That one time you don't check the Google reviews first..... The prices are OK and so is the quality of products. However, it is all pretty much useless if they forget to deliver the key components of your - relatively expensive - order. Customer "service" isn't capable of solving the problem and it's been MONTHS. I don't usually rate one star, but in this case I do and still it feels like they deserve even less

Man, for real this customerservice help was so good. Really glad they gave me info on my delivery. And they're making sure everything is tracked well. It's great!

Two weeks ago I made that mistake to order something from them without checking their reputation first. Tempting price... One out of 5 packages (set) has been delivered (useless without the rest). Other were never at my doorstep. After few days I got an info that the products were returned to the shop without an attempt to deliver by the carrier. I asked for sending them or an option to pick it myself. No reaction to multiple mails. Their line is always busy (10 calls in different time slots and not even one successful?:) ). In my last message I asked for returning me the money. Quiet. I do not know if I will get the set or the money back. Just to be sure - I have all the messages, mails, calling records saved so it is a valid claim. Do not buy there for your own good.

They made a mistake in their storage and delivered the wrong product to us. When we contacted them they did everything they could to make sure we got the right product without any more hassle. We got help from a very nice person and her service was excellent. We are very happy with our power tower. Let's hope they start checking their shipments before they go out the door, as it happened twice before we emailed them.

Products quality on point. Delivery process could be improved. I ordered 4 items and they all came at different times, the longest took 9 working days to arrive when in the webpage it stated 3-4 working days for everything. I don't mind waiting longer than that, but i do mind when expectations are not met. So either state a more realistic delivery time or do what it takes to meet the shorter one. Lastly, the customer support link it's broken, luckily the WhatsApp option worked really well.

I didn't get my order, contacting bank and watch out because payment is through ayden so you cant recover money *update eventually got my order in full after 1.5 months. separate packages, lots of chasing and emails. products are good quality and well built. lately the customer service got better and respond quick. might be ok to order if you can get over the fact that the delivery times are long AF

Please do not ever shop from them. They will take your orders and money, but wont send the items . I have been waiting for refund for 17 days ! They will not inform you whether your order is being handled or not or whether they will deliver or not. It is a shame that this kind of company can survive in the market.

Ordered two dumbell sets and a swiss ball. Up until this day (end of June) I have only received one dumbell set. These guys grab your money and send only one part of your order. Reached out to them by email, nothing. Reach out on Facebook, nothing. Phone is being cut off when you select their customer service. Absolute worst company I ever ordered something. EDIT: Almost half a year later Gorilla Sports helped me to solve this issue and I was refunded the part that wasn't delivered. Was fairly quick as well. Big thank you to Felicity & Tafari for their help.

I purchased a fitness bench on the 21st of March but have not yet received my item. On the order it states 5-6 days for delivery which may be slightly extended due to the high demand of orders, i did not expect a whole month? Also the track & trace that was sent only states that information has been sent to DPD couriers, this has been the same since i ordered the item, no movement at all. There are no contact details on the website, only a online form that you can fill in with your request which they also claim customer service will respond within 4 days, im still waiting since 6 April! Its very strange & unprofessional that Gorilla Sports do not provide contact details?? How are you to query your order?? I have not received any type of communication from Gorilla Sports to at least verify that my product will be delivered!! I will never buy from them again and would advise anyone else thinking about it, not to buy from them! This is a total SCAM!!!

Order not here after 3 weeks with no communication, then something showed up I did not order.. still missing most of my order and no one answers phone or answers emails.. wish I had read the reviews first. now I am 850 Euro down with just a bench and 2 plates.. no use to anyone !! Rest of equipment (8 items) has still not shipped and there are no updates.. all was in stock when I ordered. When I ordered it said expect 2 day delay and if you can order it then it is in stock ! ..useless. still waiting.

Extremely poor service and product lacking instructions. Of which, seller replies that it is customer's duty to know their wall. I don't see my refund back either as they claim that the item is damaged... while the screws were busted, again due to not enough instructions of installation.

I recently ordered the abdominal trainer, neoprene dumbells and weights for my spouse. I had emailed ahead with some questions and customer support was prompt and professional in responding. The products have arrived amd we are very happy with the them and the prices as well as customer support. Will br ordering again in the future.
