The hotel staff was awesome. Very friendly & respectful. The rooms were great as well. We did hav a room issue when checking in with an AC unit leaking water. That was beyond their control. The swapped us rooms instantly and also offered a room upgrade if we wanted. The breakfast the next morning was great and just what we needed to start the day off.

We booked on line and it's everything and more. Very nice hotel, the front desk was so nice and helpful with anything that we needed. Nice and clean everywhere I looked. The pool is nice and roomy. The stuff is so attentive with anything we ask for. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm calling it a night. The beds are comfortable too. Made a weekend getaway with the kids Very enjoyable.5*

Our room was neat and clean but had a mildew odor that lingered even though I diffused oil. The bathrooms need an update. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods for any diet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and lobby are very nice and up to date.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service at this hotel (we had never been to this area in Kentucky and didn’t know what to expect). Clean, updated, and kind staff. Would stay again, 10/10!

Simple takes but express our stay in April. After escaping from a horrific air b & b experience, we come to the Hampton Inn while in distress. Yet, Andre was there late at night ready to welcome us into the hotel. Further, he gave us a sense of understanding and courtesy. The Hampton Inn Somerset is clean and comfortable place to stay. There is free breakfast in the morning with a variety of options. Andre was present most of our stay and was eager to help out with inquiries. Additionally, we came across other staff members- such as Sam and the breakfast cook [ I didn't quite catch her name, my morning focus is admittedly poor]- who all were friendly. The staff were there to assist in any way from providing fresh coffee to maintaining the breakfast line. Overall, if in the area, then I highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn Somerset. Why settle for less when you can have clean rooms and a welcoming staff.

Clean, smells nice. The breakfast area was clean and well organized. Location is pretty easy to get to. Staff seemed nice and helpful. Complaints? I'd say it's a bit outdated and worn. But, it is still clean and maintained. Oh, it is quiet, and the beds are comfortable. It was a nice stay.

Wow! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam; super friendly and with a smile. Was so very helpful and recognized me as a silver member and thanked me. Checked us in promptly and let us know we could park our Harley’s under the portico for safety. Being motorcycle friendly is huge in the hotel business and we greatly appreciate it!!!! Room was super clean and comfortable and I have no doubts breakfast will be on point 👍🏻 Highly recommend this Hampton Inn and they should be excited they have Sam to make the guests feel welcome!!!!!!

Hotel is right next to little shopping center, Aldi and movie theatre. The staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. Place was very clean, pleasant smell. The breakfast area was wonderful!! Thank you for the great stay.

Everyone was super courteous and helpful, the room was emaculate and the beds were very comfirtable. Best sleep I ever had at a hotel.

Best hotel and somerset and they take care of their guests. The only problem I've ever had there they fixed it for me and apologized.
