Fabulous hotel. Rooms spacious and cleaned every day and bottles of water replenished. Staff very pleasant, especially entertainment team. Couldn't do enough for you. Especially Viktorija, her service and attitude so professional. She keep us busy all the time. Always had smile on the face . We were few families together and all our kids keep talking about her, she was so caring with them like she know them for ages. Just a couple of things we personally wouldn’t like it, most of days same food, and alcohol very poor quality. There is shop by reception from where you can get whatever you need for your holidays. Few shops around hotel, restaurants and pharmacies. Beach just behind hotel with restaurant. Wonderful time was had by us all. Definitely will come back. Thank you

You have to start surviving in the very beginning of the day. Overcrowded hotel. Not enough place next to pool, next beach or in any open area Before breakfast all places are taken. It is 0700, morning. Guests are taking first the deserts in meals because at the end nothing is left, some food is very limited. No children outdoor playground area available, indoor is closed for the half of the week. All inclusive is trap, you have to ask everything before try.

Great place for kids, we selected this hotel only for the variety of pools and kids club. Daughter of 4 loved it. Food in the main restaurant though, was nothing to look forward too. In case food is more than a basic need for you and you're not local, chances are that you won't be satisfied by the buffet. Too much tailored for locals (plenty of Turkish desserts), buffet screams "cheap calories" (french fries for breakfast?), not much variety, few dishes are served warm. Avoid this place if you expect good food during your stay or select this place for the pools and when you intend to dine out twice a day. Wifi: available but connection not stable, had to reconnect frequently. Animation: very loud, probably great for the participating people, likely annoying for others. Kids club: always available (10-17h), even just to play or make a drawing. Rooms: we had a Standard room, one can clearly see that this is an old hotel (questionable maintenance). Doors close with a loud bang, one can hear people walking & talking in the hallway, this has disturbed my sleep more than once. Pools & waterslides: great, my daughter loved it, water slides only open for few hours per day. Grass field near pools: grass doesn't grow well -> dirty feet/shoes Sustainability: lots of waste is generated with the paper cups for soft drinks: consider collecting them separately, if not possible use plastic reusable plastic cups, it will reduce your amount of waste and the guy collecting waste around the pool can spend time doing more rewarding job.

Have just spent the most amazing 10 days at this resort. The animation team are FANTASTIC. Every single one keeps the day entertaining and always has time for its guests. We was upgraded to a modern suite on the top floor which was immaculate. All hotel staff from the house keeping, reception, bar staff, waiters and animation team are so attentive. Hotel is clean, food is amazing and pool area is lovely. Would highly recommend as our first time in Kusadasi and would definitely come back! 10 out of 10! VS

Special thanks to the manager of the hotel (Mr. Cenker) who is a real gentleman; he knows how to handle and manage situations to make everyone satisfied and happy; he is a real and great manager. I definitely don't recommend, you will not rest in this hotel. The service is cunning and greedy. The music is so loud all day long it's tiresome. A very disappointing stay.

Just came back from my vacation at batihan beach resort with my daughter. We really enjoyed it. The rooms are okay. The food is warm and good. The staff is very friendly and always smilling.

Room cleaniness: 3 stars Hotel cleaniness: 4 stars Food: 4 stars Location: 4 stars Working Staff: 4stars We stayed 7 days at Batıhan beach resort, all togethere our holidays was nice, but there was some things I didn't like for example - toddler pool was very cold and at the end of our holiday our daughter was sick, tables at main restaurant was dirty, working staff don't speak fluent english and the biggest problem for me was that a lot of people was smoking by the tables where everyone was eating, by the kids pools, in their rooms, like everywhere you go, you were breathing smokes, even at the stage where you can watch magic show, circus etc... everyone was smoking, I even felt so sick that I needed to leave magic show and my 3 years old daughter all these 7 days were breathing this disgusting air... they should make more smoking areas for people who wanna smoke, because I think it's not okay for people who smoke - smoke everywhere! I want to breathe fresh air and don't feel sick all the time! There was some problem with lady who cleaned our room, she didn't even clean our room, she just changed our bed sheets, emptied our bins and took our money, even though the money wasn't for her, how is that okay? It wasn't a lot of money so we didn't make a complaint, if she would cleaned our room properly I wouldn't be bothered about taking the money, but she didn't even clean the room, she didn't left any towels, no bedding, no new shower gels, like nothing... Spa centre was really nice, we enjoyed that, working staff was really nice and helpful. Sunset restaurant staff was amazing as well, all the guys were so lovely and polite. Cocktails by the bar was tasty.

The stay and hotel where sublime! Everything was perfect. Good food, very nice and friendly staff. A lot to do for kids. Kids club, pools, private beach. They will not be bored! Very nice big and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Big showers. We will be back for another stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

A perfect holiday, extremely well spent 10 days. Excellent food, service and cleanliness at a high level. I commend all employees. The only complaint I can say is that there is one coffee machine in the restaurant. Another one is needed on the other side so as not to create crowds. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come again.

First time here & in Kusadasi lovely area loads to walk to. As for the hotel it's nice & clean wasn't very keen on the food but is cheap enough to eat out. Pool & beach not the best pool area only gets half of the sun & the beach area is very small & compact not the cleanest of beaches so only spend one day one the beach spent most of our time at aqua fantasy which we booked via new happy days travel which I highly recommend using for all your trips out. Overall for the money it wasn't that bad. Not a 4 star more a 3

Rooms were fine and as expected so no issues. Service friendly enough although some staff at reception have limited English skills so conversing was difficult sometimes but usually one person who could. Clean and large hotel with kids pool and slides. Food was very well presented but nothing was outstanding although still enough choice to eat and enjoy. Overall a lovely hotel and nice grounds with access to beach right there, towel drops onto sunbeds commences from approx 2am onwards which was hilarious 😆..

Overall very happy with our stay just a few minor issues. We arrived at 2.50pm after 11 hours of travelling and the room still wasn't ready so we had to wait outside albeit only for 5 minutes. Room was very basic with a small bed pushed into one corner for our teenage son. Only 10 coat hangers and one small drawer for 3 people so we lived out of our suitcases for 2 weeks. Very busy at dinner time so if you want a quieter dining experience I'd suggest going for dinner after 9pm (dinner is 7.30 till 9.30). The main pool area is very noisy but there are lots of beds and large grounds so you can get some relative peace. Other than that it was great. Staff all very friendly and helpful and a great selection of food, dink and entertainment. I'd ignore the negative comments about the food I think some people expect 5 star a la carte dining at a hotel all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our holiday.

We spent 10 nights at Batihan in early October, and had a lovely time. Despite arriving at 2:30am due to delayed flights, we were checked in very quickly and found the room comfortable and clean. Throughout our stay we had the room cleaned 3 or 4 times, and each time it only took a few minutes. The staff who were on our floor were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself offers very good facilities. We spent a good deal of time using all 3 pools and the spa. We found the spa prices to be very reasonable, although not all the treatments were of the highest quality. The Turkish Bath was worth the money. The food was consistently excellent. We never struggled to find an option we were happy to eat, there was a good amount of variety and was usually delicious. The downsides were that while each day had good variety, over 10 days we felt as though it was repetitive. There were never any distinctly new or different options; most dishes used the same herbs and spices, similar ingredients, similar cooking techniques, so we did get bored by the end of the holiday. The dessert options were also lacklustre. If you don't enjoy baklava or spongy pudding, you will have to go without as they don't offer anything else. The beach area was good, although there's some buried concrete that I managed to injure myself when walking barefoot. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and would happily return, although we'd probably stay for less time.

Let me just tell you I literally had the best time in this hotel! Great food, gorgeous weather and animation team was wonderful! Hotel is very nice. It is never boring. Have some different activities. I really like zumba and archery. Voleyball is interesting too. I see pool games every day and that's so fun. Program for kids is very sweet. I like that they have different show every night.

Amazing hotel, brilliant activities and animation team especially Batin the GOAT loads of games throughout the day and food is very good lots of different variety for all breakfast lunch and dinner pool and beach areas are always very clean and all barmen are exceptional. All staff speak very good English and are all prepared to help in any means. The only issue I had with the hotel was the wifi is only strong in the reception but other than that the hotel is excellent.

Fantastic place very clean and friendly staff excellent entertainment both day and night.. plenty of activities...the spa was amazing . Turkish bath 60 euro and worth every penny...only criticism would be to cater more for younger ones for evening dinner..perhaps pizza would be a great option... we'll def go return to this resort ..

Hotel is amazing and all the stuff is polite. Entertaimant team is so fun and always in a mood to hang out. Kids program is so interesting and it's great that kids have a chance to have fun with the others their age. There's so many different activities in hotel that make every day enjoyable. All the people here are great and I'm having an amazing time.
