This is by far the worst vacation resort to ever go to. I would recommend any other resort in Izmir then this one. They make false promises and on top of that their food is all left overs it’s cold and has no taste. Their liquor is also very cheap and gave me heart burns. They don’t care about their customer service at all! We also would wait 1 hour for any taxi we ask to take. All these five star reviews are 100% fake because this resort is EMPTY. They definitely don’t have any returning customers.

Don't you ever try!! Tasteless foods, inadequate services and don't expect anything from alcohol and beverages. You pay a lot to come in and naturally expecting at least average service but, all you get the cheapest of the cheap. Hotel positioned in such a place that always windy, and there is construction work everywhere in mid season and so on. To the buttom if you don't consider yourself as an easy money maker and someone who doesn't have a proper taste to choose nice place to have nice vacation, don't you ever try!!

This hotel is great and the people who work here are hard working and friendly. I can't say the same about the guests .. but you cannot hold this against the hotel. The workers are trying hard to accommodate very demanding guests. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Prompt room cleaning services daily. The thermal pool is awesome and indoor kids pool is great. Sauna area is also very nice

Worst Resort Ever been to! It was empty and we thought is it due to the low season but it is always like this. Almost Nobody speaks English and the ones that try forget it when you ask more questions. We booked a junior suite all inclusive but The facilities were closed, there was no Jacuzzi in the spa. Even the mini bar was empty, only 3 bottles of water in it! The airport transfer was not free, we had to pay 60 euro’s and for the return they just had a regular car because the hotel shuttle was defect and was not able to bring us back to airport, halfway of the airport we saw the hotel shuttle driving by!!! They lie if it becomes inconvenient for them and suddenly everybody speaks Turkish to you even they know you don’t. Do not lose your time and money here and chose somewhere else to go! Totally disappointed in this resort and also Expedia site where we got the reservation! Shameful how they let people think it is an all inclusive resort but IT IS NOT!

Located in the depth of city Sigick, lies the Thermal spa and resort, Royal Teos. Approximately one hour and a half drive from the nearest airport, Royal Teos is a newly refurbished hotel that is catered towards the Muslim’s needs. Frankly speaking, the hotel is a marvel of infrastructure and engineering and provides its guests with absolutely spectacular food and drinks. Our tastebuds, were tingled every single meal time by the large array of food presented to us at the buffet. This is one of the many unique aspects of Royal Teos. My only complaint about the food and drink is that not enough was provided as some dishes were so delicious, they were gobbled up by all the other guests before I could get my hands on them. Speaking of drinks, wowchers, can I say that those drinks at the bar are absolutely mindbogglingly delicious a large array of cocktails, mocktails, mojitos, Pina coladas, Turkish teas and iced coffees; of course non-alcoholic, you get what I’m saying. The waterslides were absolutely crazy. I’ve never been on a slide like them before and the pools are large and had space for everyone. The spa was absolutely fantastic with massage services, cracking my back every time I visited and a thermal pool, steamroom, sauna and hammam beautifully crafted by excellent engineers. The negatives; as you can expect this is a newly refurbished resort, so there are going to be some problems. One of these was the Wi-Fi this wasn’t exactly as expected but nevertheless did not take away from my experience as a whole, although it did pain my auntie when she was trying to connect 15 times in one hour. Furthermore I believe that one of the architects who designed this hotel may have used ChatGPT when they graduated because they designed an open air toilet inside the room, leaving a nasty smell wafting through that entire room. Some people did not stick to the dress code.. But overall Royal Teos was a pleasure to stay at at and we hope to return soon. Thank you

Islamic concept hotel where the women/men are segregated in the spa and the hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Luckily the village of Sigacik (ancient greek name Teos) itself is lovely, with lots of liberal minded Turks and plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy your holiday.

Excellent resort ! I went there everything was perfect once I stepped in the resort , all staff were helpful friendly. The spa was great and for little extra you can have high end services. I met Mr. Semih the director of the resort was a gentleman high class person. I have to mention Mr. Kerem you can see him everywhere to make everyone happy, and also Mr. Zafer operational manager was friendly and helpful . Definitely in the resort you will happy and special.

I stayed at this resort with my sister. It was a brilliant hotel and we had an amazing executive suite that overlooked the sea. The person that made this hotel even more special was Cansu - she was the Reception Manager and she was just brilliant. Very professional, courteous, attentive, caring and very patient with us. From the very start she showed us our room, gave us all the detail about the hotel and what would be the best spas to have. She had excellent knowledge of the local area and always gave the best sincere and honest advice. The resort itself was very good - we had an exec suite which was brilliant, the food was great ! The spas wete even better. We were treated sooo well - Thank You Cansu and the Team at Royal Teos simply incredible :)!!! - Mahwash & Sadaf

The hotel is really nice! The services are amazing and the personnel are great. They are very helpful and they make sure you get everything you need. The entertainment shows are great, it’s one of the best in turkey!

This hotel is a great little find. The facilities are great. The staff members are extremely friendly and kind. Melo from the animation team has been fantastic, energentic and entertaining. He has been so friendly making us feel right at home. Would come back again!

I went with my 2 cousins to this hotel. We had a great stay. Everything went smoothly. There are many activists to do. It is Especially really nice if you are covered. If you have kids it’s also a recommendation. Overal a very good Halal Family Hotel. Big thanks to Nefise !

Waterslides animation and huge pool is the best for kids!!!!!!!what can be better.Piano music delicious food.And also thermal pool.A lot of things to do, tennis, billiard, bowling...24h bar beautiful coctails.Icecream for kids.In restaurant not only meat, but healthy food also vegetables cooked for vegans.

This is the first time that we have stayed in Izmir region and I was quite worried about staying in a newly Islamic resort, whereas we have been to all the Islamic resorts in Antalya region. However, I was very pleased with everything. The hotel is stunning and all the staff are very attentive to your needs, especially the guest relations department, Yaren and Adam speak fluent English and their level of service is impeccable! I have stayed in many hotels and the level of customer service, care and detail that Yaren , Adam and Beyaz have given us very impressive! … nothing is too difficult for them and they will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible! It was our anniversary and they made it very special for us with sea view rooms and extra care! The food and general cleanliness of the resort is amazing too! I would definitely recommend this resort if you want the best pools, rooms , food and customer service! Absolutely amazing!
