Don't waste your money here! Nothing matched the standards of a 5-star hotel, even though the hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms and all the common areas lack refined taste and need a big renovation. Although most of the staff were friendly they weren’t qualified enough for good customer service. Overall the food was barely edible. Everything was either tasteless or too oily. no vegetarian main course option was available. the breakfast was poor both by Turkish standards and continental breakfast standards. we asked at an open BUFFET BREAKFAST for fresh juice but it was extra. tea time was a disaster; there were poor quality pastries and when everything was finished after 20 minutes there were no replacements. There is no minibar or complimentary tea/coffee in the room for pandemic reasons yet the chaos during the open buffet dinner time was a complete disaster. This hotel should not have the Ramada name or the 5 stars!

It was the only hotel where I've stayed in my life where I've saw that the hotel staff doesn't care about their guests. To share my experience, in the last night stayed at this hotel there were some people that started to jump in the pool, screaming, laughing , drinking at 1 o clock in the night, making an incredible noise and waking us. I've asked the hotel receptionist to tell them to stop because it is not normal what is happening, and he said that he will do it, but didn't do anything. At 2.30 in the night I've went with someone that speaks turkish and insisted for them to stop the noise or to call the police. After many discussions, finnaly he decided to call police. We managed to sleep at 4 in the night. It was a horrible experience, hotel staff was the worst possible. First and last time at this hotel. My advice - avoid a hotel that cannot insure your safety

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. The suite was dirty. Bed sheets were stained. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Doorknobs were broken. Food options were limited. Dessert was good. Service is slow and sometimes you have to call twice or three times. I did not enjoy my stay there and I don’t think I’ll ever recommend a Ramada hotel to anyone.

We called in this morning to make a reservation to use the spa facilities for day. They told us we were able to come with 6 men. When we arrived we weren't allowed in because we were with 6 men without women.

The dinner buffet is not tidy and presentable. Cold and insufficent main course. Room telephones are not working due to an infrastructure failure Bathrobes are diffetent feom each other. Staff are friendly but that does not save the day.. :-( Overall this experience is far from satisfactory.. Wonder how the breakfast will be. I’ll let u know if it gives me delight. Overall lacking corporate harmony...

Not the top class but very decent place with nice food and nice location. Staff can be better trained. The farm inside and very old olive trees are very interesting for kids producing organic vegetables which are distrbuted to visitors during breakfast. Dining area is too small.

Don't waste your money to this hotel, really bad service and rooms are so uncomfortable.

The hotel is in good location. The foods were delicious and there were a lot of alternatives. The staff were nice and helpful. The thermal pool was good, the water temperature OK.

The worst hotel ever. The staff is very rude, the place very dirty... I asked to go to the gym early because I have my taxi at 8 (they open at 9 am) and they said no because they didn't feel like it. Never again in this hotel.

A really beautiful place if you want to relax and taste quality food. I recommend you spend a weekend there. The facilities are excellent and the staff really adorable.

an oasis of civilization in the terrible state of TR hospitality sector in the edremit gulf. still, their beach partner palmera is an oriental joke, filter coffee sucks and islamic swimsuits galore 😬

Expected more. Not any different from any other decent hotel, "termal" is a huge lie. Termal water can't be 39 today and 30 tomorrow😄😄 Also if you call it "termal hotel" there should be much more specific options, outdoor hot pool for example, mud pool and so on. Otherwise it's no different as I mentioned. Also I didn't like paying 15 tl for a swimming cap. Why can't a "termal hotel" provide me with basic necessary things for getting into the pool (for those crazy money you pay for it)? Food is ok. Enjoyed in general coz it wasn't crowded. Also nature around is great. Oh, and sauna is a disaster!!! We couldn't stay in there coz they put a crazy amount of menthol and it eats your eyes out literally!!

Stayed back in March for a weekend with friends. Ramada standard good quality rooms 👌🏻 It is a family hotel so you may want to avoid weekends and public holidays. The Spa facilities were okay, not everything was available, maybe because we were there off season. The hotel has a lovely garden where they grow their own greens and herbs and they serve them at the buffet. The dinner buffet was really good especially the mezes, excellent hame made taste ♥️ the breakfast was poor compared to dinner . Maybe in season they have more fresh ingredients for the breakfast. We liked the service overall. The surroundings are beautiful; you can explore villages , beach , local markets . Highly recommend the property 👌🏻♥️

You don't want to be treated like that! - when we checked out the passports were not given back to us - because we did not need them in the next hotel, so we did not need them at first BUT they lied! trying to reach us by email or phone what was NOT TRUE! so we got in big problems - Service was unfriendly and the receptionist is a LAIR too, telling you to get the room cheaper respectively one night but then after a few time lying that he never said that! Better recording everything next time! - booked the biggest room with jacuzzi (just because of that we booked it) which was broken but we had to pay the same price - no good wifi - breakfast good but lunch and dinner horrible! just warmed up food- bacterias multiply there yeah SO all unfriendly LAIR

I will never recommend to anyone. The receptionist was very rude, and she was not listen any of our concerns. Food is very average. During our stay, the room service has not visit our room
