Great hotel with great employees and general manager. As a family we had a wonderful experience for the summer vacation.

The activities were very well organised and the people there were amazing! The pool, the service, the beach activities,... were all up to standard. Cleaning service could be a bit better though, but all in all no real complaints. The animation team did table tennis, darts, pool games,... and everyone got involved which is really fun!

We had a swim up room which was fantastic only issue was swimming pool was really cold. Food in all of the restaurants was of a very good quality, service was excellent never felt pressured into giving a tip. Entertainment was limited but this was due to time of year. Beach is very clean, sea is clear and shallow brilliant for snorkeling. All in all me and my wife had a fantastic week at this hotel.

We had an amazing 7 days here. All staff was amazing not one compliant about the place. I have never been so relaxed. From the Spa to the restaurants I would say its all 5 star. Our room was immaculatly clean, our mini bar was well stocked up. We had a swim up room which was great.

Wonderful hotel, definitely with attitude towards its guests - we arrived early in the morning (we had not informed them of this), they offered us to have some breakfast and after half an hour accommodated us in a family room, with two bathrooms and two balconies, although we have booked a standard room for two adults and a child. The room is very spacious, clean and with a great view! The food is very delicious and diverse. The staff is very friendly and polite. The hotel offers everything you may need for an unforgettable vacation. Definitely one of the best hotels in Turkey we have been!

We stayed here from 21.09 until 05.10 Rooms: very clean, big bed, baby bed provided, mini bar refilled daily, cleaned by very good staff every day. Beautiful view of the sea. The only problem was that the airco didnt work properly and I reported the issue 4 times before it was properly fixed, only 2 days before we left. They let us check out later for free as compensation which we appreciated. Pool and beach: a lot of sun beds available so no reservation needed with a towel. However a lot of people still put their towel on a bed to reserve it and then not show up all day. Maybe their could be a policy around that? Quentine and pool bar were very good,a lot of drinks available. Super friendly service. The whole outside area was spotless! Buffet: breakfast and lunch are mostly the same every day, but there is so much variation you will never get bored. For dinner there were some speciality dishes every day. All was very delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed it. Especially the turkish dishes. The kitchen staff made fresh baby food twice a day for our baby. Spa: we had some massages done that were excellent. The hammam is also a lot of fun to do. Our baby loved it Cats: I love cats so I loved that there were a lot of them. They cuddled with me on the sun beds. I did see a lot of people feed them things they can not digest like sucuk and things with bones in them. I asked around and found out a staff member takes care of them year round. Bar and lobby: I do not drink alcohol so I was pleased with the virgin cocktails on the menu. My partner was happy with the alcohol selection.

Lovely & clean hotel. Very quiet but I suppose it could be the time of year. It's mainly old people & German so if that's the hoilday you would like peace & quiet then come. Town centre is a 15 minutes walk, but not much there really either.

An all inclusive holiday, so there is no need to worry about food and drink. Food options rotate in the main restaurant with access to a là carte restaurants. Desserts were very enjoyable. Snacks and light food are also available between lunch and dinner. You'll find your favourites and new things to try. Activities during the day with family and child friendly entertainment. Late evening live music and local dj as well. Gym and spa on site. Private beach was good. A short walk, and you are into town to pick up essentials. For historical visits, Ephesus and surrounding sites are 30 mins by car. Staff are helpful and willing to help.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Especially, the staff were kind and helpful. The foods were delicious and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes. The pools are nicely situated with clean, crystal clear water. You can enyoj sea and mountain sight seeing.

We just got back from our honeymoon there and it was wonderful. Thank you so much to all the staff there for running such a wonderful and memorable hotel. My wife isn’t the all inclusive type but this hotel really impressed her. Fantastic food and drink. Really hard working staff and the most adorable cats sprinkled across the grounds. Really was a fantastic experience. Thank you.

This is by far one of the best hotels we have been to as a family (we travel a lot all around the world). Food was great, rooms were always clean and spacious, pools were great and hygienic, beach was so close and majestic, customer service was exceptional. Everything was beyond exceptional. If you want to do a perfect vacation near Izmir, this hotel is the one 💙

What an amazing hotel! Tastefully furnished and kept perfectly clean and tidy. The staff were wonderful with most speaking a good deal of English. Food was good in the main restaurant but the once a week visit to an onsite a la carte restaurant certainly made a nice change. The local town centre is not really worth visiting as it is geared towards the locals. There are a few cafes along the beach front. The hotel beach is kept clean and there is watersports available at an additional cost. The gym contains everything you need and there is shops and a spa onsite. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, poolside and beach. We took a taxi ride into Kusadasi for the day to do some shopping, it cost 70 euros each way. It is definitely worth getting a swim up room as your outdoor space is a lot bigger.

Had a fantastic family holiday here, felt sad that it had to end. BIG shout out to Cihan Ozlen, fantastic service provided by him from Breakfast through to Dinner, he went out of his way to look after us, nothing was to much trouble for him. Hotel was fantastic, very modern, well laid out with great access too the beach and town, and the promenade is great of an evening. Lots of activities going on throughout the day, but did seem very repetitive. Food was lovely, fresh and plentiful but again repetitive, no 'theme' night, which I know isn't everyone's favourite but would add variety. I wouldn't give the hotel 5 star's based on some of these point's above and that the tea/coffee facilities in the room were paper cup's. The bathroom towels looked worn out, not fluffy, not a massive thing but what we've always had staying in 5* hotels. A little disappointed that we had to wait until the very last day to find out if we could keep one of the two rooms we had for late check, to be told no. Overall a great holiday, weather was fantastic, location (44mins from airport) was good, very friendly locals.

We stayed at Paloma Pasha from 1st to 8th October 22. We had a lovely week. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely waiter called Ciham (hope its spelled right). He went above and beyond for us every day. He even put his jacket round my shoulders twice because it was cool and windy. He had our table made up in seconds and remembered our drinks. The bar staff all over the hotel were great too always on the ball. The room was kept clean and tidy with the bed made every day and clean towels. The toilets around the hotel were always clean and tidy. The pool was always kept clean and tidy too. We had a great experience here. The food was lovely with plenty of choice everyday. The only comment I would make is that the towels, although clean, were a bit flat and grey and need updating and the staff badges need to be seen better with the names in black maybe coz they were hard to see. Other than that we loved our week here and would go back again. Sue and Kev Sweeney room 505.

We had such an amazing time at Paloma Pasha - the staff, the food/drinks, views and atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. From the little details like being able to contact guest relations on WhatsApp, to the app where you can book restaurants/spa (would 10000% recommend the spa, we had amazing massages), to the staff members remembering exactly what drinks you like. It's a real slice of luxury!

We have just arrived back home in the UK after an incredible week at the Paloma Pasha. It was our first trip to Turkey and we were not disappointed at all. I can say with a hand on my heart that this is the most amazing resort I have stayed in! The decor is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, the a la carte restaurants are divine and the facilities are fantastic. Many thanks to Banu and Bahar in guest relations for assisting with my requests, nothing was too much hassle for them. There were always plenty of sunbeds on the beach which was nice, even on days when we did not get to the beach until 2pm there were still many sunbeds. The waiters in the main restaurant were exceptionally attentive and were constantly refilling drinks without being flagged over which was nice. The cleaning staff always did such a wonderful job tidying the rooms. I love the care that the hotel puts in for the cats, they are all so friendly 🐈 I recommend everyone goes and searches for the turtle/terrapin that lives in the pond! If I could rate this hotel and the staff out of 10 I would give It 11/10! I genuinely have no complaints apart from why did my one week stay pass by so quickly 😅 I want to be back there right now! We will definitely be returning to our new favorite resort, thank you again 🥰💖

The hotel is extremely clean with very good food and a wide selection of drinks with quality brands. The entertainment team were excellent especially the aqua gym and water bike. Also the water polo was very funny and had a good time.

Awesome experience. All hotel employees super friendly. Awesome food and very child friendly. Better location impossible to find. Our family had the best vacation ever. We will return. 6 stars :)

Great hotel in a lovely position, lot of the staff were obviously new but are very friendly. You can't be 5* hotel with paper cups for tea and coffee in room! The sun beds at pool were uncomfortable unlike on the beach which were ok. Good selection of food and really good cocktails! Beautiful setting and fabulous beach and jetty! We will be back!

Great service, beautiful resort. The room is as it looks in the pictures. And is neatly cleaned every day plus the minibar is refilled. The service of all employees is top notch! Restaurant employees such as Emir are ready for you and ensure that your holiday lacks for nothing. Drinks are brought to you unlimited with a smile. Beautiful hotel in the most stunning location. Rooms are very clean and extremely comfortable. Pool side rooms are stunning. Loved slipping into the pool from our terrace every morning. The hotel Staff are polite and are more than helpful, they cannot do enough for you. I absolutely Love it here. We will be returning next year for a longer duration.
