Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Food fresh but not always kept hot enough. Lots of salad which is very nice. limited on meat choices. States 4 star hotel I would suggest it is a good three star. They do have organised activities during the day and evenings which are good and family friendly. Nice pool but not very large, there is another small pool for children. On quite times they do share the staff from the inside bar to the out side bar which is a bit of a pain depending where you wish to sit. I did enjoy my stay and would recommend this hotel as it was good value and had great access to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the area in a 4 min walk (lazy pace). Rooms where clean and had a TV but mainly Turkish TV. 1 channel English speaking channel on finance and a Russian music channel. Did let us stay in the hotel and use the facilities (not the room of course) after check out and let us store our bags so a big thumbs up! For the price would go again. Hope this helps.

I would like to express my gratitude for whole stuff. Holiday at hotel My Aegean Star was excellent. All the stuff from the restaurant was very polite, friendly and always ready to help and also people from the reception, you can count on them every time. Many thanks to barmen Murat, who made very tasty cocktails. Cleaning rooms and changing towels was on a daily basis. I highly recommend this place for vacay.

Awful rude staff terrible hotel Definitly not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 1*. I dont want anyone else are dissapointed with their holiday, as we were.! The hotel is small and the swimming pool was too small for all the guest. Swimming poole area was dirty, the beds dirty .They never change the towels, sometimes they even dont clean the room.WiFi didn’t worked att all. the staff are rude to the point they smirk at you. The fort Desk manager Aysun was the most miserable person and was not shy to let you know that. She was a vile person, rude to me. Anything you ask her, her answer straight was a big NO without even listening to the question completely. She was not good in English and she didn’t understand me correctly and she got angry so easily on me. I'm surprised she works in the service industry. But she behaved totally differently with Turkish people cuz they could Turkish. it’s mainly turkish people at this hotel, no enterainment for english at all. There are some nice staff like Turker, Ahmet and Kadri who helped us very much and made it easier for us to stay in this hotel. The food was awful. For snack you can eat only fries and bread . the restaurant and minibars are unclean the beer is just water that tastes like cheap beer. the food there is not even edable, no labels to tell you what it is and reused day after day. food is recycled and mostly inedible The resturants staff and even restaurant chef Salim watches you while you eat your meal which is kind of disconcerting. The food not eaten one day appears as some sort of salad the next day. For example cold chip salad. On the day we left there were 2 hot dishes; Cauliflower and rice or plain pasta. the chef is so rude and scary man, if you are in all inclusive, dont think you can take a plate and put food on it. chef is serving some leftovers, and getting angry if you want to choose something. whatever is left from dinner, in breakfast it turns in to salad, covered with some sort of cream on it. this hotel should be taken out off all sites, it can not be serious, I could give 1* or none. I could write many more things, but dont want to think about that. So please AVOIDED this hotel. Don't go there you'll regret your vacation

Originally we were staying at Grand Sahin, the hotel was terrible, we complained to our rep which he moved us straight away to this hotel (my Aegean Star). I have to say the moment we first saw this hotel we were so happy. The hotel presentation is immaculate. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is nice, different variety and not the same food every day unlike other restaurants I’ve stayed at. Drinks are fresh and fizzy. The rooms are nice, with AC and spacious. The staff really looked after us and constantly asked if we needed/wanted anything. Me and my family are already talking about booking here again! Ideal for kids with slides and sport games. Thank you for making mine and my families holiday one to remember!

The staff is great, especially one of them. His name is Murat and he is very kind and friendly. He makes you happy every day with his big smile and always makes great cocktails ☺️🍹 Beach is really close, and food is also pretty tasty!

Undoubtedly, it was the best vacation ever had in this hotel. Workers are very friendly, sincere. Most importantly every inch of it is spotless. Special thanks to Turan, Ersin abi and Aysun. Highly recommended to those wanna have a nice time! Many thanks again

This hotel is a nightmare. The rooms are unkept and in bad condition, the air conditioning doesn’t work. The only upside is the food even tho the tables at the restaurant are always dirty and you need to wait for clean cutlery. They play LOUD music by the pool the entire day all the way until midnight so it is impossible to sleep here. I am very disappointed considering the money I’ve spent. Their beach is also unkept and in terrible condition. One of the employees approached us and tried to make us pay for our stay at the beach even tho we are guests of the hotel! They don’t clean the rooms daily and you need to beg for clean towels. They haven’t changed the sheets once in 7 days. This is not worth it!

I used this hotel as a gap stop during my visit to Turkey for dental work, I was on a tight budget. What a lovely hotel, the staff, the rooms the food all excellent, I was very impressed with this hotel, there are a few little things that need upgrading, but this did not effect my experience, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Been home a day and miss it already, thank you to all the staff for your help and support.
