidelijke informatie en prijsopgaaf vooraf. Binnen een dag klaar en de automaat doet het weer als of die nieuw is. Meteen ook een proefpakket van hun koffie meegenomen. Heel lekker!
