Maybe the best holiday of my life. Everything was good, the service is great, everyone is friendly and smiling, always wanting to help and offering drinks and stuff, the food is great and plenty, the pools are warm despite its early June, the beach is near and clean, i have nothing bad to say. Thank you for the great memories !!!

Lovely hotel very nice room, lovely helpful staff. Food ok not great, not much hot food choice for vegetarians. Noisy at night, thin walls, noisy reception area early hours of the morning. Recommend ear plugs.

Starting with a worry as we had an daughter with needs and thought it’s not suitable, ended up with an amazing hotel suitable for wheelchairs, easy access to the beach.. overall the service we were given has been above great, everyone there has been great with dealing with all needs, very friendly it’s like you’ve been there for months:) the manager has been extra helpful, the quest helper every single one has been soo great and helpful.. Arzu was our room cleaner she was amazing! Super lots of choices for food:) Thankyou to every single one of you working at flora garden you’ve been amazing! Defo recommend! Family friendly hotel! I could have given a 4*, but… Hotel facilities: poor for a 5 star. Probably the smallest 5* i have ever seen. Still kids friendly - confined space right in front of the beach. It is acceptable for the price. Food: limited variety but probably the best part of the hotel. Tasty and abundant. Cleanliness: very poor! I am not a particularly picky or fussy person, yet the dirtiness in the hotel is appalling. You are expected to eat on the sticky plate mats, where the table is only wiped partially with dry kitchen towels -only areas between the mats are wiped- when new guests arrive. In the room, the toilette, desks and floor was not cleaned at all. Lettuce is served inside bowls with earth at the bottom. I see the amount of staff is not sufficient compared to the number of guests. Hence it is constantly stained and dirty everywhere. I gave this feedback to the hotel as well.

We just vacationed here. Hotel is bigger than on the photos. Lovely pool. The food is great ! Beach is free (umbrella and beds). A bit far from the center. But the personel is SUPER friendly. Like everyone. From bartenders to cleaners to lifeguards... i recomend to visit. We felt so good here. They even upgraded our room for free 🤗

I've been in this hotel on on the first half of September 2023 and I can recommend it to everyone, for singles, for couples, for families! Great food, great drinks, nice entertainment, great pools, great sandy beach and more! Everyone will find something for themselves!

First family vacation so we hoped for a nice hotel where kids are welcomed. This is it. Perfect location, the beach is private and clean. If you are looking for a smaller hotel full of good people, here you go. And the young staff here is great. Always smiling and kind. Had an amazing stay here. All the staff well very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were upgraded to a sea view deluxe room. Restaurant staff were very attentive and sweet. i.e noticed when drinks needed refilling or if the food needed replacing and always greeted us with a smile. Food was nice, some days there was lots of options and a good range. However we found breakfast to be a little repetitive, although always found something to enjoy. Bar staff are friendly and chatty. Despite some reviews we found the entertainment team very chatty and trying to include everyone in the games, Overall great people. Although we didn’t have our photos taken the guys from photography were lovely to talk to and still made the effort to chat with us. Special mention for the spa staff! The gentleman who runs the spa couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. The ladies who did our treatments were lovely to talk to, making it such an enjoyable treatment, we had one more later in the week. Prices were almost half the price of a recent hotel spa I have been to. There was a selection of 4 different pools including a kids pool and multiple water slides. The only downside to our stay though not much of a big deal the pool toilets weren’t that clean and 2 doors wouldn’t lock. The beach was lovely, not rocky at all. The waterfalls were beautiful! Although you had to pay for the pool table in the games room a free ping pong table was a nice touch. Thank you to all the staff for such an enjoyable stay at flora garden. Molly & Alice
